President Barack Obama used a pseudonym in email communications with Hillary Clinton and others, according to FBI records made public Friday.
The disclosure came as the FBI released its second batch of documents from its investigation into Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
The 189 pages the bureau released includes interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides, such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills; senior State Department officials; and even Marcel Lazar, better known as the Romanian hacker “Guccifer.”
In an April 5, 2016 interview with the FBI, Abedin was shown an email exchange between Clinton and Obama, but the longtime Clinton aide did not recognize the name of the sender.
“Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?'” the report says. “Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”
The State Department has refused to make public that and other emails Clinton exchanged with Obama. Lawyers have cited the “presidential communications privilege,” a variation of executive privilege, in order to withhold the messages under the Freedom of Information Act.
The report doesn’t provide more details on the contents of that particular email exchange, but says it took place on June 28, 2012, and had the subject line: “Re: Congratulations.” It may refer to the Supreme Court’s ruling that day upholding a key portion of the Obamacare law.
President Obama only learned of Hillary Clinton’s private email address use for official State Department business after a New York Times report, he told CBS News in an interview.
CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante asked Mr. Obama when he learned about her private email system after his Saturday appearance in Selma, Alabama.
“The same time everybody else learned it through news reports,” the president told Plante.
It means the President could have known the Clinton Foundation was the pay-for-play, influence peddling slush fund it is, and not only allowed it to happen, but took steps to keep his name out of it!
This is as big a “what did the President know, and when did he know it” sitch since Watergate.

Hmmmmm…..Now who could have done that?
Well, let’s take a look at the facts.
On Friday the Cause of Action Institute (CoA), a non-profit government watchdog group, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for a “management alert” issued in March of 2014 by the Department’s Inspector General.
“The total value of the contracts the [IG] reviewed exceeded $6 billion,” the CoA’s FOIA request said. “Many of these cases arose during the tenure of Secretary Hillary Clinton.”
So what happened to the $6 billion in missing taxpayer money?
The Department’s Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) issued a management alert in March 2014 highlighting “significant vulnerabilities in the management of contract file documentation that could expose the Department to substantial financial losses.”

Specifically, the management alert noted instances where the Department of State lost contract files, maintained incomplete contract files, and allowed an unauthorized payment to a contractor.

Many of these cases arose during the tenure of Secretary Hillary Clinton. The total value of the contracts the OIG reviewed exceeded $6 billion.
Bombshell: Clinton Foundation Witnesses Coming Forward In Pay-For-Play Investigation
Today, New York Times Bestselling author Ed Klein has revealed on The Sean Hannity Show that sources have confirmed to him that not only is The Clinton Foundation under federal investigation, but also at least one Clinton Foundation insider is prepared to testify in a court of law against Hillary.
Reports of legal troubles for the foundation began last week when The Daily Caller reported that a joint FBI-US Attorney probe of The Clinton Foundation is currently underway. The charge is supported by a number of emails recently released by Judicial Watch, which suggest The Clinton Foundation engaged in pay-for-play while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.
“We are a long way from Hillary Clinton sliding into The White House without having some real serious legal problems before this election,” Klein told Hannity.
During his interview, Klein, author of the forthcoming book Guilty As Sin, dropped a number of bombshells:
– Klein confirmed that the ongoing investigation is being led by Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Although he was appointed by Barack Obama, Bharara is known as a hard-nosed attorney–and has the track record to prove it. Bharara has successfully prosecuted dozens of Wall Street Executives and powerful politicians, including former New York’s Democratic Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, who was sent to prison for 12 years on federal corruption charges.
Bharara is reportedly working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and two other District Attorneys, one in Little Rock, Arkansas, and another in Washington D.C.
“This investigation, I would say, is hotter than ever,” Klein told Sean. Klein added that FBI Director James Comey may be seeking to “redeem himself” with a public corruption charge against Hillary after he failed to recommend indictment for her mishandling of classified information.
– According to Klein, Comey and Bharara have been in contact for months on the subject of Hillary Clinton’s public corruption with the Clinton Foundation while she was Secretary of State.
“At this point, the American people and Congress are owed answers.”
In a single sentence, that is the message Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley had for Attorney General Loretta Lynch in a letter he sent Monday afternoon. And, by his estimation, there are a lot of questions left unanswered at this point.
“I am writing in regard to the recent news reports that indicate the Federal Bureau of Investigation asked the Department of Justice to open an inquiry into the Clinton Foundation on public corruption grounds, and the Public Integrity Unit declined to do so. Reporting also indicates that three ‘field offices’ agreed that the DOJ should pursue an inquiry into the Clinton Foundation. Other reports claim that one year prior to the FBI’s request, the DOJ had already refused a previous attempt to open a case with respect to the Clinton Foundation.
“Indeed, in January 2016, reports indicated that the FBI investigation in Secretary Clinton’s use of a non-government server and personal email for official business had expanded to Clinton Foundation donations and their impact on State Department business. Despite that report, Director Comey refused to answer Chairman Chaffetz of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee as to whether the FBI’s recent criminal investigation into Secretary Clinton’s email use also extended to the Clinton Foundation.”
Grassley points out in his letter that in May, he raised “several questions” of his own about the Clinton Foundation, and those questions have also gone unanswered. He then offered a bundle of examples of potential Clinton Foundation corruption that have yet to be investigated by the Justice Department.
These include:
Long-time aide Huma Abedin’s connections to the State Department, Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings;
A group of Swedish companies that received a reprieve from Iran sanctions after donating millions to the Clinton Foundation;
The Clinton Foundation’s ties to a number of people involved in the Russian acquisition of Uranium One;
Numerous businesses that donated to the Clinton Foundation while lobbying the State Department;
Nearly every country that has donated to the Clinton Foundation saw increases in the number of weapons deals approved by the State Department; and
A number of foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation were not reported and/or reviewed by the State Department.
“While all of these circumstances are not proof of wrongdoing, they do raise reasonable suspicions and undermine the public’s confidence in the integrity of the State Department’s operations during Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” Grassley wrote. “The American people are entitled to reassurance that these matters have received thorough and objective investigation. Yet, it appears that the DOJ has turned a blind eye and refused to investigate.
“According to reports, tens of millions of dollars flowed from parties with business with the federal government to the Clinton Foundation and the Clintons themselves. All of these donations should have been disclosed in full, but those reviewing the disclosures had no chance to ensure total compliance with the memorandum of understanding process because the Clinton Foundation failed to disclose all donations.

