Mayors are uniquely positioned to help the United States rise above divisive tribalism since the last global financial crisis that uprooted social and economic arrangements, former President Bill Clinton told the U.S. Conference of Mayors 85th annual meeting on Saturday.
Being closer to the people they represent means mayors are less likely to engage in political rhetoric, Clinton said, and more likely to understand immigrants are half as likely to commit crimes and Muslim Americans commit murder at one-third the national average.
City officials are also less likely to “stretch the limits of acceptable use of power,” he said.
“Diverse groups make better decisions than lone geniuses,” Clinton said, perhaps a subtle jab at President Trump, who’s called himself “a smart person” and tweeted “my I.Q. is one of the highest.”
Calling cities the “laboratories of democracy,” Clinton outlined several challenges they must face: the opioid epidemic, climate change, aging infrastructure and inequality.
Opioid abuse touches almost everyone, he said, and is unique in that addiction rates are higher in rural America. That it’s hit white Americans harder than African Americans or Latinos has earned the crisis national attention, as has the fact that the crisis has been blamed on doctors, pharmacists and drug manufacturers.
Drug treatment and mental health facilities remain unavailable in rural areas where the epidemic runs rampant.
“We have a chance to deal with this in a comprehensive way,” Clinton told the mayors. “And we’re not close.”
Clinton applauded efforts by many U.S. city halls to embrace the Paris climate agreement as Trump has abandoned it but cautioned words mean little without action because “the water’s going to keep rising.”
Pittsburgh has more than 13,000 clean energy jobs, and rooftop gardens are becoming a local industry in New York City—proving the transition to sustainable living is good economics.
“I think this is something mayors can talk about with facts, not rhetoric,” Clinton said.

Husband Of Prosecutor Investigating Bill Clinton
For Child Sex Charges Gunned Down

A shocking new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today is alleging that an elite team of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) assassins controlled by President Obama have gunned down the husband of a US prosecutor who was preparing to charge former President William (Bill) Clinton with crimes relating to his having had sex with an underage girl child kept as a sex slave by his close personal billionaire friend Jeffery Epstein.
According to this report, the SVR regularly monitors the locations and activities of these CIA “hit squads” that in 2013 were described by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist for the New York Times, Mark Mazzetti (in his book titled The Way of the Knife: The CIA, a Secret Army, and a War at the Ends of the Earth), as being President Obama’s “personal army” who he has authorized to have “unfettered assassination authority”.
On 31 May, this report continues, SVR “electronic/telephonic/satellite” surveillance of one of these CIA “hit squads” detected their movement from [удалить местоположение] to the Atlanta, Georgia, region where they then “operated/mission worked” until the early morning hours of 1 June then departed. [Note: Some words appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
In the “exact/near similar” location this CIA “hit squad” had been operating in, this report notes, and shortly after their departure from the Atlanta region, local police officers were called and discovered the body of Shahriar Zolfaghari who was the husband of Georgia’s statewide prosecutor for human trafficking Camila Wright—and whom Atlanta Police Major Adam Lee III reported had been shot twice in the chest at close range and said: “It’s a mystery as to why someone would harm him”.

This SVR report, however, states that the “possible/supposed” reason for Zolfaghari’s killing was a “death message” to his wife Camila to stop her from charging former President Clinton with child sex crimes and to cease her sex trafficking investigation all together.
As to Prosecutor Wright’s exact criminal case against President Clinton, this report explains, it involves the “contracting/deal making” with a number of underage female girls living in the Atlanta region by New York-British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen and Nada Marcinkova—all three of whom were tasked by convicted pedophile, and billionaire, Jeffery Epstein to procure underage sex slaves for his private Caribbean island compound known as “Pedophile Island” that catered to the world’s rich and famous, including President Clinton and Prince Andrew.
Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been labeled as “Epstein's pimp mama”, this report continues, was the main “dealmaker/contractor” for the underage Atlanta female sex slaves preferred by her close friend President Clinton during his visits to “Pedophile Island”—and which recently discovered flight log reports have shown him visiting numerous times, and many without his Secret Service detail.
To if Prosecutor Wright will succumb to the Obama regimes “death message” and drop her planned sex crime charges against President Clinton (and by extension many other American elites who were also “serviced” by Epstein’s underage female sex slaves) this report doesn’t speculate upon—but does note that in the past, especially where the Clinton’s are concerned, if one murder won’t work, many others will soon follow.

