The Social Security Administration (SSA) has long been a reliable source of monthly payments for millions of Americans, including retirees and those with disabilities. This vital service, however, is facing potential disruption due to recent federal measures. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), under the leadership of Elon Musk, has initiated a significant reduction in workforce across various federal agencies, including the SSA. This move aims to streamline operations and cut costs, but it may inadvertently lead to a temporary halt in Social Security payments.
On a deep, dark evening last June

Consider the exploding star of Social Security, one of the largest and most important pension programs in the world.
Literally tens of millions of people depend on it.
The Social Security Administration itself reports that 62% of recipients rely on the program for at least HALF of their income.
Social Security: The 14th Amendment And “Odious Debt”
The Republican Party prepares to violate the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution: Social Security — the 14th amendment and “odious debt”.
For decades the working people have been paying millions more than was needed into Social Security and for years the excess money has been borrowed by the government. Presently there is almost $3 trillion owed by the government to the Social Security Trust Fund. The Republican Party now controls the government and has a budget plan that will give less than was promised to millions of people who have paid excess into Social Security for years. This proposed budget is, in fact, a default on the debt owed to the Social Security Trust Fund and the people of the United States. The proposed Republican budget cut to Social Security is a violation of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. The 14th amendment reads as follows: “the validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, includes debts incurred for payments of pensions….. shall not be questioned.”
For decades the politicians have not only borrowed from Social Security to run the government, but 70% of the national debt has been borrowed from banks, financial institutions, corporations and rich individuals. The politicians borrowed because instead of taxing the rich banks and corporations, they cut their taxes.
The prominent anti-war activist Ann Wright says that, after being arrested for protesting at a U.S. drone base, she stopped receiving her monthly social security checks, in what she believes was a deliberate attempt “to curtail dissent of seniors.”
According to an op-ed she wrote about the ordeal, Wright says she was arrested in March, along with members of Veterans for Peace and the Granny Peace Brigade, for participating in an annual protest against “assassin drones” at Creech drone base in Nevada. “We spent five hours in the Clark County Jail as our arrests were processed and then were released,” she wrote. “Our cases of being charged with ‘failure to disperse’ were eventually dropped by the Clark County court.”
However, that would not be the end of Wright’s punishment. According to her account, “someone submitted my name and social security number to SSA as a person who has been confined in a jail since September 2016”—a claim she says amounts to falsification. It was not immediately clear who she suspects is behind the alleged maneuver.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) announced on December 19 that it had “finalized” its rules regarding who will have their names added to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). This was after the proposed rules published in April received more than 90,000 responses, mostly negative, from the public. The National Rifle Association (NRA) opposed the proposed rules for numerous reasons and urged its members to protest them.
The new rules now allow the SSA to add to the NICS anyone over 18 but under retirement age who is diagnosed with a “mental disorder” and receives benefits through a “representative payee.” Open to question, as pointed out by The New American in June, is just how “mental disorder” is to be determined, as well as how the agency can override the right to due process protected by the Fourth Amendment and infringe upon the “right to keep and bear arms” protected by the Second Amendment.
The agency failed to respond to complaints that there is no provable relationship between using a payee to help manage an individual’s financial affairs, and their propensity for gun violence. What it did, however, was explain that it was just doing its job — called the Nuremburg Defense (“We’re just following orders, sir!”):
We are not attempting to imply a connection between mental illness and a propensity for violence, particularly gun violence.
Rather, we are complying with our obligations under the NIAA [NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007], which require us to provide information from our records when an individual falls within one of the categories identified in 18 U.S.C. 922(g) [“It shall be unlawful … for any person … to deal in firearms.”].
This is circular reasoning of the first order. The SSA first determines that a “mental defective” must have his name submitted to the NICS, which then results in his automatic inability to deal in, possess, or keep or bear arms.
Just how does the SSA determine that an individual is a “mental defective”? It took some digging into the 41-pages of proposed, but as The New American reported earlier this year:
Under the proposed rule, we [SSA bureaucrats] would identify, on a prospective basis, individuals who received Disability Insurance Benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act … or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments under Title XVI of the Act.
And just how would identification take place, exactly? On Page 19 the question is answered in part:
If we have information that the beneficiary has a mental or physical impairment that prevents him or her from managing or directing the management of benefits, we will develop the issue of capability.
And what is this “issue of capability”? That is found in a footnote at the bottom of page 19, referring one to the rules by which said SSA bureaucrat determines whether said beneficiary is capable of handling his or her own affairs, or not:
Does the individual have difficulty answering questions, getting the evidence or information necessary to pursue the claim, or understanding explanations and reporting instructions?
