[12/4/16]  Time for some traffic problems in Manhattan!

City officials have intentionally ground Midtown to a halt with the hidden purpose of making drivers so miserable that they leave their cars at home and turn to mass transit or bicycles, high-level sources told The Post.

Today’s gridlock is the result of an effort by the Bloomberg and de Blasio administrations over more than a decade of redesigning streets and ramping up police efforts, the sources said.

“The traffic is being engineered,” a former top NYPD official told The Post, explaining a long-term plan that began under Mayor Mike Bloomberg and hasn’t slowed with Mayor de Blasio.

“The city streets are being engineered to create traffic congestion, to slow traffic down, to favor bikers and pedestrians,” the former official said.

“There’s a reduction in capacity through the introduction of bike lanes and streets and lanes being closed down.”

The concerted effort includes:

• Pedestrian plazas that have cut off entire lanes of traffic and created bottlenecks.
• Protected bike lanes on major avenues that eat up a traffic lane and force trucks to double park.
• Cross streets where turns are forbidden on nearly all avenues.
• Intersections where drivers must wait for green arrows to turn onto avenues.
• Ordering traffic agents to focus more on writing tickets and less on directing traffic.

The goal of the jammed traffic is to shift as many drivers as possible to public transit or bicycles.

An added benefit was supposed to be safer streets, but city officials have said that while 45,000 fewer cars and trucks now come into Midtown daily than in 2010, pedestrian deaths are on the uptick this year.

The driver headaches began under Bloomberg in 2003, with his THRU Streets program that prohibits drivers from turning onto most avenues from nine Midtown cross streets during weekday hours.

Bloomberg then tried to drastically cut vehicle traffic with a congestion-pricing program that would have charged drivers to enter Midtown.

Albany nixed that plan in 2007, and the next year, Bloomberg changed tactics.

He again targeted drivers with his ambitious Green Light for Midtown Project, which, starting in 2009, installed roadway-narrowing redesigns of Columbus Circle, Broadway, Times Square and Herald Square.

Green Light includes pedestrian plazas and protected bike lanes that are still being completed under de Blasio, who has further snarled traffic with reduced speed limits, redesigned intersections and aggressive summons-writing as part of his Vision Zero initiative.

Many have been critical of Obama's decision to deploy additional troops to Syria. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh told Democracy Now that he was "horrified" by the announcement, while former UN Assistant Secretary-General Hans-Christof von Sponeck referred to it as a "tragic "development" that could hamper the Geneva peace process.

"I do not understand why [Obama's] decided to jump into a war that [is] being won right now by the Syrian army and its allies, including Russia," Hersh said. "I can just speculate that our anti-Putin, anti-Russian instinct in America continues apace. That's all."

The journalist further praised Moscow's counterterrorism campaign in Syria. "The real winner in the last year or so of the war there has been the Russians. And the Russians – the bombing was much more effective," he noted.

Obama "is entering his last six months and he wants to leave a legacy that shows some sign of success," he explained.

If so, these experiments will hardly help to achieve this goal, but could instead contribute to ruining a country plagued by a foreign-sponsored insurgency for more than five years.

"The Americans are never short of an experiment, never short of trying something new," von Sponeck asserted. Washington "is jumping from one laboratory test to another, and in the meantime [Syria] continues to go further towards a destroyed nation."

Trump Just Revealed the Real Reason Protesters Shut Down Chicago Rally – He May Be Right

In the wake of protests that forced him to cancel a planned Friday night rally in Chicago, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said the root cause of the anger stoking the actions of Chicago protesters is deep-seated frustration over economic issues.

“I think we have a very divided country, and I think it’s been that way for a long time,” he told CNN Friday night. “It’s very sad to see. Frankly, it’s terrible. People are upset because they haven’t had a salary increase in 12 years. Our jobs are being taken away. I think it’s largely economic.”

Trump said his campaign rhetoric was not to blame as much as was unemployment among African-American youths.

“This has a lot to do with jobs,” Trump said. “It has a lot to do with the incompetent running of a country.”

Trump has spoken out on the issue of black unemployment before.

“President Obama, an African-American, has done a terrible job for African-Americans,” Trump said in January.

“We have an African-American president and the black youth, the African-American youth, has essentially all never done worse. You look at the unemployment in the ’50s. You look at African-American people that are 30 and 35 and 40, in the height of their strength and lives, and they’re doing horribly.”

