Leonard Peltier is the crown jewel of American injustice. He is 79 years old and has been locked in prison for almost 50 years for crimes which the government admits it cannot prove he committed. Today he is afflicted with diabetes and a worrisome aortic aneurysm. As an advocate for the American Indian Movement (AIM) Peltier was well known to the FBI in the early 1970s.

Following a controversial trial Peltier was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of two FBI agents (Ron Williams and Jack Coler) in a June 26, 1975 shootout on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

AIM was founded in Minneapolis in 1968, its activism reached an apex on February 27, 1973 when approximately 200 AIM followers seized and took control of the town Wounded Knee, S.D. From the onset the FBI, vehemently opposed to the AIM, chose to use a paramilitary group of vigilantes known as the GOON squad as a proxy to wage internecine warfare on the AIM members, their supporters, and relatives. It turns out that the vigilante right-wing paramilitary GOON squad was in fact funded by the U.S. government.

In the wake of Wounded Knee the GOON squad did its grisly work with total impunity including ambush murders, fire bombings and extremely violent physical assaults using baseball bats and tire irons. “More than 50 AIM members and allies died through violence – bodies were found along roadsides or deposited in areas immediately adjacent to the Reservation.”

FBI agents had supplied GOONs with armor-piercing bullets, grenades, and even plastic explosives to use against the AIM members.

Between March 1, 1973 and March 1, 1976, the per capita murder rate on Pine Ridge was 170 per 100,000. By comparison, Detroit, Michigan (at the time, considered the murder capital of the United States) had a rate of 20.2 per 100,000. For that period of time Pine Ridge most likely was the murder capital of the entire world.

Against this background of inflamed violence the FBI was increasing manpower in the region not to help or protect the AIM members but to be prepared to engage in an all out paramilitary assault against them. Among the outrageous lies publicized by the FBI was that various AIM centers were fortified with hardened bunkers.

On June 5, 1975, three weeks before the firefight, an FBI Document titled “Law Enforcement on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation” described “[P]ockets of Indian population which consist almost exclusively of AIM members … It is significant that in some of these AIM centers the residents have built bunkers which would literally require military assault forces if it were necessary to overcome resistance emanating from the bunkers.”

On July 9,1975 William Muldrow of the United States Commission on Civil Rights issued a memorandum declaring that the “bunkers” were nothing more than aged root cellars and that the “trench fortifications described by the FBI to the press did not exist.”

Ten days before the firefight erupted the FBI was vastly increasing personnel in the region. “On June 16, 1975, the FBI increased its manpower by ordering additional Special Agents into South Dakota for a temporary 60-day period. This build up and the presence of SWAT units that appeared to be collaborating with Wilson’s GOON Squad added to an already very tense situation. In this hostile environment, violent assaults, murders and drive-by shootings were common.”

As described by William Muldrow of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights the entire reservation, roughly the size of Connecticut – was a tinderbox about to explode. “It was in this climate of fear and tension in 1975 that the two FBI agents, in unmarked cars and clad in civilian clothes, we’re shot in a firefight.”

To this day it is still disputed how the shooting started and who shot first. FBI media liaison Tom Coll wasted no time claiming that the agents were “lured” into a “‘carefully prepared ambush’ where they were ‘fired upon with automatic weapons’ from a ‘sophisticated bunker complex’, ‘riddled with fifteen to twenty bullets apiece’; ‘dragged from their cars’; and ‘stripped’; and – in one version – ‘scalped’.”

By the government’s own estimates there were over 40 Native Americans present at Pine Ridge during the firefight and many were shooting.

Four men — Leonard Peltier, James Eagle, Robert Robideau and Darelle Butler — were charged with killing the agents. In the summer of 1976, with Peltier seeking political asylum and fighting extradition from Canada, the government tried Butler and Robideau. If Peltier had not escaped to Canada but was tried together with Butler and Robideau he too would have been found not guilty.

Richard W. Held was Special Agent-in-Charge of the San Francisco FBI Office 1985-1993. Held’s work contributed to the framing of Leonard Peltier, and to covering up the truth about the agents’ deaths and the still unsolved killings of 70 AIM supporters on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Credit

Peltier who fled for Canada was captured and subsequently extradited to the United States, albeit illegally.

The false affidavits had been signed by Myrtle Poor Bear, a Native American woman known to have serious mental health problems.”