If so, do you think this difficulty indicates the beneficiary cannot manage or direct the management of [his or her] funds?
Once that determination is made by a nameless, faceless, unaccountable bureaucrat buried deep inside the walls of the SSA, precious rights guaranteed under the Constitution disappear.
The final rule is estimated to impact negatively 75,000 people every year. But what’s to keep the SSA from expanding its rule to include everyone receiving any benefits (not just Disability or SSI) through a “representative payee” — i.e., bookkeeper, associate, family member — or expanding the definition of mental illness to include anyone who disagrees with the rule?
The NRA has been following these developments and is currently preparing proposals “for corrective action” for the incoming Trump administration to consider. Said the NRA:
In the meantime, this is one more reminder of the petty, partisan politics of Barack Obama, and one more reason to be thankful that in a few short weeks he will no longer wield the power of the presidency against the nation’s law-abiding gun owners.
In the recent Wikileaks revelations confirming Hillary Clinton’s duplicity, one of the clearest disclosures of her policy plans concerns her intention regarding Social Security. She stated that she would return to the position of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, charged with producing recommendations for reducing the deficit, i.e. cutting government social spending.
The Commission, or “Simpson-Bowles committee” -named after co-chairs former Wyoming Republican senator Alan Simpson, and Erskine Bowles, former Morgan Stanley board member and chief of staff under Bill Clinton- was appointed by Obama in 2010. Among its members were some of the most persistent deficit hawks. Most significantly, the Commission was stacked with leading enemies of Social Security flailing their arms over the “impending insolvency” of the program. The day before his appointment as co-chair, Simpson said in an interview with the Washington Post: “How did we get to a point in America where you get to a certain age in life, regardless of net worth or income, and you’re ‘entitled’? The word itself is killing us.” (Feb. 17, 2010) In a later e-mail he described Social Security as “a milk cow with 310 million teats,” and had characterized its beneficiaries as “greedy geezers.” Bowles’s record was in line with Simpson’s. He had earlier negotiated with Newt Gingrich how best to cut safety net programs….
A shocking development, as the Social Security Administration just announces a new rule, that those accessing their Social Security benefits online, must have a mandatory cellular phone, under Executive Order 13681. That pretty much means the elderly and everyone receiving a social security check. With all the rumors of economic collapse or martial law, the timing of this announcement is concerning.
This seems to be a test, to soon require that every citizen have a cell phone, remember Obama’s free cell phone program for those on public assistance. The cell phone is the first stage of a microchipped population; just as Direct Deposit is the first stage of the cashless society, and why you must use Direct Deposit if employed by the government or a government contractor.
In my opinon the cell phone push, has many purposes. First, the ability to track every citizen using the GPS capabilities of the phone, should make it easier to round you up for FEMA camp. Second, the ability to access and eventually seize your funds, by identifying the credit card or checking account that pays your cell phone bill. Third, the ability to capture the biometric information the feds desparately desire, your voice or image. Lastly, one very diabolical element is we have recently been seeing more stories about death through cellular waves and the emerging 5G network. Getting the elderly to carry and use a cellular phone, allows them to target their death rays directly at the elderly for population reduction goals.
The Cell Phone is also a key component to bring in a cashless society through Digital Currency, you may have noticed many efforts by Facebook and Google; to enable electronic funds transfers by text messaging; and you can make purchases using your phone at Starbucks for example; recently a secret bankers meeting took place to examine a new form of digital currency, and when the economy collapses any day, they will be looking to bring in Digital Fiat Currency, really created from thin air. Getting Social Security recipients on Cell Phones will add another 50 million or so Americans connected to the Surveillance grid.
Besides your voice, we know that your cellular phone (laptop or smart TV) can be activated remotely to listen and watch you, you can download many apps to turn your cellular phone into a Nanny Cam. The new Pokemon Go, funded by the CIA, includes many suggestions to use your voice or camera, during both sign up and operation of the game, no thanks they can keep their game.
No doubt Smart Appliances in the home and connected to the NET, will do more spying; remember the Internet was created by the DOD. Globalist Jeff Bezo’s the founder of Amazon, attended the Bilderberg meeting last year, and he was just placed on the New DOD Advisory board; to advise the feds how to collect even more data on all Americans and control Internet speech, they are watching everything you buy online, so beware on weapons and equipment. Schools giving out free laptops remotely watched the students at home.
I would caution people about using their own personal photo as an avatar, I would caution people about speaking into a cell phone for any reason such as talking to Siri, or to using one’s voice to operate the phone. A cell phone is best used for text messaging, and not giving up biometric voice data. Another tip, never lick your census, ballot, or tax envelopes; they can collect DNA from that envelope, use a wet sponge.
Since we are on the subject, have you noticed how many large corporations want you to use your voice when calling customer service to select an option to speak with someone, they typically play a message that says– this call may be recorded for quality purposes. The true pupose in my opinion, is to create a biometric voice database on all Americans.
In a sex change operations, the voice is the hardest human attribute to change. Combine this with the new street light technologies that can listen and record people. Don’t make it easy for them, protect your voice from collection; and don’t carry that cell phone in your pocket, enjoy a taste of true freedom.

