U.S. Surveillance Grid is Crafted Nationally toward Global Integration

Many times, the headlines or warnings are buried beneath a plethora of duplicitous distractions crafted by the Mainstream Media (MSM) that are tabloid in nature: sensationalism, not focused and objective reporting. But the passage of time tends to turn the conscientious into dullards and dim the memories until they are forgotten. We all know how October 1, 2016, Obama turned over control of the Internet to ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Do you know what their slogan is? “One World, One Internet.” Using the “social needs” portion of the Hierarchy of Needs pyramid…to foster groupthink and group cooperation, all of American society (from birth to death) is precisely controlled and funneled into a system that will enable the docility of subjects (citizens, if you prefer) and their transition into the global governance and the New World Order (NWO). Here is a statement made by an ICANN board member regarding the transition from U.S. government control to “stewardship” by a corporation that is supposedly an NPO (Non-Profit Organization). Take note of the language. “This transition was envisioned 18 years ago, yet it was the tireless work of the global Internet community, which drafted the final proposal, that made this a reality,” said ICANN Board Chair Stephen D. Crocker. “This community validated the multistakeholder model of Internet governance. It has shown that a governance model defined by the inclusion of all voices, including business, academics, technical experts, civil society, governments and many others is the best way to assure that the Internet of tomorrow remains as free, open and accessible as the Internet of today.” As can be seen, the singsong language contradicts itself: “…multistakeholder model of Internet governance…”   “…a governance model…,”    “…the best way to assure…”  “…the Internet of tomorrow remains as free…as the Internet of today.” The word “free” is used to describe the Internet in the same sentence as “Internet governance.” No liberty there…except the liberties they take in “taking care of all of this for us,” while they “take care of us,” no doubt. Games.  Games played by the stakeholders. Multistakeholder?  Would that be Prof. Van Helsing in Dracula? Or is it referring to the usual “conga line” of nabobs, such as oligarchs and their front-corporations, and the politicos. The sacred triumvirate of power-broker billionaires to own it all, elected thieves enriched by the billionaires to place it into law that oligarchs and politicos own and control it, and the religious silver-tongued swami’s (pick any denomination) to soothe the serfs and use sacred scripts to assure a smoothly-sailing servitude, with no say-so. So, the current model of Internet governance assures us that the Internet will always be free…and that is why ICANN currently has one of their main offices in Beijing, right next to State Security of the People’s Republic of China. Look deeply, and you can see it. A few years ago, L-1 Identity Solutions was tasked with the creation of biometric systems for passports and driver’s licenses by the U.S. government. Let’s take a quote out of Wikipedia to see what L-1 does: “L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc. is a large American defense contractor in Connecticut. It was formed on August 29, 2006, from a merger of Viisage Technology, Inc. and Identix Incorporated. It specializes in selling face recognition systems, electronic passports such as Fly Clear, and other biometric technology to governments such as the United States and Saudi Arabia. It also licenses technology to other companies internationally, including China.” How nice: multistakeholders, again. But wait! There’s more!  L-1 isn’t L-1 any longer: it was bought by Safran in 2011 for about $1 billion. This is a French company…a multi-subsidiary holding company, to be exact. “Identity management” is one of the cards they hold in their deck of activities. So, what about L-1 of Connecticut? Well, it shifted into Morpho, the security and identity division of Safran. And then Morpho “morphed” into OT (Oberthur Technologies) Morpho, still specializing in the digital security and biometrics as before. But the big news in all of this is that an international firm has bought an American firm that is responsible for biometric and digital data in U.S. passports and driver’s licenses.   In the past two weeks we saw the introduction of H.R. Bill 4760, that includes detailed and lengthy provisions for what amounts to the establishment of national ID cards and passports that ensure complete control of citizens before they exit the borders of the United States. All these activities point toward a subtle movement and integration of the U.S. into an international interdependency that will eventually lead to all U.S. economic, social, and infrastructure systems being placed under foreign control…toward the abolition of American sovereignty and the destruction of U.S. borders, language, culture, and way of government. By performing such actions slowly and incrementally, it keeps the activities out of the public eye and the forefront of scrutiny. Work, taxation, consumption, and entertainment…THX-1138 ad infinitum…until cage has been completely constructed. The power-brokers, oligarchs, nabobs, and religious leaders all have assured themselves a “seat at the table” after the United States is carved up, subjugated, and reduced in numbers. To paraphrase their own words: governance to assure freedom. You know, governance: all with the barrel of a gun to “help you with your compliance” in the same manner as the governing authorities “assure your freedom.” Night and day, they’re working nonstop to close the cage and implement these systems…while also working to maintain the stultifying theatrics of the Super Bowl, movies to escape from reality, and tabloid non-news to shape and mold public opinion. Governments, politicians, corporations, and oligarchs do not do these types of things for no reason. Frog in the kettle. They are implementing a global system of surveillance and control, and the United States is the final obstacle for that global governance. The result will not be smiling stewardship…it will be totalitarianism with teeth…. rule by force, not government by consent.  Malthus, More, Marx…and “1984” by Orwell will be only fictitious in the scope of the narrative. The existence of the totalitarian State and all its facets described will be a reality, and when it’s in place, that boot Orwell imagined may very well be trampling upon the face of humanity forever. The United States has had the official control over the Internet since its development, but that is about to change. The Obama administration is now backing a plan that would relinquish the last portion of control over the internet to “multi-stakeholder” groups. The plan would allow over 160 foreign governments to have increased influence over the management and operation of the internet. 

