Armored Vehicles Lined Up Behind Lift Plant in PA

The Internet has been buzz with troop and equipment movement over the past few days throughout the United States. Here is another report from DABOO which shows rows of Military Armored Vehicles, looking similar to the Bear Cats, lined up in the back of a JLG Lift Company In Bedford, PA.
If you visit their site, you will see that they specialize in lifts, but they certainly do not dabble in the manufacture or storage of armored vehicles. In fact, you will not find anything on any type of military or armored equipment at all on their website. So why are they staging Armored Vehicles behind their warehouse?
I took this question to one of my insider sources and he said without hesitation, that these vehicles are being stored in such a public manner, because of the anticipation of their imminent use.