ReadyNutrition Readers, I received an excellent question last week that was important enough to do an article on it. The information pertains to all of us, especially those who are getting ready to draw on Social Security benefits in the short-term future. The question, specifically, was what could be done about Social Security (withdrawing it), and how would this be affected when they eliminate cash. This is a huge question, but I’m going to answer it and attempt brevity as best as possible. Then we’re going to “game” it a bit with some suggestions. Let’s do it!
Some of this information comes from an article entitled, “How to Get Social Security in a Lump Sum” by Phil Moeller written June 17, 2014 and posted on Money.com. The article is important because it gives information on how to pull out your Social Security in a lump sum payment. According to the article, the maximum lump-sum payment is six month’s-worth of Social Security, and then with a cap of four months. Confusing? There’s more. This comes with several “caveats,” however, because your withdrawal will affect the way any survivors or family members may collect your benefits.
The term we must focus upon here is Full Retirement Age (FRA). This term is not a completely set concept. FRA is 66 for people born between 1943 and 1954. The change has it “rising” in two-month increments to 67 for people with birthdates of 1960 and after. A section you need to see from the article includes the caveats, as such:
“…there are three downsides to keep in mind.
If you ask for a lump-sum payment, you lose all the delayed retirement credits you’ve accrued. That’s because Social Security calculates your benefits from age 66 and will give you a lump sum based on that monthly rate (plus any cost-of-living increases). Your monthly benefit thereafter will be based on a start date of age 66. If your FRA benefit was, say, $1,000 a month, it would have risen to $1,320 in real terms by age 70. You will have forfeited that extra $320 each month.
If you ask Social Security to file and suspend your benefit, it will prohibit you from ever being able to collect spousal benefits while deferring your own retirement benefit. To enable such spousal benefits, you must file what’s called a “restricted application.” Unfortunately, you can’t do both.
If you wave good-bye to that maximum $1,320 monthly benefit, so will your survivors. Their benefits are tied to yours, so when you do anything to reduce your benefit, it can have a life-long impact on your family.
For this reason, filing and suspending benefits is only a guaranteed slam-dunk for single people with no spouses or children—they don’t need to care about benefits for surviving family members. For married persons and single persons with former spouses and children, a file-and-suspend strategy to preserve access to a lump-sum payment is a tricky decision. Consider talking to a financial adviser before making this move.”
Now all of this is discussing removal of Social Security benefits when able, but does not address the second part of the question: what do we do when they clamp down on the cash and the cash itself is unavailable?
I have pondered this point for many days, although the subject is one that has been on the front burner for some time. There are all kinds of measures, such as “bitcoins,” and barter, and other things that people are gearing up with. For the meantime, we still have to deal in cash. The problem overlaps into other areas besides Social Security, such as IRA’s and mutual funds; these areas will be in great danger, along with our standard “savings” accounts and pension funds.
My advice is to take out as much as possible as soon as you’re able, and after you have figured what is to be allocated (in the form of cash) for bills and other necessities, then split the remainder into thirds. One third stays in the form of cash. When cash is worthless, your cash will be worthless: it is inevitable that you’re going to lose some of the fiat currency when cash and the federal reserve note become defunct. One third you should place into hard, physical assets that are portable: gold, silver, platinum, diamonds and gems, and such.
The last third toward supplies that are both durable and nondurable that can both be bartered. Durable would include oil, tools, ammunition, medical supplies (bandages, splints, instruments), and so forth. Nondurable would be foodstuffs (canned, perishable, freeze-dried, etc.) medicines, water supplies, and water purification equipment/related items (some of these items have shelf/functioning life).
Your 1/3 cash is to take care of things requiring cash. Your 1/3 in valuable portable assets gives you a supply of things that can be used in the manner of money without being a fiat Federal Reserve Note…that always hold intrinsic value and don’t physically deteriorate. Your 1/3 in nondurables will either sustain you or (with a surplus) enable you to barter for other things you need.
The tricky part is to leave yourself with enough to pay for your expenses before the remainder is broken into thirds. Remember, we have to live in the “real” world for now, and this means to take care of obligations with cash, check, or the forms of exchange that are currently in use.
We are all going to lose a large portion of our wealth/savings when the SHTF.
I also highly recommend talking to a financial planner that you can trust to find out all of the legal jargon and potential pitfalls that may surface depending on your current financial situation and the state where you reside. Some states “nab” you for a death tax and grab up a large portion of what your family member leaves to you, while others do not. It varies from state to state. JJ’s advice: with the Social Security, take out as much as you can, sequester the lion’s share to cover your expenses, and the remainder bust into thirds and allocate those thirds in the aforementioned manner.
Joe Biden once said the Social Security was going to be “locked in a strongbox.” Well and good, but if only the government has the key and they are already spending it? Then all that will be in there is an IOU, and maybe not even that. Maybe just a puddle of water, as they “wrote it on ice” instead of paper. Much of this will be out of our control, but take any of these steps outlined, and you should be able to salvage some of it before the SHTF. You keep fighting that good fight! JJ out!