Bill Clinton as first husband, makes a lot of people sick to their stomachs, and rightly so. If you think this creature Hillary Clinton is going to be calling the important shots, you have been living on another planet. Bill Clinton will undoubtedly be in complete control of the of the shots that will make the Clinton family rich, not to mention others like George Soros and his hedge fund cronies, Bloomberg and others who control vast wealth.
The Globalist regime will be out front, as Bill Clinton quarterbacks the White House. Hillary is incapable of doing what is required, I’m sorry, but she’s not wired for the job. All she knows is what she’s told. She is incapable of speaking in a way where she will be believed, everything she does is scripted and analyzed before she opens her mouth, she is gaff prone, and incapable of any sort of trustworthiness. This woman is just too corrupt. Only the ultra rich will benefit from this con woman.
What we have here is a person who has laughed in the face of the people, as she and her impeached husband has committed unspeakable crimes. And now, could become our next president and I use that term loosely, because her dirt bag husband will undoubtedly be calling the shots.
Bill Clinton is salivating right now. Its incomprehensible how these two crooks have any chance of another White House term, as it’s clear as a flawless diamond, these two idiots are being placed into the White House by others on top, to clarify, the trillionaires who call the shots. It’s just too much of a stretch to say these idiots were actually given enough popular votes by the general public. Because if your voting for this female creature, your also voting for her scumbag husband.
The middle class are going to be slaughtered by these two traitors, and in no way will their incomes grow or even come close to better themselves, as long as these two money hungry maggots, soil our house over there at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. These two have managed not only to improve their wealth my multimillions of dollars, but have laughed in the face of the majority, who have lost homes, cars, marriages and more. How in the hell have we come to this?
Whatever idiots have voted for this scum, shame on you. You have managed to give power to people who both belong in prison, nowhere else. This goes for the daughter as well, as she has accepted money and gifts stolen from the people of the United States. Patriots across the country are mad as hell, as they have watched these two birds grow in wealth, stature and power at an unbelievable pace, God help us if these two are able to continue to rape our country, with unchecked presidential powers.
Mr. impeached and this creature he calls his wife, will again go unchecked, as they rape us blind, only to grow their wealth, nothing more.

UPDATE 1-25-2016: Hillary's team copied intel off top-secret server to email
Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.
The two systems - the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) - are not connected to the unclassified system, known as the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). You cannot email from one system to the other, though you can use NIPRNet to send emails outside the government.
Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton's home emails - including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.
UPDATE 1-19-2016: Inspector General: Clinton emails had intel from most secretive, classified programs
Hillary Clinton's emails on her unsecured, homebrew server contained intelligence from the U.S. government's most secretive and highly classified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspector general to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the text of the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).
That indicates a level of classification beyond even "top secret," the label previously given to two emails found on her server, and brings even more scrutiny to the presidential candidate's handling of the government's closely held secrets.

