Police are secretly using 'VACCINE' to spy on community events, public transportation etc., Part 3

 'Visual Analytics for Command, Control and Interoperability Environments (VACCINE) is co-led by Purdue and Rutgers University. The above video reveals how eager university professors and students are to help DHS spy on Americans.

Just like 'STINGRAY', police and Fusion Centers are secretly using VACCINE to spy on Americans.

"In 2012, VACCINE entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Ohio Fusion Center, managed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) and Ohio Homeland Security."

Keeping VACCINE a secret is what police and Fusion Center spying is all about. Check out the excerpt from page 26 of VACCINE's 2013 Annual Report.

"VACCINE has a well-established process for entering into Memorandums of Understanding and Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure protection of the parties and data involved."

DHS is running a non-profit to spy on Americans.

"The basic structure is through the establishment of a non-profit Limited Liability Corporation (VACCINE LLC) which is managed by the Purdue Research Foundation and overseen by VACCINE."

DHS and Purdue university have also created the "Visual Law Enforcement Toolkit" (VALET) which allows cops and Fusion Centers to spy on an the entire population.

"VALET provides law enforcement agencies with a suite of analytical tools coupled with an interactive visual interface for data exploration and analysis, forecasting, planning, and management. This system includes linked views and interactive displays that spatiotemporally model criminal, traffic and civil (CTC) incidents and allows officials to observe patterns and quickly identify regions with higher probabilities of activity."

VALET helps cops spy on community events and public transportation.

• Identify crime hotspots and anomalies.
• Analyze trends and patterns in criminal activity through time (by day, week, month or year).
• Forecast crime hotspots to assist in the development of preventive measures and in resource planning and allocation.
• Identify potential correlations among multiple datasets (for example, census data, daily weather reports, bus routes, zoning tracts, and community events calendars) against criminal, traffic and civil incident data.

VALET can also be used to spy on social media, public transportation etc.

DHS is using eight more programs called GeoVISTA, CrimeViz, SensePlace2, Jigsaw, GARI MERGE, cgSARVA and Scatterblog to spy on Americans.

"Scatterblog is a social media analysis tool which looks at real time twitter information to monitor and detect any anomalies for the purpose of alerting first responders."

 

"Recent advances in technology have enabled social media services to support space-time indexed data, and internet users from all over the world have created a large volume of time-stamped, geo-located data. Such spatiotemporal data has immense value for increasing situational awareness of local events...."

In other words police are using 'Scatterblog' to spy on people at large events and on public transportation.

Universities are more than willing to accept DHS grant money and are instrumental in devising new ways to track our every movement.

 

"Broad network of schools: partners with 27 universities both domestic and international aimed at turning massive data into actionable knowledge through innovative visual analytics techniques."

Companies have to be invited by DHS to spy on Americans.

 

Below is an excerpt taken from the 'VACCINE Corporate Development' section on pages 26 & 27.

 

"Membership in the VACCINE, LLC is by invitation only. Member companies need to be complementary as opposed to competitive in nature."

 

In other words, companies have to be willing to work together to spy on everyone!

According to VACCINE's Corporate Visionary Partner Program, corporations must contribute $50,000 a year and are asked to recruit VACCINE students.

 

"Recruit VACCINE students. Our students are our most valuable assets. They add substantial value to any company as interns or employees."

 

Also, there are seventeen corporations and thirty-three gov't partners working with DHS to make VACCINE a reality.

 

Four corporations and one gov't partner in particular, will have you scratching your head. They are, a pet hospital, a video card manufacturer, a card company, a personal hygene & health care corporation and a native American Indian nation.

• NVIDIA
• Hallmark
• Kimberly Clark
• Navajo Nation

What this really means, is every time you bring your pet to the veterinarian, play a video game, purchase a birthday card, blow your nose or wipe your privates, you're supporting gov't spying.

I'm at loss to explain Navajo Nation, maybe they think DHS will only use VACCINE to spy on the border?

Unfortunately, the public will never know what spying programs these companies are working on.

"VACCINE is very interested in developing research projects under confidential contractual arrangements."

Right about now you're probably thinking, it can't get any worse. But you'd be wrong, because amazingly the Boy Scouts of America are working with VACCINE.

"VACCINE continued to build our multi-agency public safety consortium with organizations beyond the borders of Indiana; we developed new relationships with organizations such as the Illinois State Police, the Cook County Sherriff’s Department, the NYPD, Morgan State University, the Stevens Institute, Sejong University, and the Boy Scouts of America." (page 5)

So there you have it, VACCINE is a conglomerate of DHS, universities, private corporations, the Boy Scouts and a native American Indian nation working together to spy on us.

This is the sad reality of police state America, where even the Boy Scouts are spying on us.
