Farwell Speech of GW Bush - A Rebuttal

Today is the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., and it was the day of the last speech by our unelected President George W. Bush. What a difference as one man was a man of courage, truth, faith, hope, forbearance, fortitude, forgiveness, and love. The other is not worthy to tie Rev. King’s shoes.

Mr. Bush, as I never accepted the appointed man as my President, lives a life of arrogance and delusion. He is a fool, but he takes everyone else as a fool. He is a coward. Bush is a man that cannot admit a mistake.

His speech that was written for him since we know he does not have the ability to finish one complete sentence by himself, was a lie from start to finish. To begin with the event of 9/11 as a terrorist act, and how he went to Ground Zero and stood with the victims’ relatives is appalling. Mr. Bush: You know who was responsible. You did not want to find out who did it. You, Mr. Bush, know that it was an inside job executed by the US and the Israeli Mossad.

To speak of fighting terrorism in the so called “War on Terror” is an affront to our intelligence. Remember you and Dick Cheney had other things to do during Vietnam. Dick had “other priorities,” while you joined the National Guard and then deserted. Many of your other neo-con friends, Perle, Wolfowitz, etc. never served their country. No, rich men do not fight their own wars. You are a coward.

You claim that we brought a democracy to Afghanistan, where the Taliban ruled and stoned women, and sheltered Al-Qaeda. You have destroyed that country. The country whose people are now starving, but you think you brought them democracy? The Taliban is back in control in over 80% of the country and surrounds Kabul. Now you now have what amounts to the equivalent of being the mayor of Kabul.

Karzi is a former Unocal employee. Oh, what a surprise as Unocal tried to cut the deal with the Taliban for the pipeline from the Caspian Sea through Afghanistan. The Taliban wanted too much money, so a Unocal executive said to Congress in 1998 that they had to be made more friendly (cooperative) or replaced. Well, you could not make them more friendly so you had to replace them. But like the PNAC document said you could not do that without a “New Pearl Harbor.” Cheny and the neocon cabal made sure that 9/11 happened.

The Taliban now in control of over 80% of Afghanistan with Pakistan very unstable provides more opportunity to use your Orwellian language, and this is what you actually wanted to accomplish. Like when you said “Heckava job, Brownie.” Or “Mission Accomplished.” The exact opposite of the truth.

The Taliban was in the process of eradicating their opium crop when we arrived on the scene. Opium is a crop that in the early 1980s the CIA made sure was increased for a two purposes. One purpose was to fund what the Congress would not, and the second was to spread drugs to people even in our own country. In essence, just like the British did to the Chinese in the 19th Century. This way those freedoms that you speak of could be easily taken away under the guise of fighting the “Drug War.” After all you said that the “Constitution is just a god-dammed piece of paper.”

Remember those freedoms that many of my forefathers fought and died for? You probably do not as you have fried your brain on drugs and booze. You did not care anyway since you were connected. You did not have to care. Your PATRIOT ACT took many of them away. That was cool how at night the joint session of the House and the Senate agreed to an act, but the bill that they signed the next morning was not the same one. Rep. Peter DeFazio found that out, but to no avail.

Senator Leahy of Vermont wanted sunset clauses in the Act, which he got. He got some anthrax in the mail.
Senator Daschle wanted an investigation of 9/11, well he got AN Anthrax letter too, and he did not get reelected.
Well if you did so well in Afghanistan why does Barry Obama have to send another surge? You know how the surges work. Pay the opposition. You pay them protection money. In Iraq you have had Petraeus buy off the Sunni.

Iraq has been utterly destroyed. More than 1,000,000 killed. There are over 2,000,000 refugees. It has had its infrastructure totally destroyed. But you claim you brought them democracy.

You spoke of Liberty and Justice. Do you consider torture justice, of is it a liberty for you? Do you call Guantanamo justice or again is it a liberty for you? Do you call rendition, i.e., kidnapping, a just act or an act of liberation? What you had done to Jose Padilla, an American citizen, no less, arresting him and holding him in isolation without charge is totally illegal and unconstitutional. You wanted to start down the slippery slope.

As for the US being a the light of freedom and liberty and democracy to the rest of the world: What have you been sniffing? We have respected no nation, and no laws. We are a law unto ourselves, and you speak of democracy. What bullshit.

You spoke of protecting the innocent from oppression, but not the Palestinians. You fool.

You spoke of our aid to those with AIDS and malaria, but you failed to say how you protected the pharmaceutical company profits at the expense of the humans that were suffering.

You spoke of how you got a new plan for Medicare. Yes, where the government cannot negotiate the prices downward. Again, protecting the few at the expense of the many.

You spoke of the addicted getting aid, but you did not mention that while your father was the vice-president he made sure that Colombia’s #1 drug lord, Jorge Ochoa, had 5 airplanes at his disposal to fly cocaine into this country, the profits of which was used to support the Contras. Congress, with the Boland Amendment, had forbidden aid to the Contras. As the Contras were fighting, a democratically elected government in Nicaragua, the Sandanistas.

You spoke of helping the veterans. You couldn’t care less, and the exposés that continue to document your total disdain for our men and women in uniform will follow you and your legacy to your grave and beyond.

You have d.one your job. You have done what that international cabal that President Kennedy warned us about. It was, and is, a Cabal that wanted to see the destruction of the United States. It wanted to see it bankrupted, and broken up. This cabal wanted the US to be the enforcer of their agenda, but in the process the US would self-destruct, thus bringing on the One World Government.

Dubya, you have done your job. I guess that we could say that you got your “Mission Accomplished.” Our country, a country that I love, is now bankrupt. Although it was not your idea (you were too stupid) Dick Cheney was the master of the estate. You were but the PR man, and at that you failed.

You George W. Bush, and Dick Cheney are TRAITORS, and WAR CRIMINALS. The legacy that you left us in the days ahead is a Depression greater than in the 1930s and a government that will be more intrusive than the Nazis.
