Testing Will Begin In Africa For Biometric ID, “Vaccine Records,” & “Payment Systems”

Testing will soon begin in poverty-stricken parts of Africa for a biometric ID which will also be your payment system and vaccine record. The biometric digital identity platform that “evolves just as you evolve” is backed by none other than the Bill Gates-backed GAVI vaccine alliance, Mastercard, and the AI-powered “identity authentication” company, Trust Stamp.
The GAVI Alliance, which is largely funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates and Rockefeller Foundations, as well as allied governments and the vaccine industry, is principally concerned with improving “the health of markets for vaccines and other immunization products,” rather than the health of individuals, according to its own website. Similarly, Mastercard’s GAVI partnership is directly linked to its “World Beyond Cash” effort, which mainly bolsters its business model that has long depended on a reduction in the use of physical cash.
Reducing the use of cash is needed. Cash is impossible to track, but if you use centralized digital currency, the ruling class has complete control over what you can spend.

The program, which was first launched in late 2018, will see Trust Stamp’s digital identity platform integrated into the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system that is also linked to Mastercard’s click-to-play system that powered by its AI and machine learning technology called NuData. Mastercard, in addition to professing its commitment to promoting “centralized record keeping of childhood immunization” also describes itself as a leader toward a “World Beyond Cash,” and its partnership with GAVI marks a novel approach towards linking a biometric digital identity system, vaccination records, and a payment system into a single cohesive platform. The effort, since its launch nearly two years ago, has been funded via $3.8 million in GAVI donor funds in addition to a matched donation of the same amount by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. –Activist Post

In early June, GAVI reported that Mastercard’s Wellness Pass program would be adapted in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Around a month later, Mastercard announced that Trust Stamp’s biometric identity platform would be integrated into Wellness Pass as Trust Stamp’s system is capable of providing biometric identity in areas of the world lacking internet access or cellular connectivity and also does not require knowledge of an individual’s legal name or identity to function. The Wellness Program involving GAVI, Mastercard, and Trust Stamp will soon be launched in West Africa and will be coupled with a COVID-19 vaccination program once a vaccine becomes available.

What is perhaps most alarming about this new “Wellness Pass” initiative, is that it links these “dual use” digital solutions to cashless payment solutions that could soon become mandated as anything over than touchless, cashless, methods of payment have been treated as potential modes for contagion by GAVI-aligned groups like the World Health Organization, among others, since the pandemic was first declared earlier this year. –Activist Post

Do you get it yet? It’s all tied into the same thing, and the plandemic is an excuse to roll this out. Wake up. They are not coming to save you, quite the opposite, actually.
For those stuck on the line of thinking that President Donald Trump said this “vaccine will be voluntary,” you are probably correct. It’ll be “voluntary” all right. And if you don’t get it and participate in the new biometric ID program, you won’t be able to buy or sell anything, including food. That sounds nothing like the definition of voluntary to me, but believe in whatever religion you wish and put your trust in whomever you want. I’ll rely on myself instead of some politician to save me.
Oh, just what does Trump need 300 million doses of the vaccine for if it’s going to be “voluntary?” We are in for a “dark winter” as they have already told us several times. It’s time to apply critical thinking and stop falling for all of these psyops.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t remain vigilant and know what’s going on. Get your preps in order. Do another audit, buy some more food, and improve your water storage. This system is here and it will not be voluntary in any sense of the word. It’s similar to our “voluntary tax” system. Go ahead and choose to not pay, and men with guns will come to your house to make you pay. Yep, that’s how voluntary interaction works (note: that was sarcasm). Believe any politician you want, but they are all puppets for the Federal Reserve, and their takeover is imminent unless we wake up and stand together.

Total Control: New Measures Toward Global Totalitarianism

For those who have read “1984” by George Orwell, it is almost prophetic in its depth and accuracy. The reason that the warning has not been heeded is that change takes place with glacial slowness. Sometimes the changes take so long they dull the senses and we become inured to “more bad news,” or we just discount it continually. No matter what our reaction, the march toward global totalitarianism proceeds, with or without our consent or even our attention.

