Jade Helm 16 Is Training to Withhold Food From the American People

Jade Helm is back and it is back and it is back  with a vengeance. Jade Helm 15 has morphed into Unconventional Warfare Exercise 16 (UWEX 16).

UWEX 16 is about fighting a civil war against rogue American troops who will, presumably, not go along with the imposition of tyranny under the banner of the UN flag with the complicit support of foreign troops.

There is a new twist to Jade Helm 16 (i.e. UWEX 16).

I have learned from reliable sources that Jade Helm 16 is also about controlling the shipment of all food. If one thinks this sounds outrageous, stay tuned, because the circumstantial evidence clearly points in this direction.

I received this email on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016.

My cousin is deployed in Army Spec. Ops at Ft. Bragg. He is going to be expected to take part in guerrilla warfare drills against rogue military forces. After arriving at Ft. Bragg, he was still permitted to leave the base. We live in Texas and drove to meet him. When we went to lunch. he had all of use leave our cell phones in the car and we walked a block to eat dinner.  He said that they were beginning to receive briefings about taking on rogue military units in a guerrilla war scenario.  He assumes they are American military units, but they were not told that when he was presented with their newly created training specs.

He has a role in this exercise, but I will not reveal the nature, as we do not identify him. He said he is being moved from Ft. Bragg to another base that has not yet been identified. He suspects that it is in the area because their deployment gear remains the same. He told us that he fears the drill could go live for many reasons…

I first reported on Jade Helm 16 (i.e. UWEX 16) last fall. I resurfaced the issue in February 2016. Nobody seems to care, nor do the want to hear about it. However, recent revelations may begin to get the attention of the American people. The following, however, may get your attention.

Trump Is to Blame for Everything

 

Donald Trump has awakened millions of Americans to the tyranny that we have been living under for the past several decades. The decadence of our ruling class has grown to such a level that even the blind can see the heinous character flaws and devastating motives which underlies our ruling class.

Whether Trump becomes President or not, he has caused a shift in consciousness for the American people. There is now an attitude, coming from the American middle class, that can only be described as “Us vs. Them”.  Trump’s political demise will only add to the growing sense of American anger and resentment.

Trump has set into motion a movement that can only end in a gigantic train wreck and the powers-that-be are preparing to blunt the momentum being experienced by the middle class. Even if Donald Trump is done away with, the movement will only grow. The criminal elite must find a way to to stop this movement because it threatens to derail the central strategies designed to destroy America and the implementation of the New World Order, namely, illegal immigration and free trade agreements.

So how will the criminal elite stop the Trump populist movement which is sweeping the country? They are going to starve the American people into submission at a time of their choosing.

The United States Recent Role in Promoting Food Instability

Recent current events have demonstrated how the Obama administration is posturing to control the food supply with the ultimate goal of regaining control of the American people and undoing the damage caused by Trump.

In November’s 2014, the controversy surrounding the $36 reduction in food stamp entitlements continues to settle in, reports covering the past several months, regarding the government spending over $80 million to protect its own buildings from food stamp rioters, continues to concern those who are following the rapid increases in food prices across the planet.

Additionally, and presently, one million of the nation’s poorest people will be cut off SNAP (formerly known as the Food Stamp Program) over the course of 2016, due to the return in many areas of a three-month limit on SNAP benefits for unemployed adults aged 18-49 who aren’t disabled or raising minor children. The new federal regulations call for individuals to lose their food assistance benefits after three months regardless of how hard they are looking for work.  The impact will mostly be felt in the 22 states that are adopting the new federal guidelines to the letter of the law.

Is this the way that this administration is preparing for the coming food riots? The food riots being practiced for in Jade Helm 16.

The Government’s Historical Overview of the Control of Food

In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security.

In November of 1975, President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA  Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans. Today, we also see the manifestation of NSSM 200 through Bill Gates’ eugenics policies of mass sterilizations and vaccinations on the continent of Africa.

NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered to be an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?” Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the “useless eaters!”

That Was Then and This Is Now

Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama’s Executive Order (EO 13603), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended targets are not the LDC’s but, instead, the targets are the American people. With one out of six Americans on food stamps, and a reduction of these benefits under way, the policy of using food as a weapon against the American people already has a significant beachhead.

With the stroke of his pen, Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO 13603 states:

e)  “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption.  “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f)  “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer…”

This unconstitutional EO is particularly disturbing in that it clearly states that the government has control over anything that is “capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals…”  If you thought that you and Fido were going to get through the coming food crisis by storing and consuming dog food, think again.

