Unrest and Martial Law? Leaked Military Drill Anticipates “No Rule of Law” After Election Results

martial-law-2
This tip came through the back channels; its implications are astounding.
If there is any truth to it, the 2016 election could be a kick-off for total tyranny.
According to an unnamed source – who has provided accurate intel in the past – an unannounced military drill is scheduled to take place during a period leading up to the election and throughout the month after.
It appears that the system is gearing up to handle outbreaks of violence, chaotic rallies and poll stations, and the possibility that the people of the United States may become very dissatisfied with the outcome by using military force and martial law.
The drill could, of course, go live at any time; Homeland Security and the military are prepared to contend with a period of unrest, and restore order to a divided and broken country – regardless of whether people like their new leader or not.
As you know, DHS is already monitoring this election and prepared to take over its ‘critical infrastructure’. The scope of this drill would, of course, take things much further:
Hi Guys,
I got some gouge from a former military colleague who is in contact with active duty personnel and he received an email about an upcoming drill.  We need confirmation on this, but if we put it out there we might get a leaker to come forward and confirm:
Date:  October 30th – 30 days after the election
Suspected Region:  Northeast, specifically New York
1st Phase:  NROL (No Rule of Law) – drill involving combat arms in metro areas (active and reserve).  Source says active duty and reserve service members are being vaccinated as if they are being deployed in theatre.
2nd Phase:  LROL (Limited Rule of Law) – Military/FEMA consolidating resources, controlling water supply, handing out to public as needed.
3rd Phase:  AROL (Authoritarian Rule of Law) – Possible new acronym or term for “Martial Law”.  Curfew, restricted movements, basically martial law scenario.
Source said exercise involves FEMA/DHS/Military
At this time, information concerning a drill has not been confirmed, nor has it been announced publicly.
However, there is reason to believe that the federal government is preparing for all contingencies – including those that might lead to violence or civil unrest after the election.
With Donald Trump openly calling out the “rigged” electoral system, there is reason to think that the public may not accept a Hillary win – particularly if there is any clear evidence that the vote was rigged, manipulated or poorly counted.
Just imagine for a moment thousands or even millions of people rising up in protest.
But is the system really expecting this could happen?
All bets are off in 2016, and quite frankly, it seems like something very creepy is rising to the surface.
The email also noted that this same source provided information which was covered by Shephard Ambellas and Infowars exposing that a mock American town had been constructed for urban warfare training under SPECWAR and DHS:
FORT CHAFFEE, ARKANSAS — Carnis Village is what the Army National Guard calls it. A mock American town which even contains dummy citizens for domestic training purposes. Located on the grounds of the Fort Chaffee Maneuver Training Center, the massive training compound is likely a dead-ringer clue foreshadowing the grim path we are now traversing as a nation.
[…]
The center at Ft. Chaffee seems eerily similar to any given US downtown location. There is a church, not a mosque. There is a bank that has a drive in ATM and even has the triangle of the local Arvest Bank. There are townhouses, a city hall, a two story high school with boys and girls restrooms and more.
The fine details of the facility make it quite obvious to myself that this site was set up for domestic warfare training proposes or for a westernized nation that shares a similar culture of architecture to that of America.
They are training to take on Americans after an economic collapse, an election upset, or an attack by an enemy… and the photos (via Intellihub.com) are chilling.

While nothing in particular may occur after election results are announced, there is every sense that America is at its last crossroads.
World War is on the horizon, the economy is breaking down and the reign of the dollar on the global stage is rapidly fading.
Is the contest between Trump vs. Hillary enough to be a real trigger point?
Hillary could bring very dark days to this country just by being declared the next president; Obama might, in turn, declare martial law.
At that point, the situation will be very clear.
It could happen; there are numerous pretenses that could be used to break down civilian order and take back the streets by force. Let’s hope none of them happen.
Be vigilant. Find out what you can. And be prepared for anything.

Bulgaria Rejects NATO Fleet in the Black Sea,

Bulgaria’s prime minister firmly ruled out his country’s participation in the proposed NATO fleet in the Black Sea aimed at countering Russian forces in the area: “I don’t need war,” the politician said after Russia promised a response; meanwhile Romania’s president, one of the initiators, has hurriedly backed off.

"I always say that I want the Black Sea to see sailboats, yachts, large boats with tourists and not become an arena of military action… I do not need a war in the Black Sea," Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said on Thursday referring to the proposal for the NATO fleet in the Black Sea made by Romanian President Klaus Iohannis while visiting Bulgaria on June 15-16.
“Our country will not become part of the Black Sea fleet being prepared against Russia,” Borissov said as quoted by EurActiv.com website.

“To send warships as a fleet against Russian ships exceeds the limit of what I can allow,” Borissov told reporters in Sofia on Thursday, as cited by Bloomberg.
“To deploy destroyers, aircraft carriers near [the resort cities of] Bourgas or Varna during the tourist season is unacceptable.”
Klaus Iohannis has quickly backed off, insisting that “the Black Sea naval initiative regards joint training and exercises and that NATO cannot and does not want to keep a fleet in the Black Sea,” Romanian news agency Agerpres reported on Thursday.
“The initiative I introduced to the Bulgarian President and Prime Minister is an initiative designed for cooperation in the area of joint exercises and joint training of the Romanian, Bulgarian and Turkish naval forces. This is the so-called naval initiative, and it does not comprise all naval forces, just joint exercises and training," the agency quotes the Romanian leader as saying in response to recent statements by the Bulgarian prime minister.

The Romanian president apparently said that “the initiative should be deployed under the NATO umbrella, because all the three Black Sea countries — Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey — are NATO allies.”

