Trump Set To Take Control Of Postal Service - Privatization Could Be Next

by Tyler Durden
Friday, Feb 21, 2025 - 03:00 PM

Continuing his government-reformation fiesta, President Trump is expected to issue an executive order dissolving the US Postal Service leadership and absorbing the organizaton into the Commerce Department. That bold move may be just a first step toward an even more ambitious and controversial goal: privatizing the perpetual money-loser.

From leadership to rank-and-file employees, the USPS will most certainly mount intense legal and political efforts against both initiatives. The USPS governing board is already gearing up: On Thursday, the USPS board held an emergency meeting in which it hired outside attorneys and directed them to file legal challenges when Trump makes his first move, the Washington Post reported.

The USPS Board of Governors, led by chair Amber McReynolds, has given outside lawyers orders to file suits to block any Trump moves

The Fix Is In: US Postal Service New Mail-in Ballot Division Will Allow Ballot Interference

The Fix Is In: US Postal Service New Mail-in Ballot Division Will Allow Ballot Interference

Critics say that Democrats are not worried about being ousted in the upcoming midterm elections because the “fix is in”. A major part of the Democrat election scheme is interference by the US postal service with mail-in ballots that will be handled by a new division called the Election and Government Mail Services division. Among other problems, mail-in ballots can be cast by someone other than the voter, voter ID measures are harder to ensure, and the secret ballot is more easily compromised by professional ballot traffickers who “help” the voter fill in their ballot. The GOP’s silence indicates that it is complicit in the scheme.

Democrats just passed a $700 billion spending bill — during a recession — with record 8.6% inflation.

The new spending bill will force middle class Americans to pay $20 billion more in taxes.
The bill will create 87,000 new IRS agents to harass Americans and target their political enemies.

And Democrats did all of this less than three months before an election.

Democrats are NOT worried about the midterms.

A major part of their election scheme is the work done by the US postal service with mail-in ballots.

Democrats NEED mail-in ballots and Democrats NEED the assistance of the US postal service.

Chuck DeVore published this warning to the nation on the Democrat’s mail-in voting scheme at The Federalist.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) announced on July 28 that it was creating the Election and Government Mail Services division. Adrienne E. Marshall, a USPS veteran, was named as the division’s first director, with Marc Elias, the Democrat’s foremost lawfare professional and longtime proponent of elections by mail, tweeting out his approval.

The rationale for this new division is that the growing use of mail-in ballots requires extra attention to ensure the greater volume of mailed ballots can be handled by an increasingly overburdened USPS.

The USPS reported it delivered more than 135 million ballots in 2020, with 40 million delivered so far this year during the primaries.

Elections conducted by mail have been a longtime goal of Elias and others since long before public health fears over in-person voting during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is instructive to note that most European nations found mail-in ballots to be susceptible to fraud and limited their use.

Among other problems, mail-in ballots can be cast by someone other than the voter, voter ID measures are harder to ensure absent in-person voting with a government-issued ID, and the secret ballot is more easily compromised by professional ballot traffickers who “help” the voter fill in their ballot. Thus, mail-in ballots will be an increasingly important part of the Democratic election playbook.

Michigan USPS Whistleblower Claims

Michigan USPS Whistleblower Claims Late Ballots Received Backdated Postmarks

A US Postal Service employee from Michigan has reportedly turned whistleblower, telling Project Veritas that his supervisor instructed mail carriers to collect and segregate new ballot envelopes received after the election cutoff so that they could be fraudulently back-dated with a Nov. 3 postmark.

Poll workers count absentee ballots for the city of Detroit

Whistleblower: "We were told to collect any ballots that we find in mailboxes, collection boxes, et cetera, for outgoing mail, at the end of the day, we are supposed to separate them from the standard letter mail, so they can hand-stamp them with yesterday’s date—and put them through the Express Mail system—to get wherever they need to go," said the whistleblower, adding "For clarification, today is the fourth of November."

James O'Keefe: "Hand-stamp them with Nov. 3’s date?"

Whistleblower: "Yes

James O'Keefe: "That seems wrong--"

Whistleblower: "Yeah, that’s why I am coming forward with this information. That is a very shady—in addition to, as far as I am aware, we’re not supposed to be counting ballots that are postmarked after the third of November here in the state of Michigan."

The Insider said he was shocked when Barlow Branch morning supervisor Jonathan Clarke told a group of mail carriers how late ballots would be handled.

The Insider said there was a process set up for the post office workers involved in the bogus postmark scheme. -Project Veritas

Closing of the USPS!

Friday, April 8, 2016 9:02

THE IMPORTANCE OF CLOSING THE USPS!
Effective Sunday, the U.S. postal service will reduce the cost of a stamp by 2 cents. Not a big deal to most people, although the USPS is not thrilled. After all, what corporation wants to receive less revenue.
What are we really observing here? Better question is “Who are the people who still use snail mail or will continue to do so?” With the elimination of the middle class, the post office is used primarily by the elderly and the poor. The very people who have been identified as “USERS” of cash! The remainder, including companys, conduct the majority of transactions on-line.
Large corporations such as Amazon are actively lobbying for drone delivery, which is only a matter of time before approved.

The long term exsistence of the  USPS is a hinderance to the ultimate goal of converting the economy from cash to a credit system. Since the typical transaction is small, most customers use coins and cash.
After all who is going to put a 47 cent stamp on their credit card?
The use of physical currency must be eliminated!!!
How is this to be accomplished?
The USPS can assit them initially by attracting people to increase their use of services. Customers will use their remaining coins and cash. Then remove that out of circulation!
Reduced revenue, even if usage increases, will financially impair the USPS. Service will deteriate and eventually result in fewer people utilizing their services.
How to close it down completely? “Homeland Security!” After all, how can they monitor every written letter mailed when sensoring on-line communication is so much more effective and private parcels pose a threat. Any legitimate package would be delivered by drone.
enlightenedAnother way to accelerate the financial destruction of the USPS is the require them to issue -2 cent stamps to compensate consumers who have purchased stamps prior to Sunday! Effectively pay each individual 2 cents to mail letters.
Welcome to the  Brave New World where negative interest rates are the norm and financial engineering explores different avenues to remove physical currency!