Conclusion

How will farmers maintain the nation’s food supply when all fertilizer, their farm equipment and all of their vehicles are under the control of one power-hungry President? The criminal elite always seem to be one step ahead.

Jade Helm 16, with the assistance of foreign troops is training not only to arrest dissidents, subjugate rogue American military units who will not be on board with the increasing level of tyranny, they are also preparing to weaponize food as a means of political control in the face of the new American populism.

Foreign Troops Arrive In Texas to Prepare for the Coming Civil War

I have a proven confidential source which told me early in the week that foreign troops were arriving in Texas to prepare for the coming civil war. And what specifically are they doing, they will be participating in the UWEX 16 war game which is designed to (1) extract dissidents; (2) engage rogue American military unit who are not on board with the new agenda of the new management which will soon be taking up residence in the White House. Presumably, we are talking about a Clinton presidency. 

I decided to sit on this revelation until the commencement of UWEX 16 next week, or until I received on the ground confirmation. Last night, I received confirmation from eye witness at Camp Bullus in Texas. The person is a civilian contractor and had personal contact with several of these individuals at an eatery on the base. They were wearing American military units, but were speaking several foreign language. My source said that some troops will come in other the UN flag and some will be brought under the NATO command. I contend that that they have been here since at least last fall. Why should I believe these 2 accounts? Because I warned America about this last fall. Here is some of what I reported late last fall.

My Intelligence Source States That We Are About to Be Invaded Unless the US Military Steps Up

Tthis was from Decemmber of 2015). I took this sighting of the UN Multinational Force Observer in Pennsylvania to my best sources. They were of the presence of this organization operating within the United States. They told me that this UN personnel are here to “observe” during an United Nations “Police Action” on American soil. DOT CONNECTION #2: The American Military Is Being Systematically Being Disarmed

Not only does the Obama administration plan to disarm the people of America, they are systematically disarming the military as well while, at the same time, beefing up the foreign troop presence on United States soil.

As UN vehicles continue to deploy into the United States, we are witnessing the systematic disarming of the American Military. DAHBOO 777 first published the following account of the American military disarming itself by putting what everyone thought was excess military equipment into mothballs at underground munitions storage areas such as the one featured below at the Red River facility. The reason that it is quite clear that this is a disarming is that if a rapid deployment of this equipment were ever needed in time of war, the grid lock that would result at a facility like this or any other storage facility constructed in this manner, would prevent the timely and proper deployment of men and equipment.

Merry Christmas from the UN The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty took effect on last Christmas Eve. Even though the theory has very little chance of being ratified by two-thirds of the Senate, Second Amendment advocates are concerned that the Obama administration will use a United Nations treaty as a basis for executive action on gun control as well they should be. Still, others feel that this leftist gun control treaty becomes binding international law and any Executive Action by Obama would merely be an endorsement of our nation’s contractual obligation to  support the UN ban on guns. Enough countries around the world have ratified it so the gun control treaty will now be enforced.

The founders included the words “shall not be infringed” for a reason. And they gave YOU the power to fight against any tyrannical government that would try to take your rights away.

 The Most Egregious Portions of the UN Ban

• Article 2 of the treaty defines the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions. The right to own, buy, sell, trade, or transfer all means of armed resistance, including handguns, is denied to civilians by this section of the Arms Trade Treaty.

• Article 3 places the “ammunition/munitions fired, launched or delivered by the conventional arms covered under Article 2” within the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions, as well.

• Article 4 places all “parts and components” of weapons within the scheme.

• Perhaps the most egregious threat to the rights of gun owners in the Arms Trade Treaty is found in Article 5. Under the title of “General Implementation,” Article 5 mandates that all countries participating in the treaty “shall establish and maintain a national control system, including a national control list.” This list should “apply the provisions of this Treaty to the broadest range of conventional arms.”

• Article 12 adds to the record-keeping requirement, mandating that the list include “the quantity, value, model/type, authorized international transfers of conventional arms,” as well as the identity of the “end users” of these items.

 

 

Conclusion

I would remind the reader that gun confiscation is not an end unto itself. It is a means to an end. For when the people are finally disarmed, the banking mafia that runs this country can have their way with this country with very little opposition. In the words of Jesus, we would be well-advised to never be without our swords (i.e. guns).

The rumors about FEMA camps are true and I as I have previously documented these troops will be trained to man the campps. iI am calling for more reports on this topic. I warned that this was going to happen, it has been happening and these troops are here to take our guns followed by us.