The slow march is deliberate. The reason for this is simple. The generation/group of people between the ages of approximately 40 to 60 are of an age who still have a sense of nationalism and grew up/experienced their formative years without that complete socialist indoctrination inflicted upon the youth of today. For the youth, there is no escape from it on their own, because they have no point of reference with which to identify and compare it to what has been forced upon them now by indoctrinators (termed “educators”). The new “all for the communal hive” mentality has been crafted by those in power and carried out by teachers.

So, a deliberate and systematic “ratcheting” up and down of the speed Wcof changes (the institution of new totalitarian controls) varies. Those in power need to eliminate those between 40 to 60 years old, or “engulf” them by numbers of the new manipulated youth and then just “vote” them out of effectiveness. The “Tyranny of the Majority” perfected to an art form. Obama couldn’t finish the job in 8 years…but the sporadic ratcheting just took a new twist.

It was reported that Bill Gates is joining a group of investors for an initial investment of about $1 billion dollars. They are going to back a company based in Seattle, WA called EarthNow that will endeavor to emplace 500 satellites above the Earth.

When the emplacement is complete, every inch of the globe will be able to be surveilled in real time.

The Daily Mail wrote a good piece on it on 4/19/18 that seemed to run unnoticed. A few other networks picked it up and reported on it, with the most summarized version being a piece entitled “Surveillance of Entire Earth, Big Brother Satellite Army,” by Battle For World.

EarthNow will provide this complete surveillance to “high value enterprise and government customers,” in other words: Mega-Corporations and Government.

There’s more afoot. The article, “Compulsory Biometric ID Announced by European Commission,” by Virginia Hale came out on 4/17/18. Here’s an excerpt:

“The European Commission has announced plans to make biometric ID cards compulsory across the bloc which will allow authorities to bar “terrorists and criminals” from accessing money and other services. Plans to introduce mandatory ID cards across all 28 EU member states — including Britain — have been in development for more than two years in Brussels as part of the Commission’s goal of building an effective “security union”, Die Welt reports.

Set to be equipped with data including the holder’s fingerprint, the cards would be designed to tackle identity fraud and make it harder to falsify documents, according to Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos. “We have to tighten the screws until there is no room left for terrorists or criminals and no more means for them to carry out attacks,” he told the German newspaper on Monday. “This means that they must be barred from accessing money, counterfeit documents, weapons and explosives, and at the same time prevented from being able to cross our borders undetected.”

Tightening the screws, eh? But none of those measures will restrict the true criminals…the “partners” of national governments…who access money, counterfeit documents, weapons, and explosive…they do the same things they claim to be “preventing.” All in the “interests of public safety,” and all under the Color of Law, at the expense of the citizen-beeves.

Think this isn’t coming here, to the United States? Think again. The biggie that they want now is the DNA. If you recall, I wrote a piece last Fall that mentioned how the Baltimore Ravens Football Administration tried to give out “free DNA kits” on opening day to fans. It was stopped in the “interests of public health” where the fans would have swabbed their mouths and dropped it in a vial…all to “find out their ancestry,” etc. Not quite. They wanted to see if people would voluntarily give away their DNA.

Myriad Genetics (the “inventors” of the Brica system of breast cancer detection) tried to patent genes they collected, and the courts struck it down. Little by little, the paradigm shifts, however, and recently you’ve been hearing some “murmurs” about DNA information for both ID cards (Driver’s Licenses, for now) and to obtain a firearm…as it is mandatory in some states already to submit biometric information prior to purchasing a pistol or rifle.

