Today  I watched the so-called workings of a segment of the Legislative branch of the Government, which was the Judiciary Committee.  The Democratic Party has turned this proceedure into a totally political event, with no consideration for the accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, or for the accused, Judge Kavanaugh or their families.

The fact that this allegation of sexual assault, by Christine Blasey Ford happened some 36 years ago is one thing. Yet she is 100% positive that Brett Kavanaugh was the one that did it. Yet again she does not know where the party was, whose house it was in, how she got there, and how she got home, or when it happened.  She claims that it was such a traumatic event that it has affected her throughout her life.

The fact that Senator Diane Feinstein, and the Democrats knew about this since July, and kept it quiet from the Republicans lends itself not to finding the truth, but to derail the nomination at any cost.  They had NO feelings for anyone, but their own goals of defeating Trump.  They care not for Americans, but for their own agenda.  

Go and watch for yourselves how the Democrats "grilled" Christine Blasey Ford.  They continually complimented her for coming forward.  Never did the seek to find if her story had any merit.  The Democrats, and Ford's attorney continually made demands on the Judiciary that the Judiciary had to set the day and demand that she appear.  They set today as the day, and tomorrow for the vote, and that is how and why she showed up today.

After the Feinstein announcement of the letter, the Democrats complained that 11 old Republican white men would be asking the questions of this "poor" woman.  So the Republicans had a woman that deals with sexual assault and rape cases ask the questions.  In my book she was not tough enough, but that is besides the point.  Now I hear Democrats complaining that a woman asked the questions.

Democrats were only interested in praising Dr. Ford, and yet NOT ONE OF THEM asked her about her days in high school, and college.  Not one of them asked if she blacked out from drinking,  Yet they delved into Judge Kavanaugh's high school, and college days.  Why?

The biggest hole in her scanty story was what she could NOT remember.  Recently I spoke with a man whose profession was assisting people in their past trauma even when that trauma took place many years ago, and gathering all the evidence that he could while no upsetting them further.  He said  that when one remembers a trauma in their past that they remember everything.  He said that they know where it took place, and where it took place. He went on that they can even remember what the person was wearing.  He said in the many years that he has been doing this he has never had a person that remembers a traumatic event that does not know when and where it took place.

Let me digress into my own experience of a past traumatic event.  Two years ago I was visiting my sister.  She asked me if I remembered the car crash in LA when we were walking Market Basket with our mother.  It all came back to me.  I was 5 years of age, and my sister was a bit older.  That event was more than 60 years ago.  Yet I had suppressed the memory. Why you might ask.  We were walking down Huntington Drive, and to cross the next busy intersection my mother has us wait until a two door sedan make the right turn.  The driver made a sudden stop as another person was crossing the street.  The car behind him slammed in his car.  The gas tank on the sedan split open, and in seconds the car was engulfed in flames.   At 5 years of age I saw a man burn to death.  I can now see his face.  That was blocked out of my mind for decades, and yet today it is as if it was yesterday.

I rest my case.  She is a liar, and a part of a much larger conspiracy.