UWEX 16

UWEX 16 will dominate our headlines come mid-November, at the latest. To some extent, the GOP Primary, as important as it is, is serving as a distraction for a much serious situation that is unfolding in Texas. It involves preparations for mass FEMA camp incarcerations, the use of slave labor in the camps and the engagement of rogue American military units identified as hostile by this current administration.

Very Few Are Paying Attention

This is the story that will get no traction. Last fall, I wrote about Jade Helm 16 and how it was going to be a more dire continuation of Jade Helm 15. In late January/early February of 2016, I wrote with great specificity regarding emerging details of Jade Helm 16, now known as Unconventional Warfare Exercise 16 (UWEX 16)-(aka Jade Helm 16). Very few took notice.

I have received several very similar emails in the past 8 weeks which, in part tells us why we should be concerned with UWEX 16.

Thanks for your coverage last year of Jade Helm 15. Although I didn’t realize it then, we have a lot to be afraid of when it comes to Jade 2 or UWEX as they are calling the next phase of Jade Helm 15. 

I have a family member who is serving in Special Operations. We recently met with him for lunch and he was as white as a ghost. He told us that he is expected to “extract domestic terrorists and take them to an impromptu detention facility. At the facility, they are expected to train foreign troops to take over the detention of the prisoners. This is what you wrote about last summer about the Army Reserves in Michigan. His best friend is training for guerrilla warfare inside of Texas. Is JH2 going to be what all of us were afraid was happening in Jade Helm 15?

It is clear that this above email is talking about FEMA camp activation with foreign troop involvement. A deep-cover source connected to Paul Martin is reporting the same thing. This scenario is very consistent with the Resettlement Army documents released in 2014.

I live just a few miles down the road from Fort Hood. It is in Killeen and I’m in Lampasas, Texas. I am a nurse and work 10-6 at night in a local nursing home. This morning another nurse informed me that about 1,000 (one thousand) soldiers from Fort Hood are being sent out of the area on assignment. I asked her if she knew where they were going. She didn’t have any idea but it sure sounds suspicious in light

Again, a deep cover source close to Paul Martin has said the same. Also, Gary Franchi of Next News Network has released the following video on UWEX 16.

It is very clear that various aspects of FM 39.4, of the Army Resettlement documents are very clearly associated with UWEX 16 in terms of how this playing out.

Commanders must organize and manage detainees in such a manner as to permit the proper and ready employment of each detainee. Establish and maintain a current occupational skill record for each detainee. Include new skills as they are acquired.

Assigning individual detainees to a work detail or job on a regular or permanent basis.

Establishing vocational training projects and encouraging detainees to study and develop needed skills to the maximum extent possible.

What lies below is more proof that it will be foreign troops killing American citizens, not American soldiers who cannot be counted on to violate their oath to the Constitution.

Foreign Confinement Officer Training Program

Training U.S. Trainers

N-43. Soldiers and Marines who are assigned training missions receive a course of preparation to deal with the specific requirements of developing the target HN confinement officers (i.e. foreign detention officers). The course should emphasize the cultural background of the HN, introduce its language (to include specific confinement-related terms and phrases) and provide insights into cultural tips for developing a good rapport with HN personnel.

It is amazing that some still continue to deny the presence of foreign troops on American soil.

It is clear that UWEX 16 will, in part, include slave labor as part of the forced incarceration of what presumably will be millions of Americans.  Further, Executive Order 13603, also calls for slave labor in the camps. Let remind the reader that Jade Helm 15 was primarily about dissident extraction and incarceration, hence the use of special forces as opposed to conventional forces.

UWEX 16 is about (1) dissident extraction (2) the quelling of any domestic civil unrest and (3) the obliteration of any American military unit that is not on board and opposes the subjugation of millions of American citizens.

What Does It All Mean?

The establishment of the GOP would rather destroy their own party than give  up the gravy train brought to them through the free trade agreements. If it appears that Trump will be the next President, the plug will undoubtedly be pulled. The GOP leadership will be damned if they are going to give up their strangle hold on this country. They will not only ruin the Republican Party, they will collapse the country.

 

I think a massive false flag upon the Republican Convention remains a real possibility. This would leave the GOP in a mess and from two scenarios emerge as distinct possibilities:

• Obama will declare martial law and never leave office and there will be no November election.
• Hillary Clinton will be championed by the media as a unifying force and she will assume control of the Presidency.

On even a more disturbing note, these events are not confined to Texas and this will be concerned with events unfolding across the country in several locations. This is currently under investigation.

