In the article below, when talking about a new technology being rolled out in the European Union, Michael Snyder asks the following questions:
1. “Could it be possible that there is more going on here than we are being told?"
2. "Could it be possible that we should actually be highly alarmed by this huge push for “Mark of the Beast” technology?”
Further into the article, Michael makes two observations: 
1. And in the not too distant future, we may actually have “mind reading machines” that can understand what you are thinking. 
2. Of course in a fully cashless society the government would be able to serve as the gatekeeper for who is permitted to use the cashless system and who is not.  It would be all too easy for a tyrannical government to mandate that everyone receive a “government identification chip” before being allowed to buy or sell or do anything else online.

First, what do we know about who's designing these chips?
Second, let’s make something clear: This technology is not just being rolled out now on the European Union on accident! This was predicted to happen the moment the Muslim “refugee crisis” began. To fully understand the malevolent plan at work, let’s go back to the Bilderberg 2015 Meeting. At that meeting, one of the main focuses was on Ingestible RFID microchips, and they were being pushed by none other than former DARPA head Regina Dugan, now head of Research and Development at Google, where they are working on all kinds of unholy technology. For anyone not familiar with the Bilderberg Group, let’s just say if there is a “New World Order,” they’re it. Wikipedia says the following:
The Bilderberg Group is an annual private conference of 120 to 150 people of the European and North American political elite, experts from industry, finance, academia, and the media, established in 1954.
About two thirds of the participants come from Europe and the rest from North America; one third from politics and government and the rest from other fields. Historically, attendee lists have been weighted toward bankers, politicians, directors of large businesses and board members from large publicly traded corporations, including IBM, Xerox, Royal Dutch Shell, Nokia and Daimler.  Heads of state, including former King Juan Carlos I of Spain and former queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, have attended meetings, A source connected to the group told The Daily Telegraph in 2013 that other individuals, whose names are not publicly issued, sometimes turn up "just for the day" at the group's meetings.
Partly because of its working methods to ensure strict privacy, the Bilderberg Group has been criticized for its lack of transparency and accountability. The undisclosed nature of the proceedings have given rise to several conspiracy theories. This outlook has been popular on both extremes of the political spectrum, even if they disagree about the exact nature of the group's intentions. Some on the left accuse the Bilderberg group of conspiring to impose capitalist domination, while some on the right have accused the group of conspiring to impose a world government and planned economy.
The former DARPA director turned Google Executive who was such a big attraction at Bilderberg 2015, Regina Dugan, is known throughout the global community as someone who wants all of humanity to swallow ingestible RFID ID microchips that Google has been working on, but that’s not all. She’s also been pushing for us to have an electronic tattoo capable of mind reading. YES, you read that right! In the first video below, meet Mrs. Dugan, and listen to her go on and on about wonderful ingestible chips will be. Then, in the second video, learn a bit about the science behind tattoos that can read minds.

Is it just me, or does anyone else take issue with the fact that the same authorities overseeing THIS technology, are the same authorities that have frequently lied by telling us that they're not interested in snooping on our phone calls, texts, etc? 2. HOW COULD RFID CHIPS BE USED FOR NEFARIOUS PURPOSES?
Think for a moment about who owns (or has some controlling interest) in virtually every central bank on the planet (see the full list here), including our own Federal Reserve. Now, let’s consider those who control the central banks have done over recent years. It’s been known for YEARS that in the U.S. alone, the Fed gave out $23 TRILLION DOLLARS in loans at 0% interest to it’s owners, and that was done so that the 13 Families Who Make Up the New World Order can can buy virtually all the world’s assets after they crash the global economic system on purpose… but let’s consider that speculation for now… 
A fact that cannot be denied, is that all the Illuminati central banks have managed to accomplish with near-zero rates for all these years, has been the creation of massive financial bubbles in search of pins, and enabled extraordinary amounts of debt to accumulate… unsustainable amounts of debt. In Europe we’ve already seen a massive run on banks in places like Cyprus, and as of this past November, there were 21 central banks were offering negative interest rates, something even the Federal Reserve in the United States has acknowledged is being considered right now. In short, that means banks CHARGE you to keep your money, rather than PAY you interest to keep it there. It's understandable then, why there would be cash shortages right?
In the video below, Alex Jones explains how global elites plan to convert the global economy into a cashless society, and they plan to require anyone wishing to purchase goods or services of any kind within that cashless society, to do so through the use of an RFID implant. Just so you know, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the country’s first RFID Tags that can be implanted in humans, and there is already a good amount of Proof that the U.N. is Using the Refugee Crisis to Lead to the Beginning of Universal Biometric Implants.
 
3. THE CAPABILITY EXISTS TO FORCE THE PLANET TO INGEST RFID CHIPS
THE ARCHITECTURE FOR IMPLEMENTING A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT IS ALREADY IN PLACE!