As later explained in a legal filing on behalf of Peltier, using the false testimony of Myrtle Poor Bear by the FBI was abusive:

“The use of the affidavits of Myrtle Poor Bear in the extradition proceedings was, to say the least, a clear abuse of the investigative process by the F.B.I.” — Hon. Donald Ross, in conjunction with United States v. Peltier, 585 F.2d 314, 335 n.18 (8th Cir. 1978).

Peltier’s murder trial was typical of the Stalin show trials of the 1930s. For instance, a damaged AR-15 (allegedly Peltier’s) was “matched” to a bullet casing supposedly found in the trunk of Coler’s car. Four years later, the FBI released a cache of documents including a teletype describing a more conclusive ballistics test that determined Peltier’s AR-15 could not have fired the fatal shots. Prosecutors called the .223 shell casing the “most critical” piece of evidence against Peltier and urged the jury to conclude that the matching shell casing proved that Peltier fired the fatal shots into the heads of the two federal agents – in “cold blood”

So there you have it, the government’s “most critical” evidence was a total fabrication and without it its impossible to prove who killed FBI agents Coler and Williams.

“Judge Gerald Heaney reminded [Assistant U.S. Attorney Lynn] Crooks that in his summation at the Fargo trial he had pointed at Peltier as ‘the man who came down and killed those agents in cold blood.’ Pressed on this point by Judge Donald Ross, Crooks blurted in frustration, “But we can’t prove who shot those agents!”

In April 2022 the FBI released a statement regarding Leonard Peltier:

“The FBI remains resolute against the commutation of Leonard Peltier’s sentence for murdering FBI Special Agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams at South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in 1975. We must never forget or put aside that Peltier intentionally and mercilessly murdered these two young men and has never expressed remorse for his ruthless actions.”

The FBI stated this outrageous lie in a letter to the Huffington Post which they published in an article subtitled “The imprisoned Native American rights activist ‘intentionally and mercilessly murdered’ FBI agents, the bureau told Huffington Post. Except that’s not true.”

In 2000 former FBI Director Louie Freeh wrote, “There is no dissent within our agency, only the widespread belief that the criminal justice system of the United States rightly convicted and repeatedly affirmed that Peltier was nothing other than a cold-blooded killer.”

In 2017 the Chicago Tribune published an editorial titled “Clemency for Leonard Peltier? Never.” In response to that editorial, James Reynolds, the United States attorney who supervised the prosecution of Leonard Peltier penned his response stating in part: “It is a gross overstatement to label Peltier a ‘cold-blooded murderer.’”

For over 50 years Leonard Peltier has steadfastly denied accusations that he killed the two FBI agents. By all appearances, the FBI out of pure spite and revenge wants Leonard Peltier to die in prison while serving two life sentences for crimes they admit they cannot prove he committed.

With America rapidly heading towards a 'watershed moment' as was reported earlier today in this ANP story, as more and more Americans awaken to the fact that they've been lied to by those they trusted for their entire lives, leading to rapidly building anger nationwide as 'government' loses it's 'legitimacy' and what we've long known as 'the rule of law' is shattered, bent to completely favor 'the rich and powerful' while viciously aimed at their 'political enemies' or anyone who speaks out against them, we're going to take a look back to see one of the ways we got to this moment in time to the crucial time period of the early 1990's. 

With Bill and Hillary Clinton moving into the White House in January of 1993, leading some on the anti-war left to believe that finally, years of needless death and wars would be coming to an end, instead a still-growing 'Clinton Body Count' began, with Clinton continuing the endless wars of administrations before him and, as we'll explore within this story, Clinton weaponized the 'Department of Justice' and its' enforcement arms against the American people.

And ANP proposes that we add the Waco, Texas Massacre to the Clinton body count. With April 19th of 1993 brutally bringing an end to the 51-day siege, with the fire and the reaction to the final attack within the group resulting in the deaths of 76 Branch Davidians, including 25 children, and two pregnant women, as we hear in the final video at the bottom of this story, none other than Hillary Clinton was, not surprising, tied to the murders at Waco. 

And with that 'siege' by the Clinton 'Justice Department' eventually leading to the deaths of four federal agents as well as 82 Branch Davidians, 28 who were children, it wouldn't be too far fetched to add those people who were murdered by Clinton's DOJ to the 'Clinton body count' that just keeps on growing and growing over the decades.