The documents indicate that US diplomats in Benghazi were closely monitoring several US-sanctioned shipments to allies, and a plethora of them were headed to the Transitional National Council, the Libyan movement that was seeking to overthrow Qaddafi.
So, we can see a pattern. Hillary approved weapons sales to Libyan Islamic radicals to supply them for their mission to oust Qaddafi, but it backfired as they later attacked our Benghazi compound and killed four Americans with the weapons Hillary supplied them!

Dolarian Capital, a member working with U.S. intelligence, confirmed one of its licensing requests to ship weapons via Kuwait to Libya was approved by the State Department in spring 2011 and then randomly denied before they could carry out the transaction.

Military Expert Calls Out Obama Administration For TREASON
Dr. Sebastian Gorka, the Major General Matthew C. Horner Distinguished Chair in Military Theory at the Marine Corps University, has accused the Obama administration of treason for manipulating intelligence in order to keep the American public in the dark about the fight against ISIS.
A new report shows that dozens of intelligence analysts had their reports altered by higher-ups at the Department of Defense’s Central Command (CENTCOM) in order to downplay the ISIS threat.

Gorka charges that these acts are “tantamount to treason” and had this taken place during the World War II era, people would “have been court-martialed and they could have been executed.”

Does CNN plan to, in the future, have a discussion about all of Khizr Khan’s various connections to the law firm that A) prepared Hillary Clinton’s taxes, B) helped with various aspects of Hillary Clinton’s illicit homebrew email server, C) is paid by the government of Saudi Arabia for representation here in the United States, among other things?
3.) Does CNN plan to, in the future, focus on the fact that Khan now runs a law firm that financially benefits from opposition to Donald Trump’s policies on migration — specifically that he aims to represent aspiring EB5 visa holders, who pay large sums of money to enter the country, a program that the Senate Judiciary Committee has uncovered as having major flaws?
4.) Has anyone at CNN done any work digging into any of this? You’re aware it’s all publicly available with a simple Google search and would have taken a junior producer less than an hour to find it all out?

Khan’s own website for his own personal law firm KM Khan Law Office shows he represents clients in the business of buying visas to enter the United States. One of his specific areas of practice, according to the website, is “E2 Treaty Investors, EB5 Investments & Related Immigration Services.”
Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the U.S. Senate’s Judiciary Committee, has detailed how the EB5 immigration program is “riddled with flaws and corruption.”