On 4/12/18, an article came out entitled “Estonia offers free genetic testing in nationwide experiment,” by Jari Tanner of AP, and here’s an excerpt:

“Estonia has started offering residents free genetic profiling in a nationwide experiment aimed at minimizing risks for typical diseases and encouraging a healthier lifestyle through personalized data reports. Lili Milani, a researcher with the Estonian Genome Center at the University of Tartu, said Thursday the scheme kicked off in March and will initially cover some 100,000 volunteers in the Baltic country of 1.3 million. Participants are required to donate DNA samples from blood and give consent to storing their data to the Estonian Biobank, which has collected health records and biological samples from Estonians since 2000.”

Do you like that one? “Required” and “give consent” for storing their data, as if it’s a service. The Estonians have been giving samples to a biobank that has been actively collecting physical samples for the past 18 years.

This is to obtain a DNA “fingerprint” from everyone. It is a worldwide collection activity taking place right under our noses and before our eyes.

As you can see, they’re pushing their “family-friendly” activities more and more…using the “voluntary” trick at first…but eventually it will become mandatory. It already happens in the U.S. When you have a surgical procedure or operation they take tissue and blood samples and save them in a repository, ostensibly to “compare with later tests,” etc., etc. The samples are frozen and kept by labs who have genetic repositories, such as Myriad Genetics.

So, Bill Gates and his allies are going to emplace a global surveillance system of satellites, biometric IDs are being pushed and finalized for all of Europe, and genetics collection facilities are in “overdrive” worldwide. See the writing on the wall and don’t ignore it. They are moving toward global governance in every nation. Orwell is no longer alive, but his writings were a warning for all of mankind that we would all do well to heed before it’s too late.

U.S. Surveillance Grid is Crafted Nationally toward Global Integration

Most of the time a headline is not enough, nor even a “wake-up” call from a Julian Assange or an Edward Snowden. Many times, the headlines or warnings are buried beneath a plethora of duplicitous distractions crafted by the Mainstream Media (MSM) that are tabloid in nature: sensationalism, not focused and objective reporting. But the passage of time tends to turn the conscientious into dullards and dim the memories until they are forgotten.

We all know how October 1, 2016, Obama turned over control of the Internet to ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Do you know what their slogan is? “One World, One Internet.”

Using the “social needs” portion of the Hierarchy of Needs pyramid…to foster groupthink and group cooperation, all of American society (from birth to death) is precisely controlled and funneled into a system that will enable the docility of subjects (citizens, if you prefer) and their transition into the global governance and the New World Order (NWO).

Here is a statement made by an ICANN board member regarding the transition from U.S. government control to “stewardship” by a corporation that is supposedly an NPO (Non-Profit Organization). Take note of the language.

“This transition was envisioned 18 years ago, yet it was the tireless work of the global Internet community, which drafted the final proposal, that made this a reality,” said ICANN Board Chair Stephen D. Crocker. “This community validated the multistakeholder model of Internet governance. It has shown that a governance model defined by the inclusion of all voices, including business, academics, technical experts, civil society, governments and many others is the best way to assure that the Internet of tomorrow remains as free, open and accessible as the Internet of today.”

As can be seen, the singsong language contradicts itself: “…multistakeholder model of Internet governance…” “…a governance model…,” “…the best way to assure…” “…the Internet of tomorrow remains as free…as the Internet of today.”

The word “free” is used to describe the Internet in the same sentence as “Internet governance.” No liberty there…except the liberties they take in “taking care of all of this for us,” while they “take care of us,” no doubt. Games. Games played by the stakeholders. Multistakeholder? Would that be Prof. Van Helsing in Dracula? Or is it referring to the usual “conga line” of nabobs, such as oligarchs and their front-corporations, and the politicos. The sacred triumvirate of power-broker billionaires to own it all, elected thieves enriched by the billionaires to place it into law that oligarchs and politicos own and control it, and the religious silver-tongued swami’s (pick any denomination) to soothe the serfs and use sacred scripts to assure a smoothly-sailing servitude, with no say-so.

So, the current model of Internet governance assures us that the Internet will always be free…and that is why ICANN currently has one of their main offices in Beijing, right next to State Security of the People’s Republic of China.

