THE NYPD SHOOTING OF THE TWO POLICEMEN IN BROOKLYN COMES AT A TIME WHEN THE POLICE NEEDED IT MOST.

In looking into the numbers of police killed by guns last year I came up with 50 dead policemen.  If one looks at how many people have been gunned down by the police last year you come up with numbers in the 1200 range.   The FBI tells us that 400 of these murders by the police are legitimate, and the police do NOT have to report the innocent civilians were killed.

With the militarization of the police department under both the Bush and Obama regimes the police are acting more like an occupying army rather than acting as police.  With the killing of Michael Brown, and Eric Garner topping the news the police need sympathy.  They need a change of focus, and they got it from most.

In Eric Garner's case six policemen went after him for selling loosies (cigarettes without the tax).  If that is all they are going after then we are really in trouble.  Wall Street Banks not only loot, but they destroy not only people, but towns, cities, states and countries, but the police will not go after them.  Wall Street enjoys the drug and any other illicit trade as they launder more money per year than the Pentagon's budget.

Well the precint that Officer "Choke Hold" Pantaleo works out of will  neither confrim or deny that Eric Garner filed charges against him.  Eric was being shaken down by Officer "Choke Hold".  You see there are three other men that are suing him for making them strip in public in a so-called stop and frisk.  So it is very possible that Eric was murdered as retribution.

Here in Northern New Jersey we have a settlement of $75,000 paid out to the victim of State Troopers acting as enforecers for a bar.  You can read the story "Wantage man settles for $75,000 in police ‘ambush’" at thefollowing link:

So the police need to earn our respect, and with the actions of some they are destroying the respect for all, but wait.  There are some very good question of the murder to the two police officers in New York.

WANTAGE — A Wantage man has received $75,000 from the state stemming from a 2009 incident where state police came onto his property and “ambushed” him unprovoked, the man's attorney said.
The settlement was signed by Deputy Attorney General Roshan Shah, according to Sparta-based attorney Jeffrey Patti, and admitted no wrongdoing or lawbreaking.
Patti said no admission of guilt or liability is standard in most settlements.
The complaint filed in Superior Court in Newton said Raul Sanchez and his wife Eva were home on Nov. 21, 2009, when he noticed four people with flashlights outside of his home and heading toward him.
The trooper yelled at Sanchez to get on the ground, then threw the plaintiff on the ground, handcuffed him and asked, “Where's the gun?” the complaint said.
The police then kicked Sanchez and beat him with their flashlights, Patti said in the lawsuit.
Sanchez suffered three broken ribs and a bruised spleen, Patti said on Tuesday.
“Thankfully there was no permanent injury to his spleen,” Patti said.
The troopers searched Sanchez's cars without a warrant, probable cause or Sanchez's consent, the lawsuit said.
The police then took off the handcuffs and left property. Sanchez was never charged with a crime, according to Patti.
A call to the New Jersey Attorney General's Office was not immediately returned on Tuesday night.
Patti said the incident happened after Sanchez confronted some patrons at Fireman Dan's — a sports bar near Sanchez's house.
“Some patrons were milling around in the parking lot and he went over and addressed them,” Patti said.
Patti said Sanchez and the bar had a sour relationship due to problems with garbage, recycling and cigarette butts being thrown by patrons onto Sanchez's property. Patti said Sanchez's truck had also been broken into.
The lawsuit named four troopers, Steven Deckert, Armando Rivas, Michael England and Timothy Praschil along with State Police Superintendent Col. Joseph Fuentes.
Patti said that he was unaware of any disciplinary action taken against any of the troopers.
Patti said that Sanchez is happy to have the issue behind him.
Now 61, Sanchez works for a trucking company, Patti said.
