Keir Starmer, who attends annual Davos WEF gatherings and is at the forefront of world leaders trained to introduce The Great Reset/Fourth Industrial Revolution AI agenda into his country, has recently taken a major step into the abyss by announcing (January 13th 2025) that his government is going to ‘push AI into the veins of Britain’.
That’s straight out of the World Economic Forum’s manual for enforcing a digital DNA manipulation program for control of the human mind – and it looks like Sir Keir has been chosen to lead the way.
“Our plan will make Britain the world leader. It will give industry the foundation it needs and will turbocharge the “Plan for Change”, says Starmer. Claiming that the plan for change is about “more jobs, more investment, more money in peoples’ pockets and the transformation of public services.”
But we all know what ‘The Plan for Change’ really is: the Great Reset’s grand theft of people’s privacy, property and positive mental health.
“In a world of fierce competition, we cannot stand by. We must move fast and take action to win the global race,” said Starmer.
How many times have we heard this sort of economic claptrap spewing forth from the clones of the WEF’s school of servile technocrats?
Starmer wants to take action to win the global race to get transhumans to replace sentient members of the human race.
Klaus Schwab convinced him – as well as his compatriot the King of England – that this is the future. “If you want to keep your job for the next four years you had better set about it right away” warn his minders.
An upright turbocharged goose step march into state controlled surveillance; big data; central control and a subservient brain damaged social constituency – is what is actually being announced by the British prime minister.
The Guardian newspaper boldly announces
“Keir Starmer will launch a sweeping action plan to increase twenty fold the amount of AI computing power under public control by 2030.”
Hello, there’s that infamous 2030 date looming up again. Everything is supposed to be in place to have achieved full spectrum dominance over freedom loving members of the human race by that date.
The Green Deal/Agenda 2030 robotisation plan – put in place in order to keep the Net Zero CO2 agenda on track – must be maintained at all costs, of course.
Everything is stated as being subservient to this insane attempt to annul carbon dioxide and thereby induce a state of suffocation for the plant, animal and human kingdom.
“At all costs” means a further bleeding of the already shaky UK economy, as it has been estimated that the overall computing capacity boost involved in establishing this AI dystopia will cost tax payers billions of pounds over the next five years.
The grand AI induction program requires greatly increased amounts of electricity generation. The cabinet office has demanded an accelerated investment in new ‘miniature nuclear reactors’ to power the energy hungry technology. These to be cited in countryside areas with low levels of industry.
I wonder how the British public will react to being told that a mini nuclear power station will be needed in a field next to their home? Not too kindly, I suspect.
A survey by the British government in 2024 found that the three words most associated with AI are ‘robot’, ‘scary’ and ‘worried’. But this has done nothing to quell the enthusiasm of Sir Kier for replacing farmers with robots and their farms with wind turbines, photovoltaic generation stations, vast data storage centers – and now the addition of hundreds of nuclear reactors.
It’s hard to believe that this is actually seen as the way to drive-up the economic fortunes of a country which has fallen into the trap set by the architects of centralised control – to become dependent upon a virtual reality type of unfounded bravura for the Brave New World so convincingly warned about by Aldous Huxley more than 70 years ago.
But that’s precisely where things are headed unless a powerful resistance rises up to block their progress.
The government has confirmed that it will be gathering data held by the public sector in a new National Data Library designed to support “AI research and innovation” – but would not specify what data would be made available to private companies, only that it would be done “responsibly, securely and ethically”.
Ah, we can all breathe a sigh of relief. After all, politicians are renowned for their honesty and straight talk.
Rachel Reeves, the finance minister, has a plan of how to raise more cash to get this tragic comedy on the road – and that’s by introducing ‘ruthless’ cuts to public services; an action that is also supposed to repair the country’s ailing finances.
Somewhere in old England there exists a moral spine; a form of common sense supported resistance to faceless modernity, repudiation of ‘change for changes sake’ and the brainless rush into a ‘Brave New New World Order’.
That stubborn characteristic of the English culture is now needed on the front line of defence against the psychopathic pursuit of a digitally deemed necessity for becoming a ‘global leader of change’ within an already top-down induced program of chaos and confusion.