Look deeply, and you can see it. A few years ago, L-1 Identity Solutions was tasked with the creation of biometric systems for passports and driver’s licenses by the U.S. government. Let’s take a quote out of Wikipedia to see what L-1 does:

“L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc. is a large American defense contractor in Connecticut. It was formed on August 29, 2006, from a merger of Viisage Technology, Inc. and Identix Incorporated. It specializes in selling face recognition systems, electronic passports such as Fly Clear, and other biometric technology to governments such as the United States and Saudi Arabia. It also licenses technology to other companies internationally, including China.”

How nice: multistakeholders, again. But wait! There’s more! L-1 isn’t L-1 any longer: it was bought by Safran in 2011 for about $1 billion. This is a French company…a multi-subsidiary holding company, to be exact. “Identity management” is one of the cards they hold in their deck of activities. So, what about L-1 of Connecticut? Well, it shifted into Morpho, the security and identity division of Safran. And then Morpho “morphed” into OT (Oberthur Technologies) Morpho, still specializing in the digital security and biometrics as before.

But the big news in all of this is that an international firm has bought an American firm that is responsible for biometric and digital data in U.S. passports and driver’s licenses.

In the past two weeks we saw the introduction of H.R. Bill 4760, that includes detailed and lengthy provisions for what amounts to the establishment of national ID cards and passports that ensure complete control of citizens before they exit the borders of the United States.

All these activities point toward a subtle movement and integration of the U.S. into an international interdependency that will eventually lead to all U.S. economic, social, and infrastructure systems being placed under foreign control…toward the abolition of American sovereignty and the destruction of U.S. borders, language, culture, and way of government.

By performing such actions slowly and incrementally, it keeps the activities out of the public eye and the forefront of scrutiny. Work, taxation, consumption, and entertainment…THX-1138 ad infinitum…until cage has been completely constructed. The power-brokers, oligarchs, nabobs, and religious leaders all have assured themselves a “seat at the table” after the United States is carved up, subjugated, and reduced in numbers.

To paraphrase their own words: governance to assure freedom.

You know, governance: all with the barrel of a gun to “help you with your compliance” in the same manner as the governing authorities “assure your freedom.” Night and day, they’re working nonstop to close the cage and implement these systems…while also working to maintain the stultifying theatrics of the Super Bowl, movies to escape from reality, and tabloid non-news to shape and mold public opinion.

Governments, politicians, corporations, and oligarchs do not do these types of things for no reason. Frog in the kettle. They are implementing a global system of surveillance and control, and the United States is the final obstacle for that global governance. The result will not be smiling stewardship…it will be totalitarianism with teeth…. rule by force, not government by consent. Malthus, More, Marx…and “1984” by Orwell will be only fictitious in the scope of the narrative. The existence of the totalitarian State and all its facets described will be a reality, and when it’s in place, that boot Orwell imagined may very well be trampling upon the face of humanity forever.

The 17-page Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Intelligence Report, issued to law enforcement last week, says ISIS likely has been able to print legitimate-looking Syrian passports since taking over the city of Deir ez-Zour last summer, home to a passport office with “boxes of blank passports” and a passport printing machine. Another passport office was located in Raqqa, Syria, which has long been ISIS’s de facto capital.

OUTRAGE OF THE DAY

Today we are witnessing the continuation of a soft coup against not only President Trump, but of our Republic. The Democrats must be highly compromised, i.e. lots of skeletons in their closets. This was the most blatantly biased investigation of Democrats looking for a crime. Yet not that some Republicans are not compromised. Donald Trump did not erase 33,000 e-mail, did not accept 145,000,000 from a Russian Bank, did not hammer his Blackberries, did not bleach bit his computers, did not threaten Ukraine with withholding $1 Billion dollars from Ukraine unless they stopped the investigation of his drug addicted son Hunter, did not sell out the United States of America like Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, and the compromised Democrats have. If the impeachment does not work this time they will try again, and again any means necessary to end the Presidency of Donald Trump, for they do not want their swamp drained.