According to a new reportKhizr Khan, the angry Muslim father of a US soldier killed in Iraq, who spoke at the DNC last week is connected to the Islamic terrorist organization – The Muslim Brotherhood.
Khan wrote articles regarding OPEC – the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries – (OPEC) and Sharia Law. The members of OPEC are primarily Muslim countries. In one of Khan’s writings he shows his appreciation for an icon of the Muslim Brotherhood, Said Ramadan. Ramandan is a known as a Muslim Brotherhood agent and was the son-in-law of Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Muslim Brotherhood is known as the parent to all terrorist groups, including ISIS.
Khan currently runs a law office in New York City that specializes in immigration services. Another website tells us that Khan used to work for Hogan & Hartson and Lovells, which has ties to the Clinton Foundation.

+ In a nutshell: “There is a max amount of money any one person can donate in a year. To get around this, the DNC have established “debts” for previous years so that people can go beyond the maximum.
I can give the maximum amount allowed, then give more by paying off my “debts” from previous years.”
Someone doesn’t give a max donation one year, for example 2012. The difference between what they actually donated and the maximum personal contribution allowed that year is recorded as “debt.” So this guy “owes” them $2,500.
He then gives $33,400 in 2016, but they take out $2,500 to apply to the “debt” from 2012 and retroactively add that contribution to a year in which he didn’t max out. This frees him up for another $2,500 in the current year.
Depending on how corrupt they are, they could be free to collect all the “debt” from multiple previous years. This could be tens of millions of dollars they have effectively raised their total maximum fund raising by for this election.
Someone who is in “debt” for not donating for the past 3 years could get in 4 times the maximum donation for this year, the very important election year.

Here’s how I think it works.

Ex – DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s spread sheet (“the big spreadsheet of all things” excel file wikileaks download link), the source of these figures (under the DEBT tab), with the two different $ columns covers the years 2013, 14, 15. We can assume many Democrats maxed out for the 2012 presidential election, but they would have “debt” from the less important years they may not have given as much that could be taken advantage of now.
Changes to contribution law, hidden within the 2014 spending bill, allow the DNC and RNC to take in large checks, then break them up, and distribute them between 4 funds as they see fit.
It is unknown who put this change into the spending bill. According to a certain media company, founded by someone who hosts major fundraisers for both the DNC and DWS, it totally wasn’t her, according to un-named sources. (Ken Lerer, HuffPo)
This breaking up of the check is the point when the funds are free to be moved around, ostensibly to the 4 DNC funds. A crooked politician, however, could take advantage of this point in time when the money is no longer tied to the information from the contributor, like what fund it was written out to or even what date it was from.
Rather than go into specialty funds, the money could go to the general fund, marked as coming in from a previous year – or go into entirely different funds like Hillary’s, or a fund that is used to move money around.
The national party can make unlimited transfer of funds to or from the state, local, and candidate committees. We know there was are claims about money not ending up where it should have when it came to the DNC and state parties with the HFV (confirmed by multiple members of the DNC in the leaks already)… Unlimited transactions provides an opening for software designed for large numbers of rapid speed transactions to send the money back and forth and all over the place many, many times. This would not erase the paper trail, but make it a mile long and difficult to follow. Fraudulently editing the amounts a little bit at a time could also be used and be very difficult to track.
The long periods of “data-hygiene” the NGP system needed to delete duplicate transactions would be a time when some these extra and suspicious transactions could be deleted, before they had to report a period to the FEC. System down for 160 hours to remove duplicates? How would a transaction even get 4+ duplicate copies? Did 4+ different people all add one check to the system and all make different typos? The FEC only needs quarterly reports, and they were keen on getting rid of the duplicates before they had to report.
(LINK ABOVE) Patrick William Hallahan is “the director of special projects at Chopper Trading, a company that buys and sells stocks, bonds and other commodities through automation.” A “special project” for the DNC could be very useful for them given the legislation allowing them to toss money around and make unlimited transactions.

He is a well known donor to the Clinton Foundation and to the Clintons personally, so media groups have speculated on a quid-pro-quo relationship in which the Clintons helped him obtain a seat on the ISAB despite his lack of expertise in the subject.”
“In relation to the 2016 presidential election, ABC News revisited the terms of Fernando’s ISAB appointment, bringing his experience into question. According to the ISAB Charter, membership should reflect a balance of backgrounds, points of view, and demographic diversity and include a wide variety of scientific, military, diplomatic, and political backgrounds.”