redefine words in the Social Security Act and makes some changes in United

do not know is that the so called Founding Fathers

STATES is a corporation and that it existed before the Revolutionary war. See
Respublica v. Sweers 1 Dallas 43. 28 U.S.C. 3002 (15)
Now, you also have to realize that
King George was not just the King
of England, he was also the King of France. Treaty of Peace * U.S. 8 Statutes
at Large 80.
On
January 22, 1783 Congress ratified a contract for the
repayment of 21 loans that the UNITED STATES had already received dating from
February 28, 1778 to July 5, 1782. Now the UNITED STATES Inc. owes the King
money which is due January 1, 1788 from King George via France. Is this not
incredible the King funded both sides of the War. But there was more work
that needed to be done. Now the Articles of Confederation which was declared
in force March 1, 1781 States in Article 12 " All bills of credit emitted,
monies borrowed,and debts contracted by, or under the authority of Congress,
before the assembling of the United States, in pursuance of the present
confederation, shall be deemed and considered a charge against the United
States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said United States, and the
public faith are hereby solemnly pledged."
Now after losing the Revolutionary
War, even though the War was
nothing more than a move to turn the people into debtors for the King, they
were not done yet.
Now the loans were coming due and so
a meeting was convened in
Annapolis, Maryland, to discuss the economic instability of the country under
the Articles of Confederation. Only five States come to the meeting, but
there is a call for another meeting to take place in Philadelphia the
following year with the express purpose of revising the Articles of
Confederation
On February 21, 1787 Congress gave
approval of the meeting to take
place in Philadelphia on May 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of

had to be done because the States needed to legally bind the people to the

a vote. So the governments wrote new constitutions and submitted them to
people for a vote thereby binding the people to the debts owed to Great
Britain. The people became citizens of the State where they resided and ipso
facto a citizen of the United States. A citizen is a member of a fictional
entity and it is synonymous with subject.

So Alexander Hamilton came up with the great idea of taxing alcohol. The

of the people if the people are not a party to the Constitution? I'll tell

Article One Section Eight clause
(15) which states that it is the militia's job to execute the laws of the

States.... the Militia is not there to protect you and me, it is their to
collect our substance.

of Amity, Commerce and Navigation. This Treaty was signed on November 19th,

that the King's Troops were still occupying the United States. Being the nice
King that he was , he decided that the troops would return to England by June
1st, 1796. The troops were still on American soil because, quite frankly the
King wanted them here.

There is outrage on the outcome of the Dallas Cowboys versus the Green Bay Packers. Why is their outrage on this total distraction? Fans here belong to one of two tribes that support the circus of the "bread and circus".
It has become a game of less and less interest as commercials, reviews, more reviews, pregame shows of several well paid ex-jocks to tell us what must be done by each team to win. Then after the game the same go over and over the game and why one team won and one lost. The media has more covering a meaningless event than the do covering all of Africa.
It is done to take you mind off the reality of the day. It is the blue pill to keep you from seeing that you are accepting a police state as you are groped and searched when you enter the stadium.
Then there is more money to be made in the betting on the game than in the TV and commercials. So would it be any surprise to you that the games might be fixed? It isn't to me. Have you ever seen the pro football game where one team plays and the other merely shows up? Maybe the team that only showed up knew who the winner would be.
There is also a globalist plan to destroy national sports such as US football, and replace it with soccer. Could this be a step in that direction?
I remember the day well. A Customer Service Representative was promoted to Outside Sales, and he left just before lunch. His new job was to begin on the following Monday.