Many in Congress are questing why Obama would do such a thing and no answers are being given. Senator Ted Cruz,  had this to say about the plan,  “The Obama administration is months away from deciding whether the United States Government will continue to provide oversight over core functions of the Internet and protect it from authoritarian regimes that view the Internet as a way to increase their influence and suppress freedom of speech….This issue threatens not only our personal liberties, but also our national security. We must act affirmatively to protect the Internet and the amazing engine for economic growth and opportunity the Internet has become, and I urge my colleagues to support this legislation.”

If control is handed over then I do believe this could cause major problems and increased internet control from countries stokeholds in countries like China, who currently censor the internet more than any country. I do believe this is part of the plan, high censorship of a precious source. Thus far implementation is planned for October 1st, 2016.

The strangest thing has happened at Facebook in the past four weeks. Facebook, known for their extreme censorship and promotion of totally inappropriate political messages (e.g. Assassinate Donald Trump page), has taken a dramatic shift in censorship policy.

Previously, any post, from any Independent Media site would be limited to 10 groups. If 11 groups received an 11th post, from the same Independent Media site, the organization would be banned for 30 days. If someone posted an article which was critical of Hillary Clinton, the work was censored and the author could find themselves banned for 30 days. However, Facebook has largely stopped censoring and banning posts that does not fit into to its Marxist New World Order agenda. This is shocking and very surprising. However, to enforce this brand of censorship is very expensive and takes elaborately programmed “robots”, along with 20 year old human analysts, to surf Facebook and impose its leftist propaganda agenda.

Why would face Facebook suddenly relax its censorship policies? The simple answer is to save money. it is very expensive to enforce the previous censorship policies of Facebook. However, if Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg were in possession of information that the Internet would soon be controlled by Russian and Chinese government officials through ICANN, then why waste the money? Well that is exactly what is happening on October 1, 2016. The Internet will be controlled by a faceless international organization in which bureaucrats from places like Russia and China will soon decide what you can print and read on the Internet. CNN is jumping for joy as this may be their last chance to survive their incredibly low ratings.

ICANN Means You Can’t

On October 1st, Obama, through the Commerce Department, is handing off control of the Internet to ICANN. For anyone who enjoys getting their news from sources like Stevequayle.com, this is a very disturbing development. This short video encapsulates the issues related to this unconstitutional action being perpetrated by Obama.

Some are highly critical of this move including Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. Cruz (R) who has  argued that ICANN could be used by dictatorships to shut down the Web around the globe, either in whole or in part.

Can there be any doubt that at some future date, the unbiased media services brought to be the likes of Steve Quayle, Doug and Joe Hagmann, and Alex Jones will be censored into oblivion? This is why Facebook is not censoring as they once were. Very soon, they won’t need too because ICANN will be doing it for them.

Conclusion

It is estimated that six corporations controls approximately 98% of everything that one can read, see and hear. After Obama completes this giveaway of the Internet, that number could climb to 100% control of all media. This will be the end of all truth-telling and all meaningful investigative journalism. On one hand this is an excellent strategy to control people’s access to information. On the other hand this could be the beginning of an extreme crackdown in American society and control of the Internet is just the beginning.

Finally, will October 1st be a date that will live in infamy? I have received multiple reports that martial law will be implemented on this date. Specifically, I am hearing that troops will be on street, mostly foreign troops, and that the phones will be shut down as well as the ability to travel between cities. When I first heard this, I thought it was hysteria being perpetrated by the rumors that there will be no election. Now, I am not so sure. The rumors are too pervasive and come from too many sources for there not be something to this.

The barometer for the validity of these rumors lies at Camp Grayling, a well-known FEMA camp that reportedly houses many types of UN vehicles. The reports of foreign troops training there and practicing mass arrests and large scale detainments are omnipresent in my daily emails. On October 1st, will we see death squads running through America who will be targeting key Red List members?

The Clinton campaign is on life support, as Clinton, herself, will soon be. The Trump movement must be stopped and we are witnessing the globalist response to America’s populist uprising.

THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE IS SET TO HAND OFF THE FINAL VESTIGES OF AMERICAN CONTROL OVER THE INTERNET TO INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITIES IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS, OFFICIALS HAVE CONFIRMED.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Without a doubt of any kind, the invention and release of the Internet to the general public has been the single greatest economic advancement in human history. Barack Obama is willingly handing over American control of it to a faceless global entity which has a board that includes Russia and China. And why? Because that global corporation that will now run it does not have a Constitution which calls for Freedom of Speech for its citizens. That’s why. 

The department will finalize the transition effective October 1, Assistant Secretary Lawrence Strickling wrote on Tuesday, barring what he called “any significant impediment.”

The move means the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority, which is responsible for interpreting numerical addresses on the Web to a readable language, will move from U.S. control to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers,ICANN, a multi-stakeholder body that includes countries like China and Russia.

OBAMA TALKS ABOUT THE “FLAWS” CONTAINED IN OUR FOUNDING DOCUMENTS:

Critics of the move, most prominently Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, have pointed out the agency could be used by totalitarian governments to shut down the Web around the globe, either in whole or in part.

Opponents similarly made the case that Congress has passed legislation to prohibit the federal government from using tax dollars to allow the transition, and pointed out that the feds are constitutionally prohibited from transferring federal property without approval from Congress. A coalition of 25 advocacy groups like Americans for Tax Reform, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, and Heritage Action sent a letter to Congress making those points last week.

While those issues could, in theory, lead to a legal challenge being filed in the days following the transfer, the administration has expressed a desire to finish it before the president leaves office, a position that Strickling reiterated.

“This multi-stakeholder model is the key reason why the Internet has grown and thrived as a dynamic platform for innovation, economic growth and free expression,” Strickling wrote. “We appreciate the hard work and dedication of all the stakeholders involved in this effort and look forward to their continuing engagement.” source