Gun Safety, ala Governor Murphy

The NWO puppet that is the currently selected Governor of New Jersey constantly calls for "common sense gun control" should step back, and look at what "common sense gun control did for a group of Mormons in Mexico. In Mexico it is illegal to own a gun. Hey Murphy, what criminal obeys the law? He is in reality working for the disarmament of the American people and their subsequent enslavement.

The Star Chamber events that only the corrupt and compromised Democrats can call witnesses, and the accused has no right to confront his detractors. Only what lying little Adam Schiff see what will help his narrative gets out.

So now they will bring the charade out in the open, but with Nancy and liddle Schiff's caveats. Republican can only call witnesses if liddle Schiff approves them.

This is a Deep State operation in high gear. If the treasonous Democrats succeed in this impeachment it will be the END OF AMERICA as we know it.

Death of Bush a Distraction

Hey did they pull the plug on daddy Bush to delay the Trump's release of classified information? This was to be the week of revelation about Hillary, Bill and the Deep State. Monday the Whistle blower on the Uranium One deal was to speak, but instead we have receive lies about a very evil man. The FBI raided the home of the whistle blower instead. Folks if you cannot see the current war that is going on inside our borders they you are either blind of dumber than a box of rocks. WTFU!!!

With the consummate liar, Netanyahu, claiming that there is a secret nuclear program in Iran is beyond hypocrisy. This criminal lives in a glass house, and should not throw stones. If Israel has the right to nuclear weapons so does Iran. What I would be looking for is Israel pulling a false flag on the US Navy.

On Wednesday I listened to "Democracy Now", and later the Tucker Carlson Show. Each host was interviewing Jill Sellout Stein, but neither asked the key question. The key question for me would have been the following: "Jill, a hand recount of the votes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania would probably not be completed by the December 19th deadline for the electoral votes. That would deny Trump the necessary votes to be elected President. That seems to be the Hillary strategy to steal the election, so why would the Green Party candidate shill for Hillary's election. Has Hillary, Bill, the Clinton Campaign, the DNC or others that are connected to the Clinton's approached you, and what were you offered?"

That would have been my question, but then again that is why I only operate in the "Fake News" section of journalism.

Egg Timer 06/14/16

The shooting at the Pulse night club in Orlando, which is just another false flag to promote a not so hidden agenda if failing to convince America that the gun did it. At the gym last night no body believed the government's story.

Just think of the 2.5 to 3 million UNCOUNTED votes in California. Had to get that off the front page. Just think that yesterday Trump was going to give a speech on the crimes of the Clintons. Well that had to be postponed. Cui bono? Hillary of course, and the Indonesian male prostitute that resides in the White House, and vacations around the world. He is determined to disarm law abiding Americans before he leaves the White House.

Iowa Caucus

How about Hillary's luck with her winning 6 coin tosses? Maybe she should play the horses, blackjack, etc. as they all can be fixed too. In six coin tosses you would have a 1 in 64 chance of winning all six. What that tells me is that the Iowa democrats have more allegiance to The Wicked Witch of the West than they do to their own country.

How about Sen. Cruz? He was not natural born, and there is doubt that his mother was born in the US. He is ineligible to run for President, but hey Obama did it why not him?

As for Rubio he was born in the US, but not of US citizens, so he too is not eligible to run for President. He has quite a few skeletons in his closet, and that is why they like him.

So much for representative government. It is a joke, but it is not funny.

Pearl Harbor

Today one should remember a day of "infamay". Yes today December 7th, 1941 the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, as Roosevelt hoped that they would. He made sure that the aircraft carriers were out to sea, and the dinosaur battleships were in port.

He needed an attack, where the US would lose military personnel, so that he could take the side of Churchill against Hitler. You see there were many like the Bush family that backed Hitler. So this necessitated the sacrifice of Americans to further Roosevelt's agenda.

And the beat goes on. We are still expendable to further hidden agendas.

