DPR Deputy: "Donbass will not return to Ukraine - neither by Federation or Confederation"

The United States is fully controlling the Kiev regime, to make the existence of DPR and LPR impossible as part of a Ukrainian state, said the Deputy of the People's Council DPR Vladislav Brig.
"I don't see any reason for the authorities in Kiev to change, in 10-15 years there will be Russophobic American power. Therefore, Donbass, in any form, neither Federal, nor Confederate, will not return to Ukraine", said the politician.
Brig also reminded people that Kiev previously responded to the suggestions of the residents of Donbass on federalization with civil war, and this greatly complicates the dialogue with official Kiev.
"When we went to the dialogue in March 2014, we would have agreed on the establishment of the Federation. But it was trampled with a boot. This included Ukrainian tanks, Grad's falling down on our houses. How many of our people have been killed? And today how can we tell the relatives of dead that we are going back to those who brought them so much grief " said the Deputy of the people's Council DPR.
The Ukrainian authorities in April last year launched a military operation against Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics. According to the United Nations, victims of the conflict total more than 9 thousand people. A settlement of the situation in Donbass is being discussed during meetings in Minsk via the Contact group, which since September 2014, has already published three documents governing the steps to de-escalate the conflict.