So following Susan Duclos and I watching the eye-opening TV show "Joe Pickett" these past few weeks, a show which featured good, humble, 'everyday Americans' fighting back against hugely corrupt politicians, 'elite' and members of law enforcement, so corrupt that they had no problems at all framing 'the innocent' for crimes that they themselves committed, the corrupt scum (despite their uniforms and positions) WERE finally held responsible for their actions, many of them paying for their crimes with their lives. So Susan and I were looking for a new show to watch when immediately, one of the other 'offerings' from the producers of "Joe Pickett" jumped out, "Waco."

With "Waco" produced for TV, like "Joe Pickett," by brothers Drew Dowdle and John Erick Dowdle, "Waco" tells the real-life story of the unforgiveable tragedy of what happened in Waco, Texas back in April of 1993 through the eyes of one of the FBI agents, hostage negotiator Gary Noesner, who wrote the book the TV show was based upon, "Stalling for Time: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator," as well as through the eyes of one of the Waco survivors. 

And with FBI agent Noesner quite surprisingly showing us the story of an FBI that was rapidly being 'militarized' and no longer in any interest at all with 'negotiations,' we also see what happened to Noesner for going against the tide in the FBI, being 'attacked' for claiming he didn't believe violence was the 'best option,' a warning long ago from someone on the inside that our own govt was increasingly waging war upon the American people. And look what we've gotten since Waco.  

Also showing both the FBI and ATF 'needing a win' in the public eye following the disaster at Ruby Ridge, we're also shown both agencies 'coordinating' with the media to make sure that 'only the story they wanted the public to see' got out to the masses. Think about how true that is today. 

And with what happened at Waco helping us just a little bit to understand just how the 'Police State' in America has evolved over the decades, and how a very real dictatorship is being established before the mostly blinded eyes of the public, ANP recently received an email from one of our readers that we'll take a look at in the next section of this story below that warns of something much worse than Waco in our futures if the American people don't put a stop to it. 

So when taking a look at where the future will bring us if we stay upon the current path we're now on, the US govt becoming more and more militarized against it's rightful masters, We the American People, quite literally using the United States military to wage war upon 'the People' as Mike Adams from Natural News and Steve Quayle discuss in the 1st video at the bottom of this story, ANP recently got an interesting email from a reader which we'll share below as it gives us one 'worst case scenario'. 

Warning us that 'the fix is in' and that Joe Biden will be '(s)elected' again, and that Donald Trump will go to prison, and there's nothing that the American people will be able to do about it, this view of our near possible future here in America looks like a nation that has fully descended into full-scale tyranny. 

The J6ers will never get out of prison. Most will die there. 

The economy will collapse and the millions of illegals will form the reinforcements the feds and military will need to round up and crush the little resistance that appears. 

In Illinois the feds are moving huge amounts of firearms and ammo to Chicago and Springfield to govt leased warehouses. The Illinois Air and Army National Guards are currently forming training teams to instruct the newly arrived illegals from Latin America in the art of war. 

Same thing is ongoing in New York and California. 

No training needed for the arriving Chinese males as most have simply changed one uniform for another. 

The fires will spread and become more massive. 

Effective conservative leaders will be targeted and shot to death by federal agents in hundreds of 3 a.m. raids. 

Huge criminal gangs will continue to target corporations until they collapse under the weight of their losses. 

Train derailments will increase. 

Sorry to be so dramatic but I am trying to prepare you for what is coming. 

People still don't realize America was taken in 2020 by Communist revolution masked under a stolen election. The left is fully in control and is preparing to fight to the death to keep their power. The right simply lacks the backbone and the willingness to sacrifice to regain their freedom. 

With that emailer also warning us that personally, he believes that Trump was in on this entire thing from the get go, launching 'Operation Warp Speed' which brought in the 'death shot,' he tells us that Trump will likely get a very short prison sentence and then 'slip away into obscurity,' leaving this mess to follow.:

The leftists have long memories and have used federal agencies like the ATF, DHS, FBI, and NSA to compile lists of millions they will eventually go after. 

It would not be hard at all to do another nationwide lockdown. Most would meekly comply. That is the saddest thing of all. Sheeple go baa baa baa.

And sure enough without missing a beat, the globalists are getting ready for their next 'lockdowns' of society as summer comes to an end and fall and the cooler weather rush in, looking forward to once again imposing their will upon the 'masses,' most who will surely rush out to get their next 'kill shot,' still following the mainstream media talking heads who've been pushing genocide with nearly every word they speak, while the globalists begin a genocidal rush to finish up the work they started. 

