Obama Will Nominate a Sharia Law Supporting NJ Superior Court Judge
If we tried to write down all of Obama’s lawless or treasonous acts since assuming the Presidency (which we know was lawless in and of itself thanks to the release of Obama’s college records,) the list would likely be thicker than the 77,000 page IRS tax code, but don’t think that will stop or slow down Obama from continuing to add to his list until someone finally stops him.
As you’ll see in the article below, USA Today has published a list of Obama’s potential replacement justices. I submit to you that the list was put out by someone in the Obama administration, probably Valerie Jarrett, as a distraction to keep everyone pre-occupied while Obama and the rest of Crime Inc. lay out the plans for their actual nomination. Before I tell you who I believe it will be, in an attempt to lighten the mood a bit before discussing what is sure to get tempers flaring, is a video from Mark Dice poking fun at the type of candidate most likely to get Obama’s attention.
Mark Dice is a media analyst and bestselling author who specializes in exposing the power mainstream media and celebrities have on shaping our culture. Because of Obama’s tendency to gravitate on ANY ISSUE toward ANYTHING that even remotely resembles “conventional America,” Mark jokes that Obama’s choice for Scalia’s replacement will likely be an overweight black lesbian atheist judge, allowing him to cover as many minority groups with one choice as possible.
Before we get into who I think is very high on a very short list of nominees for Obama, let’s get one thing perfectly clear. The choice for Scalia's replacement is NOT Obama’s to make, end of story! That’s not my opinion either, that is constitutional and historical fact. If you haven’t had a chance to read a post of mine from earlier today titled, Stop: Time to Set the Record Straight With Supreme Court Nominations (Video), you should take the time to check it out. In that post I rip to shreds any claim Obama or liberals make that Obama should be the one to decide Supreme Court Justice Scalia’s replacement. To combat all the nonsense the media and Obama are spinning, I use just two weapons: The text of the United States Constitution and historical fact. Do your best to challenge me, but you will lose.
For the replacement of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, I am going on record that Obama will nominate New jersey Superior Court Judge Sohail Mohammed, a Muslim, and a supporter of Sharia Law. The reason for the choice should be obvious to anyone who’s been paying attention to Obama’s lawless and treasonous acts over his seven years in office, many of which are chronicled at the end of this post, but publicly Obama will claim that “even a strong conservative like Chris Christie, a presidential candidate himself until recently, believes in Mohammed's credentials.”
The video below is of Chris Christie speaking at a Newark Urban Transit Hub back in 2011, where he did a great job tap dancing for both the “PC Police,” and an overly liberal New Jersey crowd. Christie chastises anyone criticizing the selection of Sohail Mohammed, and in his speech he says the following:
"Ignorance. Ignorance is behind the criticism of Sohail Mohammed. Sohail Mohammed is an extraordinary American, who is an outstanding lawyer and played an integral role in the post-September 11th period in building bridges between the Muslim American community in this state and law enforcement… they're criticizing him because he's a Muslim American, and because he represented people who were inappropriately detained by the FBI, post-9/11.
People were NOT criticizing Sohail Mohammed “because he's a Muslim American.” They were criticizing Sohail Mohammed because of his support for Sharia Law. Christie says:
"Sharia law has nothing to do with this at all. It's crazy. It's crazy."
WRONG Governor! YOU’RE crazy! Sharia has EVERYTHING to do with it. Sharia is antithetical to our Constitution and our Bill of Rights, the two single most important documents in all of American history, and incidentally two documents Chuck Schumer can't even remember who wrote. THAT is what people had a problem with!
Islam and Sharia Law are both a religion AND a fascist political system (and you can't practice one and not the other). They are mutually exclusive. It's like asking a Catholic to set-aside the 10 Commandments.