In support of the anti-Guerrilla warfare/civil war scenario, the establishment will need massive amounts of detention facilities from which to place individuals and groups that are deemed to be a threat to the NWO. Any overt or covert support, either through material means, or through emotional support will land one in a FEMA camp. This article addresses the three phases of FEMA camp incarcerations. And when, not if, the roundups begin, you can count on them happening in three phases.

Haven’t You Heard? There Are No FEMA Camps

There are some in the independent media who will tell you that there is no such thing as a FEMA Camp and that only people with tin foil hats believe anything to the contrary. After reading this article, which is the first in a series of articles on FEMA Camps, you will be armed with the knowledge and the legislation which validates the claim that not only FEMA camps are real, they are being  prepared for their soon-to-be guests. The only thing that is missing is a catalyst event.

 

Are you ready for the coming tyrannical crackdown and the complete evisceration of our constitutional liberties? Have you taken the proper precautions that will ensure the safety of you and your family? It is not likely that very many of us have taken any meaningful steps to maximize our chances for survival in what will prove to be humanity’s darkest days. Will it be possible to avoid detection and prevent yourself from being taken into custody and sent to a FEMA Camp?

When the DHS bus rolls into your neighborhood, are you prepared to deal with what lies ahead? Let’s assume for a second that Obama attempts a another false flag. Subsequently, martial law is fully declared. I have always said that the order of things to come will be false flag events, followed by martial law/civil war and culminating in WWIII.

Phase One: Preemptively Removing Dissident Leaders

Using history as an example, if a martial law government determined that the population might rise up, it would be prudent to remove the potential dissident leaders. The Gestapo and the KGB employed the same tactics in which they would arrive at a residence at 3AM, initiate a forced entry into a home, move to quickly gag and bound the family, quickly usher them out to a waiting vehicle and quickly transport the targets to a remote location for final disposition.

How do you know if you are a potential target for immediate elimination once martial law is declared? The short answer is that you cannot be certain. Former NSA agent, the late A.C. Griffith, once stated that we are all assigned a threat matrix score and categorized on the NSA’s ability to track your movements, rate your web surfing habits, track your proximity to other known dissidents through cell phone movement matching and quantitatively and qualitatively monitor your electronic communications. Every one of us has a threat matrix score which is assigned by the NSA. What we do not know is how we compare to everyone else and what will be the cutoff point which would increase the danger for some. Certainly, former military leaders who have been shown the door by Obama are at extreme risk because of their potential to organize guerrilla forces. Key members of the independent media would be another primary target as well those people who would immediately fill an opposition leadership role after the removal of the original opposition leaders.

For the people taken in this matter, along with their families, history shows that the survival rate will be very low. For those dissidents who manage to avoid being taken in the initial purge, your facial image will be uploaded to every traffic and security camera plugged into the NSA system. Detection and arrest will be short-lived except for those who have help or are located in very remote areas.

Phase Two: Mass Roundups

If you are unlucky enough to be located in an area to be considered to have the potential to mount a resistance against the unfolding tyranny (e.g. high number of registered gun owners, high number of veterans, Tea Party members, etc.), mass round ups will be conducted.

In what form will the roundups take place? This is an easy answer. In the aftermath of the Boston Marathon Bombings, martial law troops invaded Boston and provided us with the DHS version of roundups. The DHS oppressors came in the early morning hours. The perimeter of a city block was sealed off by ground troops and an armored personnel carrier. A dozen, or so, storm troopers would approach a house and empty the house of its inhabitants without allowing any time to change or the opportunity to bring any personal items. The troops would start on opposite sides of the street with one group working a north-south directional seizure of residents, while the other group would work in the opposite direction. Therefore, if anyone attempted to run, they would be pushed toward the other group of soldiers coming in the opposite direction. This happened over and over again in Boston. The arresting troops were supported by a heavily armed personnel carrier.

Disposition of Family Members

Your family members will be separated by the authorities as a prelude to sending you to their detention facilities, and that means that men will go to one facility, and women will go to another. Children will have their own facility awaiting them as well. Remember, the state owns your children and they have declared so in their Agenda 21 documents.  In all likelihood, this will mark the last time you will ever see your family. How do I know this? Read the Rex 84 documents (which can be referenced here). The government tells you in plain language what they plan to do with you and your family.

Men, women and children will be taken from their homes to temporary holding facilities. All three groups will be separated, processed and sent to by rail or by bus to more permanent holding facilities.

