Biden Allowed Major Donor to Hand Advanced Military Tech to China—He Refused to Meet with National Security Officials Warning Against the Deal

There is much truth behind the joke about an American traitor that has the punch line, ‘The Senator from DuPont, oops I mean Delaware.’

DuPont is the corporation that defines Biden’s career. His first Senate bid was staffed with DuPont employees, including future chief-of-staff and senator Ted Kaufman, who was conveniently allowed to take a “leave of absence” from DuPont to help elect Biden. Afterward, Biden celebrated his victory at the Hotel DuPont and later bought a former DuPont mansion.

DuPont figures in a lot of Biden’s stories. He even claims to have gotten on board with gay marriage when his father showed him a gay couple kissing at DuPont. And Biden figures in the latest DuPont story which involves handing over advanced military technology to China.

For today's motivational headline of the day we go to the WSJ, which reminds us that even though unprecedented corporate mergers which inevitably will lead to record corporate layoffs, pardon, synergies, there is a silver lining: "better living through layoffs."



The WSJ's article, which laments the lack of organic growth in America and where only (cheap debt-funded) mergers remain as a source of upside for shareholders, can be summarized as follows:

The argot of American business has been reduced to “sensible growth,” “dividend return” and “listening to shareholders.”

This is not an America playing to win. It’s an America playing not to lose.