The AI wonder world promised by the leaders of the British government is supposed to link directly into the satellite EMF microwave global surveillance grid known as ‘the cloud’. Elon Musk, Geff Bezos and other billionaire control freaks, are currently presenting ‘cloud computing’ as the great fix for ‘instant access to everything’. As well as acting as the hub for super surveillance smart cities and weaponized interference with the human psyche.
Smart cities are being recommended for housing redundant farmers and countryside dwellers, booted off the land to make way for a perfectly sanitized Net Zero world of transhuman cyborgs and genetically engineered bipeds once known as human beings.
So, time to come forward all good British defenders of the beauty of the rolling hills and dales of this ancient sacred land.
Time to gather ourselves together in defence of something human, humane and of higher value than the sterile, soulless world being promised by the Schwab initiated clones of the deep state coven.
There’s everything to fight for and nothing to lose. By stepping forward to join the resistance we will become courageous victors within this grand struggle to preserve the supreme sanctity of Life.

It’s essential to understand that many of the Northern Italian Black Nobility, who were domiciled throughout the Republic of Venice during the period prior to the founding of the British East India Company in 1600, eventually found themselves without an empire to rule. The Venetian Empire was, after all, maintained by the Doge’s supremacy of the seas, specifically the Adriatic, Ionian, Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean Seas (see map below). As soon as the British Empire began to emerge as the dominating naval force in the Atlantic and elsewhere, the Black Nobility made their way to London to set up shop along with the Khazarian banksters who already owned and operated the Square Mile, as explained in the exposé below.
However, what the Italian Black Nobility did was bring their super-predatory capitalism in the form of their corporate and banking models with them. For the first corporations in the world were established throughout Northern Italy, from Venice to Genoa and from Milan to Florence, during the late 13th century onward. As a matter of historical fact, the banking families in Italy (e.g. House of Medici in Florence) were the wealthiest and most powerful in Europe at that time, and they intended on remaining so. Hence, the City of London became their new stomping grounds from which to rape, pillage and plunder the then known world.

Utility Companies Are Run By Technocrats Obsessed With Control Over Energy

Starting in the early 1930s, the Technocracy movement was obsessed with control over energy. The first two requirements laid down for Technocracy in 1934 were (1) Register on a continuous 24-hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy and (2) By means of the registration of energy converted and consumed, make possible a balanced load.” You could easily see this exact wording on your modern energy bill.
As I wrote in Technocracy’s Necessary Requirements,
Conversion of energy means creating useable energy from stored energy like coal, oil or natural gas; when they are burned, electricity is generated. Hydroelectric and nuclear also convert energy. There were two reasons to keep track of useable energy: First, it was the basis for issuing “energy script” to all citizens for buying and selling goods and services. Second, it predicted economic activity because all such activity is directly dependent upon energy. (Note that Technocrats intended to pre-determine how much energy would be made available in the first place.)
Once available energy was quantified, it was to be allocated to consumers and manufacturers so as to limit production and consumption. Technocrats would have control of both ends, so that everything is managed according to their scientific formulas.
The modern Smart Grid, with its ubiquitous WiFi-enabled Smart Meters on homes and businesses, is the exact fulfillment of these two requirements. The concept of “energy web” was first revitalized in 1999 by the Bonneville Power Authority (BPA) in Portland, Oregon. A government agency, BPA had a rich history of Technocrats dating back to its creation in 1937. The “energy web” was renamed Smart Grid in 2009 during the Obama Administration. Note that Smart Grid was a global initiative that intended to blanket the entire world with this new energy control technology.
If America were to face this reality, these Technocrat charlatans would be thrown into the dustbin of history. Unfortunately, policy leaders like Heartland Institute are blind to it. ⁃ Patrick Wood, Editor.
When electric power was a novel idea and just beginning to be adopted in urban centers, the industry had a Wild West feel to it as multiple companies strung wires, opened power plants, and sold electricity on an unregulated market. Competition was fierce, but state and local governments concluded that the inefficiencies and redundancies endangered the public and imposed higher costs.
So states set up service territories with monopolistic or oligopolistic service providers, who were entrusted with providing reliable power and sufficient reserve for peak periods in return for being guaranteed a profit on rates proposed by the utilities but approved or set by newly established state public utility commissions (PUCs). These commissions were charged with ensuring public utilities served the general public universally within their territory, providing reliable service at reasonable rates.