With the eugenicists at the top levels of government sure to never admit to their crimes of 'depopulating' the planet because doing so would mean they're very well aware that they're carrying out mass murder, a crime for which they should all receive 'death penalties' themselves, take note that through history, dictatorships have used 'death squads' to carry out extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances of their 'political dissidents,' often carried out at 3 a.m. or the middle of the night. 

And now as we read in this new story from Mike Adams over at Natural News as heard in the 1st video below featuring Steve Quayle, the US govt has turned its weapons of war upon the American people. This is what your taxpayer dollars have paid for. 

The tyrannical US government now treats the American people the exact same way it has treated other nations for decades: Threats, coercion, force, pillaging and weaponization of everything. No American should be surprised that the same lawless tyrants who have traumatized the world have now turned their weapons inward, against the people.

What the government just did to #Lahaina in #Maui has been done already to Libya, Iraq, Panama, Afghanistan, Syria and a long list of other nations. The US government regime has long abandoned any intention to coexist with other nations -- or with its own people -- in a mutually beneficial balance. It no longer has any capacity for negotiation, compromise, compassion or humility. 

Rather, the US regime characterizes the raw quest for power at any cost, no matter how many lives are destroyed or rules of law have to be violated. The "rules based order" means we order you to follow our rules, and we may change those rules at any time, for any reason, without explanation or justification. And the label "democracy," when uttered by these tyrants, means nothing more than kowtowing to their demands for total control over all the planet's resources: Energy, food, minerals, land, labor and more.

With that description of the current crop of criminals occupying the White House and Washington DC reminding us perfectly of what happened in Waco, Texas, where thugs who no longer had the capacity for 'negotiation, compromise, compassion or humility' brutally slaughtered over 80 Americans including far too many children, and with that brutality happening on the watch of Bill Clinton and Janet Reno and only months into his presidency, would you agree that those people brutally murdered in Waco should be added to the 'Clinton Body Count?'

Without a doubt, the 'government of wolves' that has continued to grow uncontrollably since Bill and Hillary were in office has left the American people in the predicament we are in now, with them lying to 'the masses' every day in attempting to hang onto their illegitimate power, having no problem at all carrying out in-our-faces, wide open genocide as we rush towards 2025.

The Salvador Option: The US Is Once Again Supporting Death Squads in Central America

June 06, 2018 "Information Clearing House" - The United States has been quietly funding and equipping elite paramilitary police units in El Salvador accused of extrajudicially murdering suspected gang members, according to a forthcoming United Nations report reviewed in advance by CNN.

Beginning with George W. Bush in 2003, successive US administrations have provided tens of millions of dollars in aid for Salvadoran military and police in support of the government’s “Mano Dura” (“Firm Hand”) security program, an aggressive campaign to combat out-of-control gang violence in a country with one of the world’s highest homicide rates.

“Mano Dura” aid increased significantly during the Obama administration, which compared the effort to Plan Colombia, the decades-long anti-drug campaign in which billions of US aid dollars funded mafia-like army units that, along with allied paramilitary death squads, kidnapped, tortured and murdered thousands of innocent civilians with impunity. As was the case with Plan Colombia, the new UN report will accuse Salvadoran security forces, in this case some of its elite police units, of “a pattern of behavior by security personnel amounting to extrajudicial executions” and a “cycle of impunity” in which such killings go unpunished.

Lord Monckton Speaks Out About Global Governance

Lord Christopher Monckton is not a stranger to the establishment of a tyrannical global government. It is Monckton’s belief that world government will be formally rolled out under the guise of saving the environment.

A Frightening Public Service Announcement In Midland, Texas

Do you remember this Marlon Brock photo, previously published on The Common Sense Show? This is from the Midland, TX. Walmart where they are hauling away the old to make way for the new. Who are they making room for?