Halloween brings people in strange costumes, and strange people without costumes. So to does it sometimes bring strange events, in costumes. A Russian jet crashes in the Sinai. Well who was, and still is looking for their candy? Who would be willing and able to inflict such damage to the Russians? Looks to me that it would be Israel, the US, with the most means to do it. With ISIS a distant third.

Who does the security at the airport that the plane took off from?

Listening to the House Hearings on Benghazi was maddening.

The question not asked of the Wicked Witch of the West was "Why were we in Libya, and under what Congressional authorization justified it?"

What Hillary said at one point was that "We had to stop Quadafi from oppressing his people." Well he could ride standing up in an open top car without armed protection, and hear the "oppressed" cheer him. Quadafi had turned his country around, and he ran it for the benefit of the people.

The "oppressed" that the Witch referred to were the hired mercenaries out of Benghazi that Quadafi was fighting, and fighting successfully.

The Democrats were not interested in a thorough investigation of what happened, and why, but only in "Lets cover Hillary's ass mode." They accused the Republicans of turning it into a political circus. Well Hillary and Barry (aka Barack) immediately turned in into a political fairy tale while the dead Americans bodies were still warm. Obama thinking of 2012 election and Hillary thinking about 2016.

What Stevens was in on was the knowledge that Hillary and Obama were shipping weapons such as Stinger Missiles to the enemy. The enemy was fighting a US, Israeli, Saudi proxy war to overthrow Assad. My fellow Americans that is TREASON.

Was Hillary using here State Department Office to enhance the Clinton Foundation with money from people and countries that made generous "contributions" to it? In essence these were bribes to pay for her 2016 Presidential run

Just this past week the big fat bully governor of New Jersey announced that he was running for the Republican nomination for the Presidency. We here in New Jersey knew that he was waddling for the job ever since he was elected governor.

In the local paper every Friday has what appears in the classified section is a listing of Sherrif's Sales. Every Friday the list was 3, 4 or 5 pages. Today while we are in "recovery" the pages number 7, and the Republican Congress is pushing the TPP, which will destroy not only the soveringty of the US and any other signatories, but it will further bring down the middle class (what is left of it). Do not worry though, the vultures will peck at the bones of the national, state, county, and local government's assets, and they will get them for pennies on the dollar. The bastards of banking will devour the houses, and turn them into rentals.

Just listenedd to Obama's Chief of Staff say that Obama with his State of the Union will continue his struggle for the middle class. "Continue his struggle for the middle class...", is that sarcasm. There is outrage on the outcome of the Dallas Cowboys versus the Green Bay Packers. Why is their outrage on this total distraction? Fans here belong to one of two tribes that support the circus of the "bread and circus".

It has become a game of less and less interest as commercials, reviews, more reviews, pregame shows of several well paid ex-jocks to tell us what must be done by each team to win. Then after the game the same go over and over the game and why one team won and one lost. The media has more covering a meaningless event than the do covering all of Africa.

It is done to take you mind off the reality of the day. It is the blue pill to keep you from seeing that you are accepting a police state as you are groped and searched when you enter the stadium.

Then there is more money to be made in the betting on the game than in the TV and commercials. So would it be any surprise to you that the games might be fixed? It isn't to me. Have you ever seen the pro football game where one team plays and the other merely shows up? Maybe the team that only showed up knew who the winner would be.

There is also a globalist plan to destroy national sports such as US football, and replace it with soccer. Could this be a step in that direction?

I remember the day well. A Customer Service Representative was promoted to Outside Sales, and he left just before lunch. His new job was to begin on the following Monday. He came back in at about an hour or two later. His face was white as a ghosts. He took a deep breath and said "President Kennedy has been killed."

It was a quiet at the bus stop in Newark that night, and the bus was dead silent. Just like today people are silent on the coup d'etat that happened that day in Dallas. It angers me that people can forget that at that day and time on the 11th month and the 22nd day our country was changed forever, and not for the better.

Many still believe that it is us versus them, and Democrat versus Republican when there is not a dime's worth of difference. The US and the world are run by a SSG (Secret Shadow Government).