In a rather unprecedented move for a sitting president, Barack Obama has announced he will be clearing his schedule for the entire month of October in order to campaign for Hillary Clinton, the New York Times reported.
Short of a major crisis, the president plans to aggressively campaign for the Democratic nominee and will likely be on the campaign trail almost daily, all the way up to Election Day.
The announcement has already begun drawing criticism from those who believe the job of the president is to run the country, not fund raise and campaign for your successor.
According to some of Obama’s closet advisers, however, the president has become extremely concerned that a Trump presidency would spell disaster for his legacy.
Using the power of the Oval Office, Obama fears Trump will overturn his executive amnesty, the Affordable Care Act, reimpose abortion restrictions at home and abroad, and shift the American foreign policy focus.
In addition, the president fears Trump will lift EPA regulations on coal, begin the construction of a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico, and halt immigration from countries with high instances of terrorism.
Who Influences the DNC: More Than 60 Superdelegates are Registerd Lobbyists

Lobbyists wield enormous influence and, depending on your point of view, can bring positive or negative changes to our government. From reptile keepers to balloon enthusiasts, everyone has a constitutional right to petition government. The power some lobbyists hold over both parties in Congress and the White House is welldocumented. But what’s not well documented is how lobbyists play a role in the Democratic party’s nominating process.
As Libby Watson noted earlier this year, most delegates to the Democratic National Convention, held this year in Philadelphia, are allocated based on the vote share from primaries and caucuses held in individual states, territories and the District of Columbia. But there are also 712 so-called voting superdelegates. These individuals include former and current elected officials as well as members of the Democratic National Committee. Superdelegates can support whomever they choose and are not bound by any primary or caucus result.
And, as we found, some of the superdelegates also happen to be lobbyists for interests like big banks, payday lenders, health care insurers and unions.
Since February, Sunlight has pored over hundreds of names and affiliations of DNC superdelegates from all over the country. Our methodology included going state by state to the respective lobbying registration database, as well as using data from OpenSecrets.org, to see if an individual was ever registered as a federal or state lobbyist.
At least 63 superdelegates have registered as a lobbyist at the federal level or state level at some point. (Note: As we documented in our state lobbying report card, some states keep poor records of lobbying, so some information may be out of date.)
Those include some pretty big names, such as former Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell — who used to lead DLA Piper, a law and lobbying firm — and former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell, who was a registered lobbyist working for Ballard Spahr LLP on telecommunications and health issues as recently as 2012. Richard Gephardt, the former House minority leader, is also a registered lobbyist on behalf of a firm that shares his namesake, the Gephardt Group.
Some other notable lobbyist superdelegates:
Donald L. Fowler is a former Democratic National Committee chair who was a registered lobbyist for the S.C. Credit Union in South Carolina in 2009.
Alexis Tameron was registered to lobby for American Traffic Solutions in Arizona in 2011.
Steve Grossman, a former president of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and now a federal lobbyist for HPS Inc. working on issues related to the budget.

On Wednesday I listened to "Democracy Now", and later the Tucker Carlson Show. Each host was interviewing Jill Sellout Stein, but neither asked the key question. The key question for me would have been the following: "Jill, a hand recount of the votes in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania would probably not be completed by the December 19th deadline for the electoral votes. That would deny Trump the necessary votes to be elected President. That seems to be the Hillary strategy to steal the election, so why would the Green Party candidate shill for Hillary's election. Has Hillary, Bill, the Clinton Campaign, the DNC or others that are connected to the Clinton's approached you, and what were you offered?"

There is outrage on the outcome of the Dallas Cowboys versus the Green Bay Packers. Why is their outrage on this total distraction? Fans here belong to one of two tribes that support the circus of the "bread and circus".
It has become a game of less and less interest as commercials, reviews, more reviews, pregame shows of several well paid ex-jocks to tell us what must be done by each team to win. Then after the game the same go over and over the game and why one team won and one lost. The media has more covering a meaningless event than the do covering all of Africa.
It is done to take you mind off the reality of the day. It is the blue pill to keep you from seeing that you are accepting a police state as you are groped and searched when you enter the stadium.
Then there is more money to be made in the betting on the game than in the TV and commercials. So would it be any surprise to you that the games might be fixed? It isn't to me. Have you ever seen the pro football game where one team plays and the other merely shows up? Maybe the team that only showed up knew who the winner would be.
There is also a globalist plan to destroy national sports such as US football, and replace it with soccer. Could this be a step in that direction?
I remember the day well. A Customer Service Representative was promoted to Outside Sales, and he left just before lunch. His new job was to begin on the following Monday.