Much has changed since then. Politicians began to supplant engineers to decide, based on self-interested calculations, what types of power should be favored and disfavored, and what types of appliances and modes of transportation Americans could use. As the 21st century dawned, a new consideration entered the picture: Climate change.
Under the banner of combatting global warming, utilities were at first encouraged and then coerced into adopting plans and policies aimed at achieving net zero emissions of carbon dioxide. The aim of providing reliable, affordable power – the rationale for the electric utilities’ monopolies in the first place – was supplanted by a controversial and partisan political goal. Initially, as states began to push renewable energy mandates, utilities fought back, arguing that prematurely closing reliable power plants, primarily coal-fueled, would increase energy costs, compromise grid reliability, and leave them with millions of dollars in stranded assets.
Politicians addressed those concerns with subsidies and tax credits for renewable power. In addition, they passed on the costs of the expanded grid to ratepayers and taxpayers. Effectively, elected officials and the PUCs, with a wink and a nod, indemnified utilities for power supply failures, allowing utilities to claim that aging grid infrastructure and climate change were to blame for failures rather than the increased percentage of intermittent power added to the grid at their direction.
Today, utilities have enthusiastically embraced the push for renewable (but less reliable) resources, primarily wind and solar. PUCs guarantee a high rate of return for all new power source (wind, solar, and battery) installations, which has resulted in the construction of ever more and bigger wind, solar, and battery facilities. The costlier, the more profitable – regardless of their compromised ability to provide reliable power or the cost impact on residential, commercial, and industrial ratepayers.
A new report from The Heartland Institute demonstrates the significant financial incentives from government and financiers for utilities to turn away from affordable energy sources like natural gas and coal, and even nuclear, and instead aggressively pursue wind and solar in particular. All of this is done in the name of pursuing net zero emissions, which every single major utility company in the country boasts about on their corporate reports and websites. Reliability and affordability come secondary to the decarbonization agenda.
Dominion Energy is a good example, as they are one of the most aggressive movers on climate-focused policy. Dominion CEO Robert Blue speaks excitedly about government-forced transitions to a wind- and solar-dominated grid in interviews. During one interview with a renewable energy podcast, he said:
“[S]ometimes the government needs to focus on outcomes. We’re trying to address a climate crisis, and we are going to need to move quickly to do that.” In the same interview, he expressed enthusiasm about federal policy that would achieve a government-directed transition.
And why wouldn’t he? Dominion, like most utilities, is granted government tax credits and guarantees on returns for investing in large, expensive projects like offshore wind, the most expensive source of electric power. The bigger the project, the bigger the profit with guaranteed returns.
Also, onshore wind companies have received special “take limits” from the Fish and Wildlife Service to kill protected bald eagles and golden eagles, while prosecuting oil companies if birds are injured or killed on their sites.
Net zero policies are not the environmental panacea that climate change activists proclaim. Industrial-scale wind and solar use substantially more land than conventional energy resources, disrupting ecosystems and destroying wildlife habitats in the process.
And despite recent technological advances, wind and solar are still not dispatchable resources, meaning they cannot provide consistent power at all times needed. Refuting claims made by environmentalists and utilities that wind and solar are the cheapest sources of electric power, costs have risen steeply as the use of wind and solar has increased. Customers of Duke Energy in Kentucky, for example, are paying 78% higher rates in the wake of coal-fired plant closings.
Politicians and utilities are pushing for even more electrification for appliances and vehicles despite the fact that Federal Energy Regulatory Commission officials have repeatedly warned in recent years that adding more demand for electric power while replacing reliable power sources with intermittent renewables is destabilizing the power system.
It appears that the utilities prioritize short-term profits over grid reliability or keeping costs reasonable – and the government officials who are supposed to keep them in check are only encouraging them. It doesn’t need to be this way. The U.S. grid was not always this way. Only in recent years, with the obsessive pursuit of net zero, have rolling black and brownouts become so common.
Today, utility companies are sending lobbyists to conservative policymakers in order to convince them that the utilities have our best interests in mind. Their track record tells another story. Meanwhile, Americans have less reliable electricity at higher costs.
