Conspiracy?

At The September 16th Sussex Borough Council meeting I had the opportunity to speak with the head of Aqua New Jersey, which is part of Aqua America.  He, Mr. Assellta was peppered with many question while the Council was in executive session.  My question was “Did you talk to Gov. Corzine about the sale of the Sussex Water and Sewer Authority in 2007?”  His answer was that he did, and that it was he who pushed for the consolidation of the towns.  He admitted that he also spoke to the Governor about the sale of the Water Utility.

Please note that at that time he was on the BPU, and not yet at Aqua New Jersey