4. WHAT COULD BE THE MOTIVE OF HAVING THE WHOLE POPULATION INGEST RFID CHIPS?
HOW ABOUT GLOBAL DEPOPULATION?
The depopulation agenda is the ultimate goal of the Illuminati, or the global elites. It goes without saying that enslaving 6-7 billion people would make for quite a challenge, which is why they intend to reduce the global population down to roughly 500 million people first. We always knew that it was coming.  All over the world, governments and big corporations are pushing us toward a fundamentally different way of doing things.  They insist that this new way will be more safe, more secure and more efficient.  They are telling us that we should embrace new technology and be open to new ways of buying and selling.  And they assure us that new methods of identification will not be intrusive and will simply allow them to crack down on criminals such as identity thieves, tax evaders and terrorists.  But could it be possible that there is more going on here than we are being told?  Could it be possible that we should actually be highly alarmed by this huge push for “Mark of the Beast” technology?
This week, we learned that a new form of identification for the Internet is being proposed in the European Union.  When I first came across this story, I was absolutely horrified…
The European Union is proposing a government ID for using the Internet which will eradicate both on-line privacy and free speech.
Spearheaded by former communist official Andrus Ansip, the European Commission published a draft document outlining its proposed electronic ID that would not only allow the EU to track what you say on-line, but also what you buy.
When it is initially introduced, this government-issued form of Internet identification may be purely voluntary, but once enough people have adopted it, then it will be quite easy for the European Union to make it mandatory for everyone else.  The following is an excerpt from a page on the official EU website that describes this new program…
It is recognized that a multitude of username and password combinations is both inconvenient and a security risk. However, the frequent practice of using one’s platform profile to access a range of websites and services often involves non-transparent exchanges and cross- linkages of personal data between various online platforms and websites. In particular, online platforms should accept credentials issued or recognized by national public authorities, such as electronic or mobile IDs, national identity cards, or bank cards.
So what form would such identification take in the future?
Photo IDs are so easily lost or stolen.  In order to make identification more safe and more secure, many advocates are now suggesting that we find ways to make identification a permanent part of a person.
One way that this could be done is by using microchips.  If this sounds creepy, it is because it is very creepy.
But all over the world this is already being done to pets, and just recently a local NBC News report promoted the idea that we will all microchip our children someday.
I know that I will never allow anyone to microchip me or anyone in my family, but there are others out there that are enthusiastically embracing the concept of starting to merge humanity with technology.
In fact, Tesla CEO Elon Musk insists that we are all going to have to become cyborgs someday…
Elon Musk, the billionaire boss of Tesla and SpaceX, has said that humans need to become cyborgs to avoid becoming “house cats” for vastly more intelligent robots.
Musk said that as artificial intelligence advances, people will need to augment their brain power with digital technology to prevent them becoming irrelevant.
He backed the idea of a “neural lace” – a new electronic layer of the brain that would allow us to instantly access online information and greatly improve cognitive powers by tapping into artificial intelligence.
Could you imagine “downloading” an entire set of encyclopedias into your brain in just seconds?
Someday, technology may make this entirely possible.
And in the not too distant future, we may actually have “mind reading machines” that can understand what you are thinking.  The following comes from a recent article in the Daily Mail…
A mind-reaching machine that can translate thoughts into speech is coming closer to reality.
The research has been ongoing for several years, and recently, scientists successfully managed to playback a word that someone is thinking by monitoring their brain activity.
While there remains a long way to go, they say this could help victims of stroke and others with speech paralysis to communicate with their loved ones.
We will soon be living in a world that looks nothing like the world that our grandparents grew up in.  Technology is increasing at an exponential rate, and even now it is hard to grasp just how rapidly our planet is being transformed.
As technology becomes even more important to our lives, there will be even more of a push to move all transactions online.  That means phasing out the current system of physical cash and coins, and going to a system that will eventually be entirely cashless.
In fact, in some areas of the world this is already happening to a very large degree…
In Sweden, 95 percent of all retail transactions are already cashless, and ATM machines are being removed by the hundreds.  In Denmark, government officials actually have a stated goal of “eradicating cash” by the year 2030.  And in Norway, the biggest bank in the country has publicly called for the complete elimination of all cash.
In Spain, all cash transactions of more than 2,500 euros have been banned, and in France and Italy all cash transactions of more than 1,000 euros have been banned.
We don’t have those kinds of caps on cash transactions in the United States just YET, but given enough time they would come eventually.
Right now, there are more than 400 billion cashless transactions conducted around the globe annually, and that number may hit 500 billion for 2016.
Of course in a fully cashless society the government would be able to serve as the gatekeeper for who is permitted to use the cashless system and who is not.  It would be all too easy for a tyrannical government to mandate that everyone receive a “government identification chip” before being allowed to buy or sell or do anything else online.  We are living at a time when the Book of Revelation is coming to life right in front of our eyes, and that is one of the reasons why I wrote my new book entitled “The Rapture Verdict”.  As our world starts going crazy, Bible prophecy is going to be the number one thing that people are interested in as far as the Christian faith is concerned, and so it is imperative that we have solid answers ready.
The stage is being set for the Mark of the Beast, and the time is coming when we are all going to be faced with some very tough choices.
When you and your family don’t have any food and you can’t buy or sell without proper “government-sponsored identification”, will you give in and do whatever they tell you to do?
You may not have to make that decision right now, but if you are able to stay alive long enough someday you will.