“Donald Trump will do a great job for African Americans. I’ll bring back jobs to this country from China and many other places, and I’ll let people work and make a great living. I will be great for African-Americans,” he said then.

In June 2015, Trump said black youth are at “a point where they’ve just about never done more poorly, there’s no spirit, there’s killings on an hourly basis virtually in places like Baltimore and Chicago and many other places.”

Putin Has Been Exposing The U.S. Battle Plans Against ISIS In Syria As A Complete And Total Fraud

The Obama Administration, and those who control it from within the World Shadow Government, have suffered the greatest embarrassment in modern military history. Russia’s entry into the Syrian theatre of war completely exposed the U.S. military’s fraudulent non-attacks on ISIS, ISIL, IS, etc.  The French have also NOT been conducting any serious airstrikes against real ISIS positions.  In fact the whole coalition is a complete sham and was only created to depose President Bashar al-Assad in order to unlawfully replace his legitimate government.
President Vladimir Putin accomplished in 72 hours what the US-led coalition could not achieve in a year of coordinated airstrikes against ISIS & ISIL, aka Fric and Frac.  The revelation of the United States’ obviously fake war on terrorist groups inside Syria had to be covered up.  It is in times like these that Washington has employed false flag operations and mass shootings in order to distract the American people and divert their attention.  The sheer embarrassment that they have suffered at the hands of Putin is simply too much for them to bear.  Such shocking revelations about coalition duplicity will also doom their agenda toward the establishment of Greater Israel.
In fact, Russian warplanes have inflicted more serious damage on ISIS in just three days of bombing — with quite limited intelligence — than the Western powers have since they engineered this civil war.  Russia’s Air Force already has the ISIL terrorists fleeing their positions never to come back.  The inside story is that USS ISIS is now a fast-sinking ship. How did the far superior U.S. Navy and Air Force, with battleships and aircraft carriers parked all over the Mediterranean, not summon the necessary force to execute a one-two punch like Russia just did?
Because they were set up to fail purposefully so as not to destroy their critical ISIS assets which would be used to take down Assad. 

This is where the Oregon Shooting Hoax comes in.

First and foremost the Oregon false flag operation was designed to distract the American people right after Putin’s Russia was successful at unveiling their ongoing war sham against ISIS.  This was the primary purpose of the TIMING of the Oregon shooting hoax. 
By hoax, it is understood that the staged shooting was conducted specifically to change the national conversation.  Whether anyone was actually shot or killed will be revealed in time, no thanks to the mainstream media (MSM).  Regardless of the number of deaths or injuries, there is only one thing that matters — the mere perception that another shocking and brutal mass murder took place on a college campus in America.  
Each one of these fabricated events also ultimately serves to annul the 2nd Amendment.   Therefore, regardless of how many of these diversionary hoaxes they perpetrate, each mass shooting brings the American people closer to the point of turning in their guns.  IT’S CALLED MANUFACTURED CONSENT!
The most deliberate long-term goal that the globalists do have is 100% gun control throughout the USA.  Until that happens, they can never really control the American people.  And, they must be completely controled if there is to be a New World Order.

Each mass shooting has multiple goals. Some of those goals are impossible to know. Others, such as gun control and/or serving as a distraction from Obama’s biggest failure yet (that would be the U.S. military hoax in Syria) are very easy to understand.  Intimidating the local sheriff was another premeditated goal.

Because the news was so big in its day, very few caught the fact that the fictitious killing of the fake Osama bin Laden occurred only four days after Obama was forced by Donald Trump to post a forged and fraudulent copy of his fake birth certificate on the official Whitehouse.gov website. Understand that Trump had Obama on the ropes like no one else during the election season.  So cornered was Obama that he was advised to published the obviously fabricated copy of his non-existent birth certificate.  A sitting president only resorts to committing such a crime when absolutely forced to. Trump’s aggressiveness compelled Obama to take the unwanted and illicit action, in spite of it being an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor. 
What’s the point?
The staged assassination of Osama bin Laden occurred 4 days later with a veritable explosion of media which completely pushed the forged birth certificate story off the front page and out of the network evening news lineup.  The fictitious ‘story’ of the OBL assassination was simply too big for even the fraudulent BC copy to compete with.