The NDAA gives the authority for the President to arrest and detain as many people as he deems necessary without due process of law. This act allows for mass arrests and deportations to prison camps. Yes, the NDAA violates our 4th and 5th Amendment protections, but the NDAA is still the law of the land, the Constitution notwithstanding. When Obama signed this unconstitutional legislation, do you really think the government was never going to act upon this self-granted brand of tyranny?

 Executive Order 13603 and the Civilian Inmate Labor Program gives the President the authority to incarcerate and conscript individuals into labor brigades in which they will be forced to work in slave labor units. Hitler did this in many of the death camps in which the inmates performed slave labor while they were being systematically starved to death. And where did Hitler get these wonderful ideas? He got the death camp ideas from the government’s treatment of Native Americans in what I call the ultimate Karma slap in the face, resulting from our past bad acts as a nation.

Again, can anyone present an alternative interpretation that makes any sense with regard to cumulative potential for the enactment of REX 84, the NDAA, EO 13630 and the Civilian Inmate Labor Program? Every one of these documents, and several other government documents, speaks to the intent to mass arrest many Americans, enslave and eventually exterminate them. Before you roll your eyes and write to me in a spirit of denial telling me how crazy I am and how I am fear mongering (i.e. neurolinguistic programming term designed to discredit the evidence of a conspiracy), read each and every document, take notes and you will soon realize that you are watching the unfolding of something worse than what Stalin did to his people. And with the NSA surveillance spy grid, the American version of tyranny will be much more virulent than any other program of its type in human history.

Conclusion

There are only three ways that you can avoid being taken: (1) Be so remotely located that nobody would bother to look for you. However, you would have to be in place when the roundups started because the exits routes would be closed when the roundups begin; (2) Have friends hide you out. Yet, your friends and acquaintances are already known to the NSA; and, (3) Emigrate to a foreign country. Again, you would have to be in place at the time the roundups commenced in your area.

As an aside, I once had a dream the other night that has caused me much anxiety. I dreamed that my family had relocated to Norway. One night, we were listening to the radio and heard about the civil war in America. We felt relieved until we heard that the UN troops were in our town looking for any Americans. I don’t necessarily believe in prophetic dreams, however, I do think Americans are going to be hunted down, particularly Christians.

“Apparently the quiet streets of Bastrop County worked so well for the U.S. military and their Jade Helm exercise this summer that they’re coming back. This time Special Forces has an unconventional warfare exercise with a catchy acronym,” KEYE TV reports.

That new “catchy acronym” is UWEX16, short for “Unconventional Warfare Exercise 2016.” Once again our communities and private property will be paraded with military activity practices in preparation for martial law type scenarios. 

According to the Austin American-Statsman, “There will be no public meeting and no circulated map of the Unites States with Texas Labeled.” 

In other words this time they are keeping it all under the radar and not notifying US citizens, because last time they did there was outcry.

Americans will soon have little recourse against a government bent on controlling every aspect of their lives, and the way our country is headed freedom will be on the endangered species list.

With the passage of the NDAA our government is operating with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus, and allowing the military unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate its patriots. Including detaining them indefinitely without cause. We are losing our freedoms by the minute and have arrived at a critical breaking point. America is unrecognizable in this state and we have hit the nightmare scenario.

I assure you that one day soon we will experience persecution on a much broader scale. It’s not a question of if, but a question of when. Executive orders have been signed by our President, labor camps have been setup, our government has stockpiled guns and ammo, and Christians, patriots, homeschoolers, gun owners, and veterans have been placed on terrorist watch lists. The Bible even foretells of people being rounded up to FEMA camps…

“They will lay hands on you and persecute you. They will deliver you to synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name.” Luke 21:12

Furthermore a document was leaked back in February 2010, called FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, in this manual it outlines the full blown concept of re-education centers (Read the Document  Here).

The “Psychological Operations Officers” are the ones responsible for re-educating the masses. According  to the document, “the PSYOP… are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations.”

The following roles have been assigned to this PSYOP team (According to Chapter 3 of the Document pg.56):

1. Identify malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.

2. Develops and execute indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.

3. Identifies political activists.

4. Help the military police commander control detainee and populations during emergencies.

5. Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.

This document is not talking about military personal or those detained in war. It specifically targets people “within the U.S. territory. “ 

Also if you haven’t heard already Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia predicted that the court will soon authorize the use of internment camps just like they did during World War II.

Scalia told the University of Hawaii law school while discussing Korematsu v. United States (the ruling in which the court gave its imprimatur to the internment camps), “You are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again.” 

Be ready folks! It’s about to Hit the Fan!  Concentration camps were here before and are here again…