Obama, liberals, and in this speech Chris Christie, all tell us we can’t hold an entire group of Muslims who believe in Sharia Law responsible for the activities of a few sick terrorists. They also tell Americans we better not dare profile or demonize anyone who believes in Sharia Law, to the point where Attorney General Loretta Lynch Has Even Vowed To Prosecute ‘Anti-Islamic Speech,’ and yet that is precisely what THEY do to law abiding gun owners, so give me a break. Chris Christie's support of New jersey Superior Court Judge Sohail Mohammed, a Muslim, and a supporter of Sharia Law, will be the "public" argument Obama uses to support his decision. Hear for yourself:
Adding to my belief that Obama will choose Sohail Mohammed as his nominee to replace Justice Scalia, is Obama's shocking propensity to make the worst decisions possible when they count the most. Let's face it, if Obama has demonstrated consistency at anything during his seven years in office, he’s done so with 1) His consistent unlawful and unconstitutional acts; and 2) His horrible decision making ability, even on matters that most would consider to be "low-degree-of-difficulty decision making issues."
In the following quote from an APP.com article, the author calls Obama’s decision making ability “suspect,” and says they appear to be more impulsive than calculated, and more personal than representative. The article says:
"How else can one explain the Bowe Bergdahl trade, the worst trade of all time? Five Taliban commanders for one “whatever.” Has anyone yet figured out the motivation behind that move?
How else can one explain Obama’s hasty return to the golf course after his weak speech concerning the beheading of James Foley by an ISIS militant? Surely he knew the news reports would shed bad light. Clearly, he flat out didn’t care what anybody thought.
How else can one explain his sending three aides to the funeral of Michael Brown? Is that not putting a nail in the coffin of the law enforcement officer who is, for the time being, innocent? Obama made this decision, knowing full well that it would fuel racial discord."
With all that in mind, what Obama says in the following video made several years ago should not surprise anyone with its lack of judgment. In the video, the Emperor of lawbreaking and unconstitutional acts says if it was up to him, he wouldn’t have nominated Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court because Obama doesn’t find Justice Thomas to be “a capable enough jurist or legal thinker.”

WASHINGTON — Who could replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia if Republicans don't block all of President Obama's nominees, as appears likely? Here are 10 possibilities:
Sri Srinivasan: The 48-year-old federal appeals court judge was confirmed unanimously in 2013 for a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit — a traditional steppingstone to the Supreme Court. He would be the court's first Indian-American justice.
Patricia Millett: Srinivasan's 52-year-old colleague on the D.C. Circuit is popular in both parties and is frequently mentioned as a possible candidate. She argued 32 cases before the Supreme Court as an advocate.
Merrick Garland: At 63, Garland is older than most nominees, since presidents want their choices to stick around for decades on the bench. He is a moderate who serves as chief judge on the D.C. Circuit court and could be a compromise choice.
Kamala Harris: California's attorney general, 51, could be another leading candidate. She has the added luster of holding political office, a life experience that is sorely lacking on the Supreme Court. She's currently running for the U.S. Senate seat of retiring Sen. Barbara Boxer.
Jacqueline Nguyen: The Asian-American judge, who sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, has been mentioned frequently in the initial hours after Scalia's death. At 50, she is the perfect age for a nominee.
Amy Klobuchar: If the Senate would be less inclined to block one of its own, the senior senator from Minnesota, 55, might be someone Obama would consider.
Sheldon Whitehouse: See "Senate" above. Whitehouse, 60, the junior senator from Rhode Island, is a former attorney general of Rhode Island and U.S. attorney with strong credentials.
Cory Booker: The third in a triumverate of senators who could be chosen if Obama wants to put Republican senators on the spot by threatening to block one of their own. Booker, 46, the former Newark, N.J., mayor, has been in the Senate since 2013.
Paul Watford: A judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, Watford, 48, is another Obama nominee with a potentially stellar future. Some court-watchers expect the African-American judge to be Obama's first choice.
Jane Kelly: She is a 51-year-old judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit who was a career public defender. From Iowa, she has enjoyed the prior support of Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, who heads the Senate Judiciary Committee.