Let us start with an historical fact. Treason and betrayal by the highest levels is a common feature of history, whether it is Judas vs Jesus, Brutus vs Julius Caesar, Benedict Arnold, the Rosenbergs, Jonathan Pollard, Aldrich Ames, Robert Hanssen. It is just a fact of life. It does happen.
Back in 1996, when Bill Clinton was running for re-election, he authorized the transfer of highly sensitive technology to China. This technology had military applications and allowed China to close the gap in missile performance with the United States. The transfers were opposed and severely criticized by the Defense Department.
At the same time Bill Clinton was transferring this technology to China, huge donations began to pour into his re-election campaign from the US companies allowed to sell the technology to China, and from American citizens of Chinese descent. The fact that they were US citizens allowed them to donate to political campaigns, but it later emerged that they were acting as conduits for cash coming in from Asian sources, including Chinese Intelligence Agencies! The scandal eventually became known as China-gate!
John Huang
A close associate of Indonesian industrialist James Riady, Huang initially was appointed deputy secretary of commerce in 1993. By 1995, however, he moved to the Democratic National Committee where he generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal contributions from foreign sources. Huang later pleaded guilty to one felony count of campaign finance violations.
Charlie Trie
Like John Huang, Trie raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal contributions from foreign sources to Democratic campaign entities. He was a regular White House visitor and arranged meetings of foreign operators with Clinton, including one who was a Chinese arms dealer. His $450,000 contribution to Clinton's legal defense fund was returned after it was found to have been largely funded by Asian interests. Trie was convicted of violating campaign finance laws in 1998.
Gave more than $366,000 to the Democratic National Committee prior to the 1996 campaign, but it was returned after officials learned it came from illegal foreign sources. Chung later told a special Senate committee investigating 1996 Clinton campaign fund-raising that $35,000 of his contributions came from individuals in Chinese intelligence. Chung pleaded guilty to bank fraud, tax evasion and campaign finance violations.
Chinagate, documented by Judicial Watch, was uncovered by Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman. Technology companies allegedly made donations of millions of dollars to various Democratic Party entities, including President Bill Clinton's 1996 re-election campaign, in return for permission to sell high-tech secrets to China. Bernard Schwartz and his Loral Space & Communication Ltd. later allegedly "helped China to identify the cause of [a rocket failure], thereby advancing China's missile program and threatening U.S. national security, according to records.
This establishes a history of the Clintons treating US secrets as their own personal property, and selling them to raise money for campaigns!
Is history repeating itself? It appears so!
Let us consider a private email server with weak security, at least one known totally open access point, no encryption at all, and outside the control and monitoring systems of the US government, on which are parked many of the nation's most closely guarded secrets (as well as those of the United Nations and other foreign governments)! It is already established that Hillary's email was hacked. One hacker named Guccifer provided copies of emails to Russia Today, which published them. The company that manages Hillary's server was the victim of a very sophisticated hack attack as well! Another hacker is reported to be offering 32,000 of Hillary's emails for the sum of $500,000.
Security experts agree that Hillary's server had worse security than the Ashley Madison website!
Now, consider a charitable foundation owned by the Clintons (which actually does very little charitable work). Being a charitable foundation, it is allowed to accept "donations" from foreign sources, and roughly 40% of the cash that has poured into the Clinton Foundation has come from foreign sources. The identities of many of these foreign sources were concealed using a shall company in Sweden!
Many of those foreign sources received preferential treatment from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, sufficient for attorney Larry Klayman to file a RICO lawsuit against the foundation (which as of last report was thrown out of court by a Clinton-appointed judge who refused to recuse himself over the obvious conflict of interest)! Some nations, repeating the 1996 scandal, were granted permission to acquire US weapons after donating to the Clinton "charity!"
Easy means of delivering secrets using the weak private email server. Easy means of accepting payment through a "charitable" foundation!
This is a perfect setup to repeat the 1996 selling of secrets for cash. In other words, a perfect espionage operation, running out the US State Department, with the weak email server providing the secrets and a charitable foundation to accept and launder the payments! Hillary doesn't have to physically steal the files, the way Jonathan Pollard did. Hillary doesn't have to scratch an X on a mailbox, the way Aldrich Ames did. Hillary doesn't have to tape bundles of stolen documents underneath a park bridge, like Robert Hannsen did!
Is this the reason Bryan Pagliano, who set up Hillary Clintojn's email server, pled the Fifth Amendment when questioned by Congress?
It is time to look past the small scandal of the private email server at what may be a far larger scandal hidden behind it!
Do not count on the Federal Government or corporate media to ask the qwuestion that must be asked. In politics there are two kinds of secrets. There are the small secrets that can be used against political opponents, such as adulterous affairs, or pyaola.
Then there are the great secrets that could bring down the entire government, such as the truth beind the JFK assassination, the truth behind 9-11, ... and the truth behind a serving Secretary of State betraying her country!