''Where the misunderstanding probably emerged was in relation to the concept of a NATO fleet. Nobody creates a NATO fleet. That would be nonsense. NATO cannot and does not want to keep its own Black Sea fleet,” Agerpres quotes Iohannis as explaining.
‘We will board the ships, we will waive our flags, but only Bulgaria and Romania”, the Bulgarian prime minister said, adding that any other scenarios could lead to a military conflict.
After the USS Porter (DDG-78), armed with assault cruise missiles and an Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (primary weapon: Standard Missile 3), entered the Black Sea last week, Moscow promised “response measures” to Washington.
“If a decision is made to create a permanent force, of course, it would be destabilizing, because this is not a NATO sea," Andrey Kelin, head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s European Cooperation Department then said.
"If a decision is made to create a permanent force, of course, it would be destabilizing, because this is not a NATO sea," he added.

Under the Montreux Convention, countries which don't have a Black Sea coastline cannot keep their warships there for more than 21 days. NATO members Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria are all Black Sea Basin countries.
Earlier reports of the Balkan Insight website however suggest that Bucharest is urging NATO to create a permanent alliance fleet in the Black Sea in a “move aimed to counter Russia’s strong involvement in the region.”
The website said that as early as February Romanian Defense Minister Mihnea Motoc announced that Romania is taking the first steps to negotiate with NATO to set up a regular multinational naval patrol in the Black Sea.
“The possibility of creating such a fleet might be discussed at the next NATO summit in July,” Motoc then said. He added that Romania must be ready by then with a clear plan and proposal.
The outlet also added that the regular flotilla might include ships from NATO countries bordering the Black Sea, namely Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey, but also from Germany, Italy and the United States.
The Bulgarian prime minister was not that optimistic. He said that his country was among the most loyal EU countries and was doing what was expected from the European family. But he added that there was no way that Bulgaria would be attacked by Russia.

“You remember how our nuclear reactors from the Belene central left for Turkey. Not a single colleague spoke in my defense when President Putin, in the presence of Erdogan, waived his finger at me, saying that Bulgaria lost everything”, EurActive quotes Borissov as saying.
The website adds that “indeed, under Western pressure, Bulgaria abandoned plans to build a nuclear central with Russian technology, and gave up the South Stream gas pipeline project. Putin made strong statements against Bulgaria, and in January 2015, Borissov warned that his country faced an energy catastrophe.”
The International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Geneva ruled in favor of the Russian Atomstroyexport company and ordered to pay €620 million in compensation from Bulgaria to Russia.

NATO Buildup Against Russia Creates Risks for Europe

NATO is building up forces in Europe and boosting cooperation with once-neutral states. However, this creates risks for Europe’s strategic independence, a French political analyst wrote.

Recently, the alliance intensified its activities, including eastward and in the Baltics. However, to some extent this is in response to Russia, French political analyst and professor Cyrille Bret wrote in an article for Le Huffington Post.

According to the author, there are several dimensions in which NATO is ramping up activities.
First, the alliance is conducting several strategic exercises simultaneously. They are aimed to test NATO members’ defense capabilities as well as to send a warning signal to Russia.
In addition, the drills are showing a "sign of solidarity" to NATO’s allies in Europe. "Despite the April meeting of the Russia-NATO council, the era of coordination with Russia has closed," Bret wrote.
Second, having signed an admission protocol with Montenegro, NATO showed that its strategy of expansion lives on. Ukraine and Georgia are now also considered as possible members to the alliance, despite opposition from France and Germany.

As a result, Russia now sees the NATO expansion as a threat, rather than just a danger, the author underscored.
Third, NATO also wants to involve in its war games traditionally neutral countries, like Sweden and Finland. For example, after Russia’s alleged violation of Swedish airspace and territorial waters Stockholm adopted a firm stance towards Moscow and intensified its contacts with the alliance, the article read.
In turn, admission to NATO has been one of the key issues of the electoral campaign in Finland. Most of country’s residents now support the initiative, so Finland is not as neutral as before, the article read.
The result is that buffer states which previously could choose between Russia and NATO are now leaning towards the alliance, the analyst noted.
Furthermore, NATO is reviving its project of a European missile defense shield, having crossed a "red line" as the situation is seen by Moscow, the article read.
This is a symbolic gesture, drawing a line under 10-year-long debates between Washington and Moscow on deterrence capabilities and Russia’s influence in Europe, the author wrote.
After a final nuclear agreement with Iran was reached it became clear that the European missile shield is also aimed against Russia. In addition, the missile defense has the strategic goal of uniting European nations around the US, the article read.

Finally, these initiatives will be discussed during the upcoming NATO summit in Warsaw, during which the alliance’s collective defense is expected to be strengthened to a level never seen since the Cold War. The choice of Warsaw is symbolic. Now, Poland plays the key role in maintaining security within the alliance. What is more, NATO uses Poland to highlight the geopolitical risks it is facing in the Baltics, the analyst wrote.
Bret concluded that now NATO is trying to define its historic role which has been in doubt since the fall of the Soviet Union. Previously, NATO saw its mission in fighting terrorism and then in establishing peace far beyond its border. But now the alliance has returned to uniting European nations against the "Russian threat."
In turn, the NATO buildup would provoke a military response from Russia, including in the Kaliningrad Region, in Crimea, and along the Ukrainian border, the analyst suggested.
This is not good news for Europe. Taking into account the absence of buffer zones and neutral countries, European nations would have to revise its policy to deal with the new challenges, the article read.

According to Bret, the European collective defense is returning to its primitive state which is based on the balance of power and a system of checks and balances.
If NATO is increasing its role in Europe this would undermine the principles of Europe’s own collective defense.
"Amid rising tensions between NATO and Russia, Europe risks losing its strategic autonomy it has managed to keep," the author concluded.
