Flashback: Kamala Promised to Confiscate Firearms by Executive Order in First 100 Days
Kamala Harris previously vowed to take executive action against firearms if Congress failed to pass gun reform legislation.
Footage from the “most liberal senator’s” failed 2020 presidential campaign showed Harris espousing support for former candidate Beto O’Rourke’s scheme for a mandatory gun buyback of “assault rifles,” telling reporters she’d make it an executive priority during her first 100 days in office.
“Yeah, I think it’s a great idea. But listen, I don’t think we lack for great ideas. As I’ve said many times, we’ve been having great ideas for decades. The problem is that Congress has not had the courage to act. And that is why, from the beginning, I have said my agenda includes attempting to get Congress to act,” Harris said.
“But if they don’t within the first 100 days of my administration, I’m going to take executive action. Because what we need is action. We have a failure of supposed leaders to act,” she added.
The former California AG’s suggestion she’d circumvent Congress to infringe on the Second Amendment comes as her radical far-left record faces scrutiny following her coronation as Democrat presidential nominee, with everything from her sordid relationships with multiple high-level men to her failure as border czar to her calls to defund police laid bare for all to judge.
Fox News reported on Friday that
the Missouri couple who dared to defend their home from protesters had
their home searched by police and their rifle taken away from them.
During the search, police seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was
shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis
reported.
In the June incident, Patricia McCloskey said, the couple was
startled just before dinnertime when “300 to 500 people” entered the
gated community where they live.
“[They said] that they were going to kill us,” Patricia McCloskey told Hannity on Monday night.
“They were going to come in there. They were going to burn down
the house. They were going to be living in our house after I was dead,
and they were pointing to different rooms and said, ‘That’s going to be
my bedroom and that’s going to be the living room and I’m going to be

2A Under Fire in CA: Santa Clara Forms Gun Confiscation Team
Remember when Democrats said no one was coming for your guns?
California continues to proudly lead the charge toward a disarmed citizenry. In the latest attack on the Second Amendment,
Santa Clara County is forming what they call a “county gun team” – a
unit of lawyers, analysts, and prosecutors authorized to seek out and
confiscate firearms from those the state feels shouldn’t have them.
Okay, Fine. We’re Coming for Your Guns
Remember when Democrats used to try to mollify armed Americans by
saying, “No one’s coming for your guns” with every incremental gun
control measure they proposed? Well, it’s official: They’re coming for
the guns – some of them, at least. Surprised? You shouldn’t be. As Liberty Nation’s Graham J. Noble once wrote, “Democrats have never come across a gun restriction they didn’t like.” The
Santa Clara Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve funding
for the proposal, which was put forth by board president Cindy Chavez.
The team will consist of seven people – three crime analysts, two
lawyers, and two prosecutors. They will be tasked with identifying those
who have been ordered to surrender their weapons and ensure these
dangerous people aren’t still armed. If necessary, they’ll obtain search
warrants for local law enforcement to go and take the guns.
Deputy District Attorney Marisa McKeown explained that “the very
voluminous California laws on guns mean nothing if we don’t adequately
and smartly enforce them.” She is correct, of course. Those who don’t
care to follow the old laws aren’t likely to care much about the new
ones. That’s why Second Amendment advocates say gun control doesn’t
work.
“The law says that there are categories of people who are not allowed
to have a gun,” McKeown said. “If you are a domestic abuser with a
restraining order, you can’t have a gun. If you are a convicted felon,
you can’t have a gun. If you are a repeated, mentally ill offender who
is dangerous, you can’t have a gun.”
The List Grows Ever Longer
While the Board dressed the proposal up as simply a way to protect
the victims of domestic abuse, consider the words of the deputy DA. Now
let’s have a look at the ever-growing list of people who aren’t allowed
to own guns in California – by no means did she disclose them all.
According to the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, as of
December 10, 2019, the following groups are considered prohibited
persons:
Those convicted of a felony or certain domestic violence crimes.
Those addicted to narcotic drugs.
Those convicted of specific crimes (both felony and misdemeanor)
involving violence, hate crime offences, or the unlawful misuse of
firearms.
Those convicted of violating state laws regarding safe storage of
firearms around minors and prohibited people. This usually results in a
ten-year prohibition.
Anyone who knows they are subject to an outstanding arrest warrant
for a firearm-prohibiting offense – not convicted, simply subject to a
warrant.
Those prohibited as a condition of probation.
Wards of the juvenile courts due to the commission of an offense
involving violence, drugs, or firearms. This prohibition remains in
effect until age 30.
Anyone who knows they are subject to a protective order, restraining
order, temporary restraining order, or injunction issued by a court
pursuant to state law – including extreme risk protection orders,
otherwise known as red flag laws.
Anyone prohibited because of a history of severe mental illness or chronic alcoholism.
This isn’t simply about disarming convicted felons – which is another
issue in its own right. The Santa Clara County Gun Team might well be
tasked with disarming anyone with a record of mental illness, drug or
alcohol abuse, who might be suspected of some crime – violent or
otherwise – or even parents who simply didn’t lock up their guns while
the kids were home. Will the squad also be used to hunt down any
firearms or accessories the state manages to ban in the future? Which
groups, exactly, deserve to be stripped of the right to self-defense?
The Costs – In Money, Liberty, and Lives
Santa Clara County already employs one lawyer and a prosecutor who
will be on this team. Taxpayers will fork over $427,247 to cover the
$215,653 annual salary for the new attorney and the additional
prosecutor’s $211,594. Grant money will cover the other expenses,
including the remaining three staff member salaries, but the amount was
not disclosed. But
what about the human cost? What of the liberty lost when armed citizens
are arrested for refusing to surrender their arms – or the lives lost
should the encounter turn violent?
The Second Amendment clearly states that the right of the people to
keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, but let’s not pretend that
actually matters in California. The Golden State has so infringed that
right that any argument on Second Amendment grounds seems almost
pointless. In truth, many other states and even the federal government
have as well.
The argument against this now seems to center on the violation of the
right to due process. Under current state laws, this confiscation crew
can get search warrants to disarm people who haven’t actually been
convicted of anything. But as Herman Cain was always so fond of saying,
“the devil is in the details.” Just as the gun grabbers reinterpreted
the Second Amendment by setting their own definition for the word “arms”
– or perhaps it was “people” or “infringed,” or some combination – they
seem to be the ones deciding just what, exactly, due process means.