NBC has recently predicted that in 2017, all of America will be tagged with microchips. They will be implanted to help identify individuals immediately. According to the report, the technology is used to answer one question, “Am I who I say I am?”

Some worry, however, that the RFID Microchip will give the government too much power, allowing them to track every move. In some states, like Virginia, legislation is in process to stop this from happening. The report also reveals an RFID Brain Chip that has been developed and is currently being tested on several humans.

It was reported that the use of Micro-Chips in Bill H.R. 4872 was located on Page 1014 under “National Medical Device Registry” it tells about a “Class II Device That is Implantable” and yes, they passed the bill. With the RFID Microchip they can track the movement of the people that are implanted. They can also control the money and food of the people. It is also reported to be possible to even kill the people that don’t obey. 17 goals and targets that will stimulate action over the next fifteen years in areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet:

Goal 1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere
    Translation: Engineer a financial collapse, centralize all ‘private banks’ – IMF, World Bank, Fed/BOE etc to control all finances via a digital one world currency; a cashless society administered via personal implanted RFID chips, continue to encourage and Increase dependence on personal debt by continually raising inflation above earnings, make it impossible to function in society without chip i.e. no access to work, food, healthcare, buying and selling, transport etc

    Goal 2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
   Translation: Codex Alimentarius (opens in this window), full corporate control over the supply and production of only poor quality GMO (Frankenstein) food – causing cancer and genetic abnormalities leading to population reduction, encourage and promote vegetarianism with high consumption of GMO crops

    Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
    Translation: Full government control and rationing of poor quality health care, mass health destroying vaccinations, legalize and advocate euthanasia, sexualization of children and minors, legalize and enable taxation of all drugs plus promote their widespread use

    Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
    Translation: UN propaganda, constant brainwashing delivered through all forms of media and compulsory ‘education’ from cradle to grave, use famous celebrities, actors, musicians and role models (that we control) to directly influence public opinion

    Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
    Translation: Population control through forced “Family Planning”, promote ‘alternative lifestyles’, destroy family and societal cohesion, ‘normalize’ all sexual orientations, feminize, ridicule and diminish traditional male roles

    Goal 6: Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
    Translation: Privatize all water sources, add fluoride and cancer causing chemicals to supply, increase charges and encourage the separate purchase of ‘safe’ drinking water

    Goal 7: Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
    Translation: Smart grid with smart meters on everything, peak pricing, personal carbon rationing through RFID, draconian punishments for ‘excessive’ and ‘irresponsible’ usage

    Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
    Translation: TPP, free trade zones that favor mega corporate interests, excessive taxation and red tape leading to bankruptcy for all small/medium non corporate businesses, endless global and regional conflicts/terrorism leading to ‘job creation’ for the young by enforcing conscription into the security/armed services, vast labor factories, service sector and government assigned ‘non jobs’ with no upper age limit or retirement prospects for ‘workers’

    Goal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
    Translation: Promote and expand public transit, remove free/subsidized travel, apply environmental restrictions on personal travel, introduce a pay per mile/km auto tax and expand toll roads, build and maintain privately owned infrastructure by increasing levels of personal/carbon taxation

    Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
    Translation: Even more regional government bureaucracy like a mutant octopus, open borders with unlimited and unchecked migration from Islamic countries causing widespread racial and religious wars/conflict/terrorism (thus population reduction on a grand scale), enforce diversity with restrictive and punitive race and equality laws to silence any objection

    Goal 11: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
    Translation: Big brother big data surveillance state, destroy rural communities, encourage city occupation, promote the affordability and environmental benefits of living in ‘sustainable’ compact micro units controlled and connected to the ‘smart grid’, restrict personal movement through RFID tracking/logging

    Goal 12: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
    Translation: Forced austerity, limit availability and ration purchases of essential goods with RFID based cashless society, wipe out the ‘useless eaters’ then maintain the worlds population at under 500,000,000

    Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
    Translation: Cap and Trade, carbon taxes/credits, footprint taxes, direct RFID credit/cash deductions for personal carbon usage, aggressively promote climate change as the ‘new religion’ and sanction ‘deniers‘

    Goal 14: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
    Translation: Environmental restrictions, control all oceans including mineral rights from ocean floors, restricted public access to coastal areas

    Goal 15: Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat decertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss
    Translation: More environmental restrictions, more controlling of resources and mineral rights, restricted public access to open spaces and woodlands etc

    Goal 16: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
        Translation: Use the NATO alliance and UN “peacekeeping” missions/proxy armies along with the International Court of (subjective) Justice to force regime change on uncooperative nations and join desperate people together via fake refugee and other engineered crises, mediate with more “UN peacekeeping” and gain full control over regions and counties when tension breaks out, remove the 2nd Amendment in the USA using false flag events to sway public opinion and send all dissenters to ‘re-education’ camps

    Goal 17: Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development

      Translation: We, as in the UN (the unelected de facto world government), are going to force this on the worlds population whether they like it or not, although we have absolutely no democratic mandate to do so