Marlon Brock of Big Spring, TX., who demonstrated, through his photos published on The Common Sense Show, that Walmart was changing its ventilation system and was hauling away all shelving in the store which was allegedly closed to repair just the plumbing in bathrooms.
Yesterday afternoon, Marlon sent me the following email:

Dave,
The local news talk am radio station announced yesterday (Friday) that beginning next week there will be 60 to 65 JH 15 soldiers in Martin County (Stanton Texas) involved in the JH 15 exercise.  They also stated that many of them will be in uniform and carrying weapons so “don’t be alarmed.” 
They also stated that a number (unknown) will be “undercover.”
The people out here are brain dead and care less about what is going on right in front of their eyes.  I have been watching the Midland Wal Mart and they have completely re-done the road in front of it as well as the parking lot.  I have not seen any evidence that the plumbing was ever repaired.
I will send you photos of the JH 15 soldiers and the Wal Mart next week when I hunt down the martial law soldiers.  Marlon

I want to call specific attention to the phrase, “They also stated (the local media) that a number (unknown) will be “undercover”. This is what special operations forces do. By stealth, they sneak into an anticipated war zone and kidnap or assassinate high priority targets (i.e. this is what Steve Quayle has called the “red list” for over 2 decades).
My summary conclusion regarding the entire and nefarious public service announcement in Midland is bolstered by previous announcements by Jade Helm officials in earlier media accounts.

Death Squads Are Being Inserted Into American Communities

A Houston Chronicle report stated that Jade Helm soldiers will blend in with the local populations in an effort to test the effectiveness of infiltration techniques. Residents will be encouraged and commanded to report anything they deem suspicious during the Jade Helm drill.
I had previously taken this information to my sources and they confirmed that the Houston Chronicle Report is referring to the insertion of simulated death squads into selected American communities. This is the reason that Jade Helm is encouraging local citizens to report “suspicious activities”. This is a beta test for this operation. From an operational perspective, the fewer the number of the citizen reports the authorities receive, the more effective the intended stealth of the death squads would be judged to be. As opposed to more “traditional” military units, the Special Forces, associated with Jade Helm, would be the ones to carry out death squad executions of intended dissident target groups. In other words, this is how the Red List executions will be carried out. The more covert that their presence in a community would be, the less likely their intended targets would be spooked and make a run for safety. Fleeing individuals targeted for assassination is the reason why certain communities must be isolated so that intended targets cannot travel to congregate with fellow dissidents or to be able to escape final justice.
In addition to my military sources insight on this issue, more confirmation for the use of death squads on American soil comes from my friend and colleague, Roger Brown. Marlon Brock’s observations has much basis in fact. I wish it was a simple that we only had to worry about Jade Helm death squads. As I did the research for this article, it took a dramatic right turn.

A Remote Russian Spetznaz Facility In Bado, Missouri

Two days ago, I reported that the Russians were training with Jade Helm personnel and this was the reason that the military placed a ban on embedded media coverage in the Jade Helm drills. Even Drudge got into the act. This was a very disturbing event. Then, things went from bad to worse as I received the following email.

Hello Dave,
I had queried John Moore here in Missouri about the validity of Russian Spetznaz being trained and deployed throughout the United States.  John confirmed that there are, indeed, thousands of Spetznaz here in the US, and proceeded to tell me about a compound that was established as a drug and alcohol rehab on a 102 acre farm in a remote part of the Ozarks, specifically in Bado, Missouri.  
John also went on to talk about the experience that CSM Dan Page had when he was training with the Spetznaz in Bosnia  during the 1990’s. The Sergeant Major said that part of the exercise in Bosnia was to go from house to house, disarming the populace, which is pretty much standard operating procedure anymore.  Interestingly, however, CSM Page said that when the Russians would have too much to drink, they would start letting out the real purpose behind their being in Bosnia, which was to serve as a training ground for the disarmament and takeover of America at some later date.

John Addyson

The “John Moore” being referenced here is former Green Beret and current talk show host, John Moore. John and I have appeared on many talk shows together and yes, John Addyson is correct that John Moore has first hand knowledge about Russian Spetznaz training on American soil. John Moore once told me that two teams of eight Spetznaz could take down an entire power grid the size of the city of Phoenix (four million people).
In the related article about the “fake” Russian alcohol rehab facility, the article states the following:

“New Life (rehab facility), whose roots are in Russia, has operated from Bado for about three years. Its existence is tucked away in the Ozarks hills and down a narrow country road off Highway M: A 102-acre farm built into the hills far away from the bigger towns of Houston and Cabool. Few know it exists”.

Conclusion

Why is Russian involvement in Jade Helm significant? Because they will no hesitation to kill Americans in the death squad executions, political dissident extractions and gun confiscations that are coming.
Ask yourself, what good does it do for a nobody to know that a rehab facility exists? How would they ever get clients/patients? That is the point, there is another purpose. What are the Russians really doing here? Why are the involved in Jade Helm? And more importantly, why is their participation being covered up?