FACT CHECK: It turns out there are almost
certainly half a BILLION firearms in the hands of Americans right now…

As Democrats in blue states expand their majorities into
super-majorities, they are becoming even more hostile to gun rights, as
evidenced by a spate of new anti-Second Amendment laws that are now
being challenged by the formation of “gun sanctuaries.”
But the reality is, Democrats won’t be phased by those. They will
continue to push for total gun bans whenever and wherever they can.
That said, new figures reveal what a daunting challenge the Donkey

On Wednesday I listened to "Democracy Now", and later the Tucker Carlson Show. Each host was interviewing Jill Sellout Stein, but neither asked the key question. The key question for me would have been the following: "Jill, a hand recount of the votes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania would probably not be completed by the December 19th deadline for the electoral votes. That would deny Trump the necessary votes to be elected President. That seems to be the Hillary strategy to steal the election, so why would the Green Party candidate shill for Hillary's election. Has Hillary, Bill, the Clinton Campaign, the DNC or others that are connected to the Clinton's approached you, and what were you offered?"
That would have been my question, but then again that is why I only operate in the "Fake News" section of journalism.

How about Hillary's luck with her winning 6 coin tosses? Maybe she should play the horses, blackjack, etc. as they all can be fixed too. In six coin tosses you would have a 1 in 64 chance of winning all six. How about Sen. Cruz? He was not natural born, and there is doubt that his mother was born in the US. He is ineligible to run for President, but hey Obama did it why not him?
As for Rubio he was born in the US, but not of US citizens, so he too is not eligible to run for President. He has quite a few skeletons in his closet, and that is why they like him.

Today one should remember a day of "infamay". Yes today December 7th, 1941 the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, as Roosevelt hoped that they would. He made sure that the aircraft carriers were out to sea, and the dinosaur battleships were in port.

There is outrage on the outcome of the Dallas Cowboys versus the Green Bay Packers. Why is their outrage on this total distraction? Fans here belong to one of two tribes that support the circus of the "bread and circus".
It has become a game of less and less interest as commercials, reviews, more reviews, pregame shows of several well paid ex-jocks to tell us what must be done by each team to win. Then after the game the same go over and over the game and why one team won and one lost. The media has more covering a meaningless event than the do covering all of Africa.
It is done to take you mind off the reality of the day. It is the blue pill to keep you from seeing that you are accepting a police state as you are groped and searched when you enter the stadium.
Then there is more money to be made in the betting on the game than in the TV and commercials. So would it be any surprise to you that the games might be fixed? It isn't to me. Have you ever seen the pro football game where one team plays and the other merely shows up? Maybe the team that only showed up knew who the winner would be.
There is also a globalist plan to destroy national sports such as US football, and replace it with soccer. Could this be a step in that direction?
I remember the day well. A Customer Service Representative was promoted to Outside Sales, and he left just before lunch. His new job was to begin on the following Monday. He came back in at about an hour or two later. His face was white as a ghosts. He took a deep breath and said "President Kennedy has been killed."
It was a quiet at the bus stop in Newark that night, and the bus was dead silent. Just like today people are silent on the coup d'etat that happened that day in Dallas. It angers me that people can forget that at that day and time on the 11th month and the 22nd day our country was changed forever, and not for the better.
Many still believe that it is us versus them, and Democrat versus Republican when there is not a dime's worth of difference. The US and the world are run by a SSG (Secret Shadow Government).
